About: I love playing with my own dogs and our neighbors'. One comes over for playdates all the time. I am gentle and soft-spoken, and dogs always love me. If you let me, I might even teach yours a new trick or two! I am between being a high school senior and college freshman. I look forward to spending time doing what I love best - being around animals. I am very clean and careful. I will follow any instructions you give to the letter. My mom (dog and cat owner for at least 10 years) is my backup if an emergency should ever come up.

About: We just lost our beloved Pitbull of 10 years in December. While not ready to own a new dog, I would love to be around them! I’m very active and would love to take your dog for a nice long walk and give them all the pets and snuggles needed! I’m currently a stay at home mom and have a lot of time during the day to hang with your pet! I am typically home all day. We live on 5 acres but do not have a fence. Our dog was trained to stay in the yard. We have a long tie out for dogs if they do not stay in the yard.

About: I've taken care of or helped take care of dogs and cats since I was a teenager. I have now also helped with basic care duties for sheep, chickens, and horses since starting with Rover. I work from home so rest assured your animals will have me around for most of if not all hours of the day. Working remotely provides flexibility to accommodate all schedules! By me coming to you, it helps keep your animals more comfortable in their own space. If I am not available for house sitting during the dates you are looking for we could certainly chat about drop in options. I follow your routine! Walks, bed times, feedings, etc I try to make your dogs routine as normal as possible as to not create stress while you're gone. I do my best to stay in contact every day with photo/video updates as this is what I would hope for if someone else was caring for my dog.

About: I’ve had pets all my life and have fostered many puppies and dogs over the years. I have experience in puppy training, high anxiety dogs, shy dogs, active dogs and seniors. I work from home and am home 24/7. We have lots of playtime outside in the backyard especially when the weather is nice. I have lots of toys, a doggy pool and a yard to play in! I have a 5ft fully fenced in yard that allows my dogs to get lots of playtime, including a doggy pool. I am home all day so your pet will not be left alone.

About: I have had pets of all sorts my whole life and can't imagine life without them! Time with pets is well spent! I was a dog groomer for over 10 years and loved spiffing up the pups! I have patience and a good understanding of personalities, behaviors, and temperaments. I recently lost both of my beloved companions and would love to be able to help you with your pet care needs. I am very flexible with my schedule so most anytime works for me:) I am not working at the moment and recently lost both of my sweet dogs and both of my wonderful cats. I am an Occupational Therapist/Health Coach and may work in the area again in the future, but for the time being I would love to give some dogs my extra love and attention. I'm very flexible with my schedule so most any time works for me. I will take your pups for walks and give them some good play time. I have about 2 1/2 acres that is not fenced, but dogs would never be unattended. I would walk them on a leash and if they are well behaved can have a little freedom in the back yard to play ball/frisbee etc. Dogs will have freedom to walk around if my home when I am there, but I also have a large kennel I can use for bedtime or for their comfort if they prefer that.

About: Hi! My name is Sam. I’ve had 25+ years of experience living with dogs, dating back to the very first day I was brought home from the hospital as a newborn! Our miniature Yorkie Taz quickly became my best friend and I’ve been a huge dog lover since. I love dogs of all sizes and ages, and based on the many opportunities I’ve had to care for your dogs, I’m happy to say they love me too! They’re in good hands ◡̈ The availability on my profile is pretty general, so I may be able to help with your requests even if it falls outside of what’s listed. Don’t be afraid to reach out! I currently work full time at a hybrid 9-5 job and spend 3-4 days a week in office. On the days I am in office, I can provide care after work hours. In addition to evenings, I have weekend availability and broad availability on the WFH days. I am also available for overnight stays. Your pets’ safety and happiness is my top priority, so I aim to make this a stress-free and fun experience for all. I understand that each individual animal’s needs will differ, and I’m ready to accommodate those needs to put both you and your animal’s minds at ease.

About: Taken care of family and friends dogs throughout high school now post college. Now have my own dog and have been taking care of him since he was 8 weeks and is currently almost 2! I’m currently working on-call and have plenty of time on days I’m not working. My schedule is very open usually, and never bad thing for some extra cash. I have open yard with a small part fenced in. Have perfect spots for dogs to be crated if needed, otherwise love to cuddle since my dog doesn’t.

About: My love for pets is what sparked me to enter the wonderful world of Rover. I have been a dog walker/dog sitter for 10+ years. I understand the importance of trusting someone to care for your "kids". I grew up with a household of furry friends, one who really impacted my life was a Teddy Bear named Rosey. She was my best friend and was so protective and sweet. She was the reason I became interested in working with animals, and I couldn't imagine my life without them. They bring so much joy and happiness to my life. Seeing their little faces everyday just puts a smile on my face! I am a soon to be full-time second year optometry student, but my summer is open for doggy-filled fun and care. Up until school begins I am available full time. I live in a small neighborhood with a lot of walking paths and grass patches throughout. I live across the street from a dog park, and am willing to crate pets as well

About: I’ve grown up with dogs for as long as I can remember. My mom currently has six dogs so to say our house was a quiet one would be a major understatement. I absolutely love fur animals and would honestly love to have my own; however my boyfriend and I travel a lot and know it wouldn’t be fair. I definitely have the most experience with dogs but can watch other pets as well. I love running and going for walks and just being outside. I really like bringing dogs running with me because they keep me company. I can’t wait to meet your little fur baby! I work full time but I work remote. So I can easily come over and take your dog for walks during the day or at night. I can also easily watch them overnight. I do travel a lot so sometimes weekends are hard but I plan out my schedule months in advance so I’ll likely know right away if I’m busy or not. My boyfriend also works every third weekend so I’m generally home then and would love to have your pet as my companion. In my home i do not allow the dogs on the couch, unfortunately. Otherwise, I’d say everything else is fine. I take them out for walks (usually a mile or two) twice a day and a run/walk during lunch. I love helping them get exercise! As far as discipline goes, it really depends on what the owner recommends as it is not my animal so I would never overstep anything.

About: I’ve had all sizes and breeds of dogs in my life since I was in kindergarten! Throughout my childhood, my family fostered golden retrievers of all ages. In my adult life, I’ve been lucky enough to love a German Shepard, Bentley, who passed away in 2023, a 10 year old Australian Shepard mix named Moose, and a 1 year old golden/lab mix named Maverick. We’ve had Moose since he was 8 months old and Maverick since he was 8 weeks old! They are both happy, playful, friendly dogs! Maverick loves going for short runs and long walks, and Moose loves playing fetch! I am excited for the opportunity to love on your dogs as much as I get to love on my own :) I currently work from home, so I’m very flexible and able to provide care as needed! I can provide overnight boarding, walks, or just daily check ins! While I don’t have a fenced in yard, we do have a large back yard that backs into woods with trees lining the yard so dogs typically stay in the yard. I am also always outside with the dogs when letting them out. I have leashes/tie outs that I can use if you prefer and I can crate your dog if ever needed!

About: I have taken care of dogs most of my life. I love them I have watch many peoples pets and this is what I love to do! I will spend lots of time with your pet. I have watched my neighbors dogs many time. She had three dogs and I can handle them all at once. I am in school now and will be going to college in the fall at UW Stout. I have had pets most of my life. I also will be working lot this summer but will make time for pets! I love working with pets dogs or cats. I would be popping in the house multiple times a day. I will have your pets on a leash for safety if you don’t have a fenced in yard. I will be playing with your dog and spending lots of time with them! If your dog is not good with other pets I can work with that as well.

Gabriela K.
“Gabriela is a pet whisperer in human form. If you’re looking for someone to care for your furry best friend like they’re royalty (and let’s be honest, they are), Gabriela is your person. Our pet fell in love with her faster than they fell in love with cheese—and that’s saying something. She’s dependable, kind, and always sends photo updates. We could actually relax while away, knowing our little Corgi was in such good hands. Gabriela doesn’t just show up—she shows up with love, patience, and play. I swear my pet is more excited to see her than me. Hire Gabriela. Your pet will thank you.”

Amy B.
“I have known Amy for decades. She has always been a dog lover and treats her dog like her babies, part of the family. She lives a distance from us know so I have never used her for caring for my dog. However, I would totally trust her with my Bruno and know she would shower him with the love and attention she gives her own fur babies. :)”

Samantha S.
“Sam babysat for my 3 dogs while we were on a week long trip. She took the dogs for walks daily and stuck to their normal schedule. The dogs were happy and didn’t seem stressed when we returned. I would trust Sam to watch my dogs again.”

Marly J.
“Marly has taken wonderful care of both my childhood dog, Aussie—a cocker spaniel with some medical needs—and our golden retriever/Australian cattle dog mix, Miles, while our family was away on vacation. She is incredibly reliable, trustworthy, and genuinely loving with our fur babies. Marly made sure Aussie received all of her medications and special care, giving us complete peace of mind. As for Miles, who has tons of energy, Marly went above and beyond—taking him on long walks and spending lots of time playing with him throughout the day to keep him happily exercised. Both Aussie and Miles absolutely light up when Marly visits. It’s clear they love and feel completely comfortable with her. We couldn’t ask for a better person to look after them!”

Angela P.

“Angela was excellent with the dogs! She communicates well and is prompt. The pups love her! I used her last trip and will continue to enjoy her valuable help!”

“This was great! I loved the little gift bag as well :) thank you!!”

Nicole N.
“Nicole is absolutely lovely. She takes the best care of my two pups who can at times be a handful! She’s very patient and sends me lots of updates and pictures which I always appreciate. It’s so hard to find someone who you know will take as good care of your dogs as you will, and Nicole doesn’t just that!”

Katia M.
“Katia may be new to Rover but I can assure that she's not new to pet sitting! She's my 18 year old next door neighbor, and she's been watching my dogs and cats for YEARS. One of my dogs, Abby, is now 9 years old, but when she was younger, she was a handful. She's a border collie/springer spaniel mix with tons of energy but Katia can handle her with a breeze. Abby can be dog-reactive but Katia can handle this as well. Katia is extremely reliable, dependent, and loves all animals as if they were her own. She'll spend oodles of time with your pets showering them with love. If you want your dog(s) to go for a walk, Katia can handle all three of my dogs at once so I'm confident that she can handle your dogs. If your pets need medication, she knows how to administer them. She's extremely bright and detailed that way. She'll also text pictures and updates so you know that everything is going smoothly at home. Needless to say, I highly recommend Katia M. to watch your dogs and/or cats!”
