About: I love being with dogs when I’m hanging out at home or in the woods and that's why I'm on Rover--I just love having dogs in my life! I'm a very active person and love being outside. I have a home with two roommates who also love dogs. We have a large un-fenced yard with a small play pen in the yard appropriate for small dogs. We live in a nice, dog-friendly neighborhood close to a park, a creek for those water lovers, and hiking trails (and, coming soon, a WagBar!). I’ve had a dog at every point in my life and have been recently raising a puppy with my parents but I have no other dogs in the home at the time. I have several dog beds around the house, toys, leashes, etc. as well as a large kennel. I'm also willing to offer extra services like bathing and brushing. I’m happy to do house visits for cats too, but my housemate is allergic so, unfortunately, I can’t do any cat sitting. I am happy to take the dogs on as long or short of walks as desired, or even on hikes and runs! Lastly, I am currently working full time from home and am excited to spend ALL DAY with your pups! I can't wait to meet and get to know y’all’s pups! :)

“Laura is wonderful with my two weimaraner puppies. She is very attenative and gives them the much needed attention they both deserve. I feel so comfortable leaving them alone with her when I'm working 12hr shifts at the hospital.”

About: I have a special place in my heart for senior dogs and senior care for dogs. I am happiest when I am taking care of animals in whatever way they need love and care. I currently work part time so have plenty of time Wednesday through Sunday to care for your pets. I prefer to check on them in their own homes frequently each day giving them plenty of time to run around and play or have some love and companionship. When I check on your pets in their homes I will be sure they have everything they need to be comfortable and safe while I’m away. I will also spend an hour with them to make sure they have plenty of time to do their business outside and get their wiggles out if they need it.

“Cory was amazing! He took care of my dogs and house as if it was his. He kept us updated, left my house better than what it was. I will definitely be reaching out again to have him stay with the animals. Thank you Cory!! I appreciate you so much!”

“Have absolutely no complaints! We were gone for 10 days leaving behind 3 animals and Heaven took amazing care of them. I had daily pictures of all three animals. We ran out of cat food, she got some and went above and beyond and even got a litter scooper. She is a rockstar and will be our go to from now on!”

About: I have been pet sitting for friends and family for over 20 years. I am an animal lover and I understand what it means to leave your pets in someone else's hands. I currently work bankers hours Monday-Friday, but I have flexibility during mornings, lunch, evenings and weekends. I will work with pet parents to make sure that pets are cared for properly. I have experience with dogs that require medication, reactivity, puppies, and nervous animals. My care would be tailored to match what the pets are accustomed to and what myself and the pet parent agree on.

“Colleen is a wonderful sitter and our Kai definitely found her best bud. Colleen took very good care of our girl, taking her for walkabouts and ensuring she's had her meds when required. Kai enjoyed and had fun with her, which for her age was pleasing to see. Our house was clean and orderly when we got home. She did have an issue with our tankless water heater during her stay and she swapped to the standby electric with no problem. We will definitely hire Colleen if available on our next trip.”

Hannah M.
“I enthusiastically submit this recommendation for Hannah as a wonderful dog caregiver! Hannah pet sat for my border collie Jazz and my cat Mia for just over 2.5years. We used her for both dog walks or runs several times a week and for some overnight pet sits. Like most people with dogs, Jazz and Mia are beloved members of our family so who cares for her is very important to us. She cared for Jazz from the time she was a puppy until the time we moved away from Ann Arbor, and in that time she developed a close relationship with Jazz. I always felt comfortable leaving Jazz in Hannah's care! She kept me updated daily with pics and stories of her and Jazz's exploits. She remembered her birthday and would even stop by and bring her birthday treats. I really appreciated that I could count on her to take such good care of Jazz! During this time we also got to know Hannah personally. She is responsible, mature, and is just a really nice person. I would definitely hire her again if I could!”
