“Rita is an amazing pet sitter. She kept our little Shih Tzu for an entire week. Finding her on Rover was a blessing to our family. She is kind, patient and responsive. Highly reccomended !”

“Mrs. Sophia & her family was outstanding with my baby Nina! She texted and sent me pictures throughout her stay and updated every time she pooped and pee’d outside!! Looking for a dog sitter? I highly recommend them! Nina definitely loved it and will be back!❤️”

“As a first time Rover user, I was hesitant in trusting our fur baby with strangers. I am so glad I read their reviews and went with my gut instinct! Rue had a great visit and was not in any type of distress after we picked her up - unlike after being boarded. The communication was excellent and we even received daily pictures! I would not hesitate to use them again!”

“I’ve used Rover before for my fur daughter Teddy (Teddy Bear) but not for my fur baby grandson Rolo…and since he now lives with me full time and Teddy is the ONLY dog he absolutely loves and will be around I was scared. Teddy wasn’t so nice to Ms. Amy at first, but Teddy names is truly what she is and I was sad, scared, didn’t want them to go etc Actually I was going to go pick them up and take them to Texas with us. Ms. Amy put my mind to ease IMMEDIATELY after they pulled off I stated receiving pictures. I was graduating with my second Masters and Ms. Amy sent a picture right in time….my heart was at ease!!!! Upon her dropping them off (as I utilized her pickup and drop off service..AMAZING)..Teddy had on a bandanna Ms. Amy had made for her!!! I have several more trips planned for this year and I would not trust ANYONE with my 2 but her!! THANK YOU MS AMY!!!”

“Jackpot had a blast at Kelly’s! I think her older terrier kept Jackpot on her toes. Quiet neighborhood. Kelly was a sweetheart and replaced Jackpot’s collar and loosened her harness as she’s a fast growing pup. Highly recommend!”

“Ashlyn had great communication during Fendi’s stay and was very accommodating with me realizing I scheduled for the wrong dates. Fendi even has tummy problems and she made the chicken and rice for her. She did great with Fendi!”

“We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter! We left Sasha for our wedding weekend, and knowing she was so loved took away all of our stress. We received plenty of pictures and updates, and it was obvious she loved not only our sitter but the whole family. She came home happy, relaxed, and well cared for. We highly recommend them and will definitely book again!”

“I am so glad I booked with Nikki! This was my first time using Rover. When I first started looking for a pet sitter I was a little nervous about leaving my pup for a week with a new person. But once I met Nikki I felt comfortable leaving him with her. And everything went so well! Nikki followed my requests, sent updates, and responded quickly. She clearly loves dogs!”

“Ms. Shalesa did an amazing job caring for my puppies! From the moment we met, I could tell she genuinely loves animals, and that gave me peace of mind. She kept me updated, treated my pups like they were her own, and they came home happy, healthy, and well cared for. She’s professional, reliable, and has such a warm personality that makes the whole experience even better. It’s easy to see why pets are comfortable around her. About: I have been dog walking and pet sitting for over 10 years and have looked after my own cats for over 26 years. Many, many cats. If my cat Joy who is 21 could give me a reference, she would.... I hope. She is a cat after all. Don't hold my cats against me! I do love dogs. I have to feng shui my cats with dog walking and caring for dogs. I have and do volunteer at rescue groups. Big Sky/Cat Nip Foundation in Folsom, LA is where I have been volunteering recently. I love them! We meet through Sylvester. He needed a home and I took him home. He's a peach! I have lots of time to tend to peoples pets as well as my own. If there are any details that need sharing about your pets, I want to know! My aim is to make your pets as comfortable as possible and you as well. I do not offer doggy day care or boarding. My lease does not allow me. Also, my cats would be very displeased with me. I can transport to and from doggy day care, vets, etc. I occasionally do sleepovers. Mostly dog walking, cat, pet and house sitting. PLEASE ASK about my RATES if you have many pets like I do. I will adjust accordingly. I have a diabetic cat that I give insulin shots to twice daily. Otherwise, thr care of my cats operates around Sylvester’s shots. I try to schedule around his shots. He’s a good cat! He’s named after Sly Stallone, not Sylvester the cat. I do not offer this service. Please do not inquire. Rover is forcing me to answer this question. I will not ever offer Nordic g or doggy day care out of my home as the house isn’t mine and my cats have priority.
“Kanieshawa took great care of our sweet pup and we would definitely use her services again! She was very easy to contact and sent updates and pictures while we were gone. Our dog came home happy and well taken care of!”

“Brittany and her family were truly one of a kind! Ace felt right at home with them and her son young son Everest! I think he and Ace would call eachother on FaceTime every night from here on out if Ace had thumbs 🐾 LOL! 10 out of 10 we’ll be back again!”

I have plenty of time to spend with your canine companion. I have a fully fenced backyard and two pups to keep your companion company. I can keep them separated if need be. Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Byram
I’m still overflowing with joy. So very thankful for Sophia’s willing and loving heart to care for our furry babies. I was a bit concerned at first because it was his first stay. But when I saw him when I returned , that little bit went out the window. Also the comforting and relaxing pics of Zack , I had an amazing vacation. And your daily updates sent comfort. I was an able to relax and enjoy my vacation. Wouldn’t have been possible without you. Thank you soooo very much. I choose you😁

I was a bit nervous since this was my first time using Rover, but Sophia made the whole experience amazing. My baby, Blaze, quickly made himself at home and was treated like family. Getting the regular pictures and videos was the absolute best part. We will definitely be back again!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
