About: I’ll probably remember your dog’s name before I remember yours. It’s nothing personal. I’ve had animals most of my life and currently have three dogs and a cat. I’ve raised puppies, cared for senior pets, given medications, and I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and energy levels. One of my own dogs is dog reactive, so I’m also used to watching body language, managing triggers, and giving dogs the space they need. Mostly, I just really love animals. I go to the National Dog Show every year and visit local shelters in my free time. I’m not allowed to foster anymore because that’s how I kept ending up with more pets of my own. I have reliable transportation and a flexible schedule, so I’m often available for same-day or last-minute visits too. I know plans change, and I’m happy to help when I can. I work from home, which gives me a lot of flexibility throughout the day. It’s easy for me to step away for a walk or drop-in, and I’m often available on short notice. Whether you’re stuck in a late meeting, heading out for date night, or just need someone to check in during a long day away, I can usually work a visit into my schedule. Plus, I’m always happy for an excuse to get away from my desk and hang out with an animal for a while. I’m big on safety and following your pet’s normal routine. One of my own dogs is reactive, so I’m used to paying attention to body language, managing separate spaces, checking doors and gates, and being aware of our surroundings on walks. About: I've been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. Growing up with dogs, I was the kid who wanted to meet every pet I came across, and that passion has only grown into adulthood. Along with having my own two dogs and cat, I've spent years caring for the pets of friends and family, treating each one as if they were my own. I also worked as a stablehand at a local farm, where I cared for a wide variety of animals—including cats, dogs, horses, donkeys, goats, cows, and even swans.
