About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all kinds since I was 10. I have always been an animal lover and have instilled that same love in my children. I would welcome your pet into my home and treat them like I would want someone to treat my family’s dogs - with lots of love and attention! You can trust me to take great care of your pet while you are away. I live on three acres so there is lots of room for your pet to safely walk, play and sniff around! :) I am also willing to do drop in visits in your home if you prefer, while you are away. I am available for pet sitting, walking and boarding mostly on evenings and weekends. I will also have availability over Christmas break and I am off over the summer, so my availability will open up quite a bit during those months. I have two friendly dogs and two friendly cats that are used to dogs. I would take your pet out on a leash since our yard is not fenced. I would let them out several times a day and feed them on a set schedule. They can sleep in a crate or possibly in a bed if that works out.

I am a foster parent for many different rescues in the area including Cocos Heart, Across America Boxer Rescue and Rejection Collection Boxer Rescue. My home is full of dog beds, treats and all the loving they could ever want. I have a privacy fenced in backyard and provide kennels as well for safe spaces too. When I am not home safe space kennel time with soothing music until I return will play. My privacy fence covers 90% of my yard with a fenced gate covering the other 10%. Your fur baby will not be outside unattended however. I also have a boxer that if they get along they are welcomed to play together, however if they don’t get along no worries! Being a foster parent I know how to split my house and time between to babies. I also have cameras set up so I can keep an eye on the babies at all times. Your fur baby will be treated like royalty when they are staying here.

I work part time at a retail store, so I am never working more than 9 hours at a time, I usually only work 4-5 hours normally. About: I have never not had a dog…or multiple!😊 I’ve grown up with Labrador Retrievers. With that being said, I can handle the chewing, the energy, the hours of stimulation, and the endless snuggles! I have raised multiple puppies into adulthood, with two currently being my own! From potty training to tricks, to walking on a leash, I have done it all! I also have had family dogs that’s we have had until 12-14 years old that have required special needs due to age. I am a nurse who once wanted to become a vet so I am super flexible from an experience standpoint!😊 I am a night shift nurse who works just a couple days a week! With that being said, my schedule is flexible and I’m almost always home! We are extremely active people who go on multiple walks a day, and I typically run a couple miles a week as well! Weather permitting, we are outside 95% of the time. My dogs are always enjoying the sun on our large deck that overlooks our woods, outside running in the woods, or playing fetch in the yard. We have 2 young and friendly labradors who love to play and meet new friends! We own 2 acres, half of it being woods with trails! This would be for the guests who have a great recall or have halo collars😊 For the ones who struggle a little more with recall, we have a 3 car garage with a doggy door to go in and out of a fenced in area (in pictures)! Also a large deck to catch some rays on, as well as plenty and plenty of walks! I want your pup(s) to feel as comfortable as possible and never want to leave😊 I am extremely flexible and want to stick to their routine as much as possible!
“Mike is our absolute favorite when it comes to care for our two dogs. He is so friendly and takes amazing care of our dogs while we are away at work. He sends pictures and updates throughout the day which is so appreciated. He has a lovely fenced in yard for the dogs to play in, and when they are inside he allows them to get comfy on the couches! Our dogs love going to Mikes house, all I have to do is say “Who wants to go to Mikes?” and they both jump up and nudge their leashes by the front door! Our one dog was adopted a couple years ago and was still struggling with opening up to other dogs when we first started bringing them to Mikes house 7 months ago. Fast forward to now, she is so excited to go to his house and is playing wonderfully with the other dogs. He is patient, kind, and loves the dogs in his care and it shows. Our girls are always happy and tired from playing upon their return home. He is always our first choice whenever we need someone to watch our dogs. Thank you so much for everything you do, Mike!”
“Our Aussie/Border collie had a delightful time at doggy daycare every day for a week. Jessica and her husband were very communicative, prompt and sent photos. They were patient working through our dog's anxiety on the second day (when he realized this was not just a one-off play date), and he ended up happy and comfortable the rest of the week, playing all day with their resident dog and another friend. About: The two loves of my life were my dog, Abby, and my dog Bronx. Abby was a Siberian husky and Bronx a 15” lemon beagle. Bronx was part of my life for 20 years and just recently passed. I honestly can’t imagine a life without animals in it, and one day I wanna be able to reflect back on my life, knowing that I did as much as I could to help as many animals as possible, which is why becoming a part of ROVER is so appealing. I have an incredibly flexible work schedule that will enable me to schedule my work hours around my hours caring for animals. About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all kinds since I was 10. I have always been an animal lover and have instilled that same love in my children. I would welcome your pet into my home and treat them like I would want someone to treat my family’s dogs - with lots of love and attention! You can trust me to take great care of your pet while you are away. I live on three acres so there is lots of room for your pet to safely walk, play and sniff around! :) I am also willing to do drop in visits in your home if you prefer, while you are away. I am available for pet sitting, walking and boarding mostly on evenings and weekends. I will also have availability over Christmas break and I am off over the summer, so my availability will open up quite a bit during those months. I have two friendly dogs and two friendly cats that are used to dogs. I would take your pet out on a leash since our yard is not fenced. I would let them out several times a day and feed them on a set schedule. They can sleep in a crate or possibly in a bed if that works out.
