Can move around my schedule for whenever your pet needs! Available for after work drop ins as well! Please reach out if you need a sitter! Love playing in the yard with dogs, especially throwing the ball and playing fetch. Always make sure they have plenty of water afterwords. As well as lots of pets and belly rubs!
“Ashley could not have been better to work with! Communication was excellent and she took such good care of our dogs and cats. She went above and beyond and was very thorough! She is compassionate, and great with animals. I very highly recommend her. She was great!”

About: What sets me apart from others is that I have fostered many dogs and cats in the recent past. I have 5 animals of my own including 3 dogs and 2 cats. I have a special interest and love for animals and will always provide the best care. I also have a lot of training on dog body language and am currently in school to be a dog groomer! I’m currently self employed. So I have plenty of time to play, walk or care for your sweet babies. I hope I can be considered! I pride myself in my knowledge and skills when it comes to animals and if I am doing a stay in visit I’m confident I can follow any and all directions I’m given. As well as when walking your furry family member. I will take any and all safety precautions.

“Crystal has been an amazing sitter while I’ve been out of town for work. Great communication, sent pictures and kept me updated on everything going on when she arrived and left my house. About: I've taken care of dogs since I was around 12 or 13 years old. I would take care of neighbor's, and family member's animals. Such as walking them, feeding them, giving them the love and care that they receive everyday from their owners. I am in college so my schedule is very consistent! Two days out of the week I have 8:30am classes and then the other 3 days my classes start at noon. I am very flexible however, all of my classes end at or before 5pm. So I am available early morning, late morning, afternoon evening, depending on the day! Just reach out and I’m sure we can make it work!! I will respect your home, and follow said rules in your home to be able to give your animal the best care it deserves. ♡
“Amanda is excellent. Not only is her communication top notch but so is the care and attention to detail she had for my cats/my asks (her 1st sitting was for 18 drop ins over 10 days). My pets loved her too, she is clearly an animal lover, they came right to her on the 1st visit. I highly recommend her.”

“Jenee did an amazing job taking care of our cats. Our Garfield and Morticia were always excited to see her and get pets. Our cats really enjoyed her company. She even went above and beyond to even feed and water the outside feral cats that like to take up residence on our porch. Next time we go out of town we will definitely be more than happy to have Jenee watch our cats. They will be in good hands.”

About: I have had my own pets since I was a young child. I have taken care of many of my friends, family, neighbors, and church members pets over the years. I love dogs and kitties and believe they deserve to be well taken care of. They depend on us to be good to them and are at our mercy. If they are mistreated they can't say anything. This makes it that much more important to be good to our pets. I am not currently working so I have a lot of free time. I have 6 grown children who are on thier own. Two in college, the rest with their own families. I have one friendly lab mix who loves playmates. A fenced in yard, doggie door, and all hardwood floors so accidents are not tragic! I am within walking distance of our city bike/walking trail for long doggie walks.

About: I have taken care of so many different dogs and cats and other pets since I was 10 years old. I have watched for friends and family and really enjoy spending time with pets. I work on reduced time at amazon so I work on Sundays, Monday and Tuesdays and then on thursdays and fridays I work at a dog boarding facility. I also love when the dogs sleep with me at night. I can also take care of pets that have medications too.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Bunker Hill. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
