About: FROM AUGUST TO JUNE I AM ONLY AVAILABLE FOR HOUSE SITTING ON THE WEEKENDS DUE TO MY TEACHING SCHEDULE ☺️ I’ve taken care of cats since I was a kid, but also have experience with caring for other animals as well. Small and medium sized dogs, fish, you name it! I currently work as a teacher in Lancaster County, and live in Lebanon County. My schedule is somewhat limited during the day due to teaching, but during the school year I have much more flexibility in the evenings and on the weekends. Additionally, during the summer break my availability is MUCH more open! I live in an apartment complex, so I am not able to bring other pets into my apartment. I however take safety of animals into high consideration when in the owner’s space. I am sure to treat the animal as if they are my own by keeping their safety and happiness a top priority

“Amanda is amazing! We feel fortunate she was able to help us watch our cat. We had to leave in a hurry and did not get to set everything up so Amanda had to sift through some of our things to help take care of our cat. Thank you again so much for all you did and we will definitely book her again.”

“Rhianna was a pleasure; she was able to get my Boots out to eat each day. Boots is a very scared cat and does not like strange people. Somehow, she managed to do what no one else could do. She was able to make friends with Tigger who is the king of his castle and wants to be the first at eating and protecting his domain. She showed patients and kindness to my cats, and I would hire her again anytime. Thank you, Rhianna it was a pleasure, for us as well as our cats. Cathy McGreggor”

About: I have had a dog in my home my entire life, love all animals, and have cared for family members pets previously. Recently I adopted a pembroke welsh corgi named Riley. We adopted her at 9 weeks old and she is now 10 months. I have been spending all of my free time learning about training and dog behavior in order to provide our girl the best life which can hopefully extend to your pups as well. Dogs will match the energy you bring so I always aim to be a confident, calming presence when with pets. I absolutely love going on walks and getting to walk Riley brightens my days so I will gladly take your furry friends for as long or short of a walk as they please. As a currently puppy owner I also know how important play time is for bonding as well as adding mental enrichment into their days. Our girl has had some health issues so I am able to give medications as needed. I am available on weekday mornings prior to 11am. I can also be as flexible as needed on weekends and potentially late nights as I work until 8pm. I have become a very strong believer in building a trusting foundation between me and the dogs by actively working as training, engaging them in meaningful playtime, adding in mental enrichment by the way of puzzles, bonding during walks, and just making sure they get some loving every day.

“Laura is amazing working with dogs. I've worked with her during her college years pet grooming. She was incredibly kind, compassionate, & loving as she handled each dog in her care while bathing, drying, & brushing.
