“At our meet and greet, my little Chihuahua made herself right at home when she met Canesha and her mom. When I dropped her off for 2 weeks, her tail was wagging, she stood by Canesha, and looked at me as if to say , "see you mom!". I was most grateful to Canesha being ok with Poppy being on the furniture and sleeping on her bed, oh and not freaking out if a little doggie happened to burrow under the covers! The pictures Canesha sent clearly showed a happy little dog that was staying with a loving family. I came home to a happy, healthy chihuahua, who certainly had no issues being left behind. Canesha is delightful and I would not hesitate to leave Poppy with her again. Highly recommend!”

About: I have grown up with all kinds of animals and got my first dog at age 12. I have had dogs most of my life from puppies to senior dogs wirh all kinds of personalities. I also have experience administrating medications. Our son and daughter have the same love for dogs, so we have set up our backyard as safe environment for small dogs to run and play. We have a normal family routine. Our dogs go outside several times a day and they are usually walked in the morning. We have some woods near our house where they love to sniff. Our backyard is fully fenced and our dogs are free to play inside or outside. They sleep together in the same room at night. We can crate your dog or not.

About: My name is Katie and I’ve been looking after animals since the age of 8. I’ve had chickens, rabbits, fish, dogs and cats as my own pets. I started house sitting and pet sitting when I was about 18 years old. I have two pets of my own right now, a four year old French Bull dog named Norman and a black house cat named Missy. Both Missy and Norman are treated like kings and queens at our house. I love all animals and look forward to meeting yours! Currently I work full time a Monday to Friday. However, I have availability after work from about 6:00pm to 9:00pm and I also have weekend availability. If you are going to be away for a few days I can be sure to let you pet our before work and after work and weekends I can let them out at any time that’s convenient for you and your pet. As for dog walking I’m available after 6:00pm weekdays and some weekends. The pets at our house are very spoiled. I usually let our dog Norman out in the morning, he gets 3 meals a day, let out for pee break again at lunch, and then again about 5:30pm. Norman goes on half hour walks after work each day, and has tons of play time at home. Sometimes he sleeps on our bed or the couch. Norman loves to be close to us and loves cuddles. I am happy to go to your home to check on our pet or let him or her out for a pee break and feed them or give them medication if needed. We can have play time and cuddle time too if that’s what they enjoy. I can also go to your home and take your pet out for a walk and bring them back to your home afterwards, providing food and water when they arrive back if you are not home yet.

“I selfishly don’t want to tell the world how amazing Connie is because I secretly want to keep her sitting skills all to myself! But alas, my conscience (and my dog) won’t let me. Connie was incredible! My dog was happier than a dog in a peanut store. I don’t know how I feel about how happy he looked to be rid of me relaxing with Connie on the couch. Probably would have stayed if I let him (sorry, I thought I was the favourite, but clearly not anymore). Connie’s and her partner are an amazing and caring couple. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my Duke moving forward. If you need a dog watcher, be warned: your pup may love her more than you!”

They seemed to treat her as their own (and they do have 2 other dogs). My dog is young but doesn’t play with other dogs, and she tells other dogs exactly that. They got along very well.
