“Jasper is committed to his clients both human and furry! He has a big heart and is a blessing. He is great with communication, timely and follows care plan for Jasmine my fur baby. I would highly recommend Jasper for all creatures great and small!”

“Deitra and David helped take care of my senior dog in her last few weeks. I’m so thankful for their kindness and patience. If you’re looking for reliable and flexible help, you can trust their care. ❤️”

“I was very nervous leaving my puppy alone after 6 months of furlough. Elmer took the time to get to know her and gives her the attention she needs. I am gone for a large part of the day. When I come home she is happy and the house is in one piece.”

About: I have had furry friends in my life for as long as I can remember. I have experience with dogs, cats, rodents, and reptiles, babies to seniors. I am familiar with training techniques and body language in dogs and cats. I am currently a student taking online classes, so my schedule is very flexible, and I can adjust to better take care of your fur baby. I am good at following instructions and adapting if the situation calls for it. I am not afraid to clean up any messes left behind by your fur baby.

“Caroline was a great dog walker. She was always accessible, and very flexible with my schedule. She did everything I asked of her and took great care of my pug. I would definitely recommend her for anyone looking for a dog walker.”

“Katherine has been wonderful with my stubborn Pitt Bull, Angel. It’s clear she has experience with dogs—Angel tries to pull her around, but Katherine handles her like a pro, always staying calm and in control. She’s sweet, attentive, and genuinely cares about Angel. I’m really glad I found her and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled dog walker.”

About: I spent most of my life being called a hippie, tree hugger, and even nature-lover. The funny thing about each one of these names is that they are extremely empowering if you understanding the mission and goals that I have set for myself in reference to the environment. I pride myself on ensuring the safety and the well-being of the environment while protecting people as part of the natural environment. I am a recent graduate of Cornell university where I was pre-vet. I am currently working for the national wildlife federation where I focus on water conservation for exotic and local species. I honestly adore animals sometimes more than people. I am very active and don't mind spending a lot of time outside with your dogs.

“She was awesome with our little girl! She took great care of her and even went above and beyond to clean up a little “mess” from one of our older cats! Already booked her again for another walk!”

“Steph did a great job with our handful of a beagle. She sent me a completed Rover Card with a picture, a map and mileage of their walk, and a polite note for me for every walk (which was twice a day!). She went the extra mile carving out a slot that would get our beagle outside without risking accidents. Her energy was so relaxed that my usually hyper and jumping beagle calmly sniffed her at the meet and greet- I was pleasantly surprised!”

“Extremely great experience. Our dog is always excited and happy when Siria arrives for a walk. Very professional at all times and takes care our dog extremely well! Highly recommend!!”

About: I have taken care of a cat for 7 years, I have also taken care of a young dog for a neighbor every once in a while for about 1 and a half years, I have also briefly taken care of 2 dogs for a different neighbor for about a week. I have always loved all animals but I am not currently allowed to own a dog because I do not own the house that I am currently living in, but I would love to take care of any type of dog. I have not yet taken care of a dog with disabilities but I would love to learn how to. I have briefly taken care of an elderly dog as well. Thank you all for the opportunity to take care of your pet. I currently work 4 days a week but no weekends so I should be available to petsit if you need a weekend out! I work in vetmed so I am well equipped to take good care of your babies I have 5 pets at home and have been in the veterinary field for about 4 years so I know some fundamentals about pet care from all different sizes and breeds

About: Hiiii! My name is Eliza. I have been dog sitting on and off for 5 years through the Rover App. However, have been dog sitting for more than 10 years. I work from home and I’ve also volunteered at the Fairfax shelter for a couple years. I love having four legged friends at my home. I am usually home so your pup is rarely home alone. If weather is permits, I’ll take your pup to one of the nearest parks. I love going on long walks. Once booked, I’ll send pictures and updates everyday or per request. And of course give them lots of love while your away. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out :) There is usually someone home to routinely take your pup out for daily/potty walks. See if he or she has enough water for the day. As well as administer medicine if needed. When pups are taken out we make sure they are safely harnessed. We avoid taking them on main and busy roads. We use a crate per owners request

“I’ve been meaning to leave Dominick a review for some time and my apologies for not earlier. I’ve been using Dominick regularly for the last 8 months. My dog is always happy to see him and when I get home I know he’s had a good walk. I trust Dominick entering and exiting my house without me being there. I know based on my notifications that Dominick is always on time and he communicates very well. If I have any specific instructions whether it is to leave my dog in his crate or to give him a treat before he leaves, I know it’s been done. Typically I use Dominick’s service when I have a busy work day or traveling and he’s a tremendous help in giving my dog (a 15 month old very energetic husky) some exercise. I recommend Dominick 100 percent.”

“Angelly was such a pleasure to work with! She is punctual, a great listener, and she took such good care of our high-energy siberian husky! She did a week of walks with him, and in awful weather, and he was always tired and dried off by the time we saw him, and she was nothing but understanding and flexible! We would absolutely recommend Angelly to anyone who needs a dog-walker :)”

She has two cats that she has been raising for over 5 years even while in college.
