Mesa is an energizer bunny and LOVES to play with her two cuties, too! Not to mention ample walks with the option to safely go off leash, if desired, in addition to the huge back yard. Kathryn is an excellent communicator, incredibly reliable, and instinctively natural with the dogs. About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life. I’m very comfortable around them and I find them to be very comfortable around me. From gentle giants to the tiniest little yappers, I’ve loved and cared for them all and never met a dog I disliked. I’m not a professional trainer but I’ve learned enough competencies in dog training techniques throughout my life to confidently be able to put them into practice with my own animals so my home feels as safe and stress-free as possible in my day to day life and routines. I plan to do this as full time as I can. Figured I’d jump all-in into something that will provide an income for something fulfilling that I already enthusiastically do every day with my own four furry flatmates. So I’m available almost any time, day or night with few exceptions. I have a fenced yard, and two large, oafish boys (Morty & Melvin) that love to play in the back yard and sleep splayed-out, belly-up on the couch. It’s a chill environment here. I also have two, very lazy indoor cats who’s favorite toys include pipe cleaners and every loaf of bread I bring home for myself. Jones thinks he’s a dog, and as a result, pretty much tries to get along with everybody, especially human visitors. Luna is reclusive, but non-confrontational. I feed them twice a day in appropriately-measured amounts, and always have clean water available as well as treats and toys. I’m also a retired professional chef and sometimes use those skills to make homemade pet food for some much anticipated variety in my fur family’s diets. We also don’t mind sharing!

About: I have taken care of small dogs for 5 years. I have a small dog myself. I am willing to train using the simple commands. I am currently working part-time so I'm available to take dogs on walks,play with, do drop ins and house's your cute little ones. I can work around your scheduled. I have a rock wall built around my property. If you have a dog crate, I will definitely use it. I have a shy little one as well.

Carla is getting my high recommendation for out of town dog sitter! She is fully set up for boarding with gates set up for runners and allowed my dog to rest on her couch when he needed some space from our other annoying puppy that Carla cared for on this visit. Her page is extremely detailed and I received daily updates with videos and photos of meals and even nap times for the puppy. My pups were healthy and happy coming home after almost a week with Clara. We had another boarding experience in a different city and our pup was scared and depressed. Clara listened to our worries and took a few extra steps to reassure us as a family and our scared pups. We will highly recommend Clara and will hopefully be repeat boarders as well!
