About: Hello! I'm Jess - I'm originally from Northern California and moved to Maine in 2025. Growing up I always had dogs (and sometimes cats), and learned to take care of pets from a young age. I was the go-to person in my neighborhood for petsitting, drop-in visits and dog-walking. I look forward to meeting you & your fur babies! I'm now a full time pet-sitter! I am available for drop-ins, overnight stays, and long-term petsitting in your home. Additionally, I'm available for dog walking during the daytime. About: I've been taking care of cats as long as I can remember. I don't currently have a dog but I frequently take care of my aunt's Great Pyrenees and I've taken care of many other dogs. I have a very flexible schedule and I'm free any day of the week for sitting. I would be happy to take care of any kind of dog or cat. I usually consult the owner and try to stick to the pets regular schedule as close as possible. I usually visit dogs three or four times a day and do one or two walks and for cats I visit once or twice a day or as many times as the owner would like.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs cats rabbits and horses ever since I was 10. I’ve cared for new born kittens as well as senior cats at the Humane Society for almost 10 years. And cared for my neighbors’ dogs. From volunteering I’ve learn much about behaviors for both dogs and cats and have discovered I have a talent for working with them. I decided at retiring that I would like to begin in home pet sitting earning a living. I also manage an Airbnb with pets and have had great experiences with both dogs and and cats. I’m available all times but desire at least a week in advance notice. Daily weekly and hourly with breaks when needed for managing my Airbnb. Usually to clean after check out. Also per your needs I will need to have a brief break in the day to drive home to make sure my cats are fed and happy with some play time if I am asked to do overnights. I have 4 cats now. They get fed on special foods on a schedule. When they are eating I clean their cat boxes and when they are finished, I clean their bowls. Before they begin their daily naps , I play with each of them. They range in age from 19 to 1 yr. I also check their water bowls throughout the day or night depending. I can give them treats anytime. I also have learned various medical skills and hope to go back to school for a third degree as a vet tech and if life allows veterinary practice.

About: I've been providing neighborhood pet care since I was 11. Short walkies with tiny terriers, long trails with Labrador retrievers, dog parks, training exercises, puzzle feeders, I've done it and enjoyed it all. I like to make friends with our canine companions, and help them feel safe and secure in the absence of their favorite human(s). I have experience giving pills and administering daily shots, like insulin. I work remotely, so my time is freauently on my own schedule and at my own pace. Having an animal to care for is an added bonus that is easy to work around, and forces me to remember my exercise! Dogs staying at my house get 2 longer walks and a shorter walk per day, depending on age, energy, and ability of the dog. I also try to incorporate a special enrichment activity every day. Example: dog park, trail, swimming, long play/training session, suited to the dog's interests and abilities. The dog's space in my house is also where I work, so I spend a lot of time hanging out with your dog. At your house, I'll ask for their favorite toy or play routine, to keep their space consistent until you come back. I love to put on an audiobook and take dogs on a "sniff walk" where they can just sniff to their heart's content, such great enrichment for their strong noses.

About: I have several years of experience caring for dogs and absolutely love getting to know each pup and their individual personality! 🐾 My experience includes everything from drop-in visits and walks to overnight stays and pet sitting for weeks at a time. Since high school, I worked at the local doggy daycare and boarding facility caring for every size of dog imaginable. I am experienced in basic doggy first aid and medicine administration. I've lived and trained with livestock guardian breeds, sporting breeds, hounds, and working breeds all my life! I grew up in a household full of animals (dogs, cats, bunnies, rodents, reptiles, horses, and goats), and I was taught how to care for these animals from a young age. This communication could entail any behavioral concerns you have which may interfere with your pets safety, any other animals in the area to be aware of, specific techniques you use with your animal to deter them from stressors (an example with dogs would be kenneling or puppy push ups), any safety concerns in the environment (for example if you had a cat and a rodent which needed to be kept in separate parts of the home, or a hole in your fence) and anything else you might want to share with me. About: Hi I’m Olivia, I’m a veterinary assistant working through getting my Veterinary Technician license online and I also have a bachelors in animal sciences!
