Bathing and basic grooming comes with the territory too, if you’d like. Having family and friends that work in animal care has given me the opportunity to have experience with all ages of pets as well as health knowledge. I’m patient with animals of various behavioral needs as well, and have even cared for fish and exotic pets. I’ve personally owned and care for dogs and cats have been a sitter on Rover since 2022. “Betty walked our dog daily while we were away, and she was excellent. She is a caring person with a great work ethic and is very communicative. I would highly recommend her for your pet care needs and will happily call upon her again in the future.”

“Lauren is an excellent dog walker. She was always prompt. She evaluated Clancy's needs each time to determine walk or not (especially when very hot outside), or play instead and worked on commands and provided meal, treats and water. She always provided feedback on Clancy and activities included. We loved the pictures & video she provided with each visit. We'd definitely use Lauren again. Also note that Clancy is a puppy (7 months old & weighs 48+ lbs) with lots of energy and Lauren handled him expertly.”

“Super nice and worked with me even though I absolutely did not know what I was doing with how it all worked. My dog Nala loved her and acted like they have known each other for years. Lol. Will definitely book with Nicole again in the future.”

“Elizabeth did a wonderful job visiting our pup to take him on a walk and then play with him inside as it was too cold to walk. He was happy and tired after! Thank you, Elizabeth!”

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover and proud dog mom of 5 years. I know firsthand how important it is to find someone you can trust to care for your pet like family—and that’s exactly what I do. Whether it’s a walk around the block, playtime in the yard, or cozy cuddle sessions, I make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and happy while you’re away. I’m dependable, detail-oriented, and I treat every pet like they’re my own. I’d love to meet your furry friend and give them the same care and attention I give my own pup! Pet care is already a natural part of our daily routine! We have a golden retriever named Sadie, so feeding, walking, playing, and making sure she feels loved and cared for is just part of our everyday life. My kids love helping too, which adds an extra set of hands (and hearts). Adding another pet into the mix—whether for a day or a week—fits right in with our rhythm. We enjoy the routine, and it brings us joy to care for animals and make them feel safe and at home. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, I treat them like family—with patience, attention, and lots of love. In my home, pets have a cozy, kid-friendly environment with plenty of space to play, rest, and feel at ease. I keep to their normal routines as much as possible—feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, and any special instructions you provide. If I’m caring for your pet in your home, I make sure to respect your space and follow your guidelines closely to help your pet feel safe and comfortable in their familiar environment. Whether it’s keeping things clean, giving medications, or just offering extra snuggles, I’m always focused on making pets feel loved and owners feel at ease.

About: From winning over grumpy barn cats to training my Goldendoodle from puppyhood, I’ve spent over a decade earning the trust of animals big, small, shy, and sassy. I’ve fostered kittens, cared for senior pets, and know my way around baths, brushing, meds, and muddy paw clean-ups. I don’t just show up—I build relationships, one tail wag or purr at a time. With canine first aid training and a pet-first mindset, I treat every animal like family (the spoiled kind). Whether your pup needs a hike buddy or your cat needs a respectful roommate, I’m here to make them feel safe, seen, and loved. Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine. I work part-time remotely, which gives me the flexibility to reliably visit clients' homes and provide consistent care. I prioritize the well-being of my own dog every day and am comfortable managing a structured routine that includes walks, meals, playtime, and any special care needs. Incorporating other pets into that rhythm is something I genuinely enjoy, and I make sure each animal receives attentive, timely, and thoughtful care. When I visit your home, I treat it with the same respect and care I’d want for my own—always following your pet’s routine, keeping things tidy, and making sure your animal feels safe and comfortable in their familiar environment. For dogs spending the day at my place, I offer a calm, secure setting with plenty of space to roam. My property includes 7 acres of outdoor trails for on-leash adventures and enrichment, and I have two large kennels available for dogs who need a quiet space to relax. Whether I’m coming to you or welcoming your pup to me, I focus on building trust and creating a positive, low-stress experience for every animal in my care.

About: I have been taking care of dogs my entire life. I have experience with a wide variety of breeds ranging from Labradors to German Shorthairs and Mastiffs to Miniature American Shepherds. No matter the size, energy level, or special needs you can trust your pet to me. I personally have bred, whelped, and raised two litters of puppies. I am confident in assisting in any potty training of puppies as well. Additionally, having three dogs of my own I know how difficult it can be to leave your dogs in someone else's care. I am very engaged with you during anytime I'm with your dog so you know how they're doing. I work remote and my schedule is very flexible. For the most part I have the ability to set my own schedule. The biggest benefit to me would be to schedule your time with your pet in advance so that I'm able to block that time on my work schedule. I make sure that my pets and the pets that are entrusted into my care are comfortable and content. In order to achieve this I use a variety of tools and tricks such as calm exercise, interactive play, and enrichment activities. I give as much love and attention as they desire without overstimulating or stressing them out. I pay close attention to any indications of stress or other ailments and keep the owners aware of all potential challenges.

“Layla kept me informed and was so helpful for us! Moving to a new city and not knowing anyone to walk our puppy was scary, but she made us feel at ease! She loved Bonnie as her own! We are so thankful!!”

About: I've had dogs my whole life and love all dogs! I'm a college student home for the summer, so I'm trying to make some extra cash. I love dogs, so I'm excited to love on other people's pups! I'm currently taking online courses and enjoying my summer, so I don't have a job. I'll be able to watch and check on your dogs whenever I can. This is a side gig to help pay for college and love on some dogs! I know all the necessary skills to watching a dog. Letting/taking them out to use the restroom, making sure they have water/food, walking them, playing with them, loving on them, and securing them in a kennel or crate. I'm a dog person and have had multiple dogs in my life, so I'm well versed in taking care of dogs.

“We had our first dogwalking sessions with Carole this week and Watson loved his walks! Carole was reliable and sent photos and notes - definitely improved Watson's days and we appreciate her care for him. We had an initial meet and greet and Watson and Carole got along immediately - sometimes he is wary of strangers but this worked out really well for us. Thank you Carole!”

“Mika is very reliable, quick and easy to communicate with, and great at taking care of my two dogs when on walks in her care! My older dog recently had surgery and Mika took great care of her and was very sensitive to her post-op needs. She does more than walk them - she loves on them and works with them to be the best pups they can be. I highly recommend Mika!”

About: I have volunteered at an animal rescue for about 2 years and I have a puppy who I trained and have cared for in the past year. I also have had cats all my life and have fostered pregnant kitties until their kittens were old enough to be adopted. I am currently at home most days, so long as I have some advanced notice I should be able to make anything work. The more time I have the more likely I am to be able to fit you in. I have a wide variety of leashes, dog toys, treats, and other supplies that I can use when working with your pets or I can work with their existing favorites if that is what is prefered. I will spend ample time playing with and caring for you pet. I signed up for Rover because I want to spend lots of time with your pets. If you want I can even help some with training because that is something I am studying and hoping to make a career of. I can take frequent potty breaks as needed and go on long walks if that's what your pet enjoys. I will sculpt the time I spend with your pet just how you want and try to replicate, if not improve the care you would provide if you were there.

“Michael has watched my dog Zoey for over 6 months, both on walks and at his home. I couldn’t have found a better person for my dog, she absolutely loves when he comes to get her and doesn’t want to leave when it’s time to go. He is extremely punctual as well as flexible with his schedule. He is great with dogs and a very friendly person. My family will be using him to walk and watch our dogs for years to come!”

About: I have watched my neighbors dog since I was around 12 years old because they are always traveling! I am currently home for the summer from college. I am a Junior at Seattle Pacific University studying Exercise Science! I work in the restaurant industry so my schedule changes weekly but I am very flexible with everything! I have 2 cats, and 2 dogs! At my house I am in charge of feeding my dog and taking them outside 2 times a day (for walks of course)! My cats are indoor cats & they love to play fetch. So throughout the day I am playing fetch or just cuddling with them!

Taylor C.
“Taylor has watched our dog Moxie multiple times. She plays with her and walks her extensively. She is careful with the daily med she takes, her food schedule and brushing her teeth. One stay Taylor even bathed her daily when Moxie had a skin condition. Moxie is always extremely excited to see Taylor and we know she is in safe hands. We highly recommend Taylor for your pet- you won’t be disappointed.”

Rebekah F.
“Rebekah has been one of the only people we’ve ever trusted to watch our energetic and sassy Mini American Shepherd. I cannot say enough good things about her. She is very knowledgable and experienced when it comes to almost all sizes and breeds of dogs, horses, goats, chickens, etc. She will prioritize your pets needs and well being over anything else. Being that we have such a high energy dog I was worried about whether she would get the attention and exercise she needs daily! I was very please when Rebekah told us she spent lots of time playing fetch, tug-of-war, and went on a walk with our dog and just how much she loved it! My husband and I highly recommend Rebekah!”
