About: I love being with dogs when I’m hanging out at home or in the woods and that's why I'm on Rover--I just love having dogs in my life! I'm a very active person and love being outside. I have a home with two roommates who also love dogs. We have a large un-fenced yard with a small play pen in the yard appropriate for small dogs. We live in a nice, dog-friendly neighborhood close to a park, a creek for those water lovers, and hiking trails (and, coming soon, a WagBar!). I’ve had a dog at every point in my life and have been recently raising a puppy with my parents but I have no other dogs in the home at the time. I have several dog beds around the house, toys, leashes, etc. as well as a large kennel. I'm also willing to offer extra services like bathing and brushing. I’m happy to do house visits for cats too, but my housemate is allergic so, unfortunately, I can’t do any cat sitting. I am happy to take the dogs on as long or short of walks as desired, or even on hikes and runs! Lastly, I am currently working full time from home and am excited to spend ALL DAY with your pups! I can't wait to meet and get to know y’all’s pups! :)

About: I have a special place in my heart for senior dogs and senior care for dogs. I am happiest when I am taking care of animals in whatever way they need love and care. I currently work part time so have plenty of time Wednesday through Sunday to care for your pets. I prefer to check on them in their own homes frequently each day giving them plenty of time to run around and play or have some love and companionship. When I check on your pets in their homes I will be sure they have everything they need to be comfortable and safe while I’m away. I will also spend an hour with them to make sure they have plenty of time to do their business outside and get their wiggles out if they need it.

About: Growing up in Alaska we always had dogs in our home. It taught us responsibility, care and respect for animals at an early age. I have 30+ years of experience caring for cats and dogs, as both our own pets and others. In our household we have an eleven year old son and a 4 1/2 year old small, mixed breed, super friendly, dog. We will provide a safe, nurturing, playful environment for your furry friend and will treat them as if they are part of our family! We have a fully fenced back yard for them to romp and play. I am home every day until the first week of August so you can count on round the clock care for your pets. I recently reactivated my Rover account and am looking forward to hosting our first clients in our new home! I am currently not working for the summer so am available in my home full time. Once school begins, mid August, I will be available in the afternoons and weekends with limited availability Monday-Thursday. I have a fully fenced yard and a furry friend who loves to play. If quiet space is needed, we have doggy door access from outside to the garage.

About: I'm an outgoing person and love to hang out with animals! I have 3 dogs of my own and really enjoy spending time with them at home or outside. I work from home, which gives me time during the day to care for and play with allll the animals! I'm available most days and have a flexible schedule :) I have toys/bones/treats, a yard, and a garage to play in, plus 3 friendly dogs who love playing! I also have a large kennel if your dog likes/needs to have one available.

About: I am a Licensed Veterinary Technician, a licensed positive reinforcement Canine Obedience Instructor, and am Pet CPR and First Aid certified! I have cared for pets for most of my life, with all stages of lives and medical needs. I have experience with caring for young through senior age, diabetics, surgical recovery pets, pets with behavioral needs, and everyday average happy kiddos! I can make nearly any pet care situation work. I have flexible hours, rates, and am always open for discussion! I have experience with large animal, small mammal, aquatics, birds, and dogs/cats. I have made pet care my entire life. I continue to strive to be the best I can be for my own pets, and am happy to extend that love out to other peoples' pets as well. I have an open schedule so that I can be available when people need. I am currently in the process of fencing my yard. At this time, we take on-leash walks in the neighborhood. The yard is monitored and we have a security system that alerts us to movement outside, so that we don't have accidental run-ins with moose. Pets are not left outside unattended. Kitties are restricted to indoor only, and can have their own private room if needed. My personal pets are crate trained, so that if I have a non-social pet in the home, I am able to give them the space they need. If I am in a client's home, I do not bring visitors, I do not bring my own pets, and I make accommodations for each situations specific needs. All pets are cared for to the standard that I would expect my own to be cared for. I am dependable, honest, and will always do my best to do exactly what is asked of me.

About: I have previously worked with dogs in all professional capacities including doggy daycares, boarding facilities, training facilities, veterinary clinics, and animal shelters. I have experience working with and caring for animals that are elderly, chronically ill, and have special needs. I strive to continue to improve training goals even when you’re away. I am a full time private dog trainer and design my daily schedule around the dogs I’m currently working with and the specific needs of their owners. I do my best to remain flexible. Services will only be offered in your home at this time. I am respectful and responsible and will leave your home as I found it. My priority is to provide your pet with the highest level of care in your absence.

About: I adopted an Alaskan Malamute when she was a year old. When I got her she had every issue a dog could have, including dog reactivity, resource guarding, gaps with housetraining, not crate trained, lack of manners, separation anxiety and leash pulling. I spent three years taking in-person group and individual dog training classes to address these issues. She was a hard dog to train but after a lot of work, I now have a well-mannered dog who is completely reliable off-leash. I can read her body language and understand when she is struggling with an interaction and needs a change.  If your dog struggles with any of these issues, I understand and can advocate for him or her to keep your dog happy and safe. Is your dog shy? Great, I know how to make slow introductions and know the signs a dog isn't comfortable with a pet. Struggle with separation anxiety? I work from home and have crates if your dog feels comfortable in a confined area. Not like other dogs? I know how to get between dogs to prevent unwanted interactions. Afraid of strangers? I will gladly tell a person they can not pet a dog. I work full-time from home. I can do dog care in the late afternoon and some weekends depending on my schedule. I am often available during holidays. I like to go on longer dog walks and hikes if your dog likes that. I have a large fenced yard with a dog door that can accommodate most dog sizes. I have a large Ruffland crates in my house and plenty of toys. I will only host one dog at a time.
