Additionally I have pet sat for animals who need extra care and attention. About: I've been around pets off and on my entire life. I have experience walking small and medium size dogs regularly, including putting on and taking off harnesses. I am not afraid to roll around on the floor and play with them. I am a firm believer in using dog communication, such as eye contact or lack thereof, and in keeping with the training that already started. If you always put a hand flat for sit, it means sit, if it means lay down, it means lay down. I follow your lead, you know your dog best. I'm currently in between jobs so I'm very consistently open, I will update my availability if something comes up for a day, and I hate letting people down so I pay close attention so I don't overbook myself. Consistency is key for most animals, I'm willing to work with you to maintain the status quo, so to speak, with your pets routine, food, and training.
About: I’ve taken care of both cats and dogs for my entire life. I was expected to walk, feed, bathe, and take care of my pets at home since I was 10. I’ve been pet sitting for family, friends, and neighbors for about 3 years now. I am a full-time college student so I plan to work part-time so that I can focus on my studies. About: I have had my own pets since I was a young child. I have taken care of many of my friends, family, neighbors, and church members pets over the years. I love dogs and kitties and believe they deserve to be well taken care of. They depend on us to be good to them and are at our mercy. If they are mistreated they can't say anything. This makes it that much more important to be good to our pets. I am not currently working so I have a lot of free time. I have 6 grown children who are on thier own. Two in college, the rest with their own families. I have one friendly lab mix who loves playmates. A fenced in yard, doggie door, and all hardwood floors so accidents are not tragic! Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
