About: Misty (my sweet 8-year-old Lab) and I have three acres to play on, with Chickens, ducks and dwarf goats to play with. We are outside almost all the time, weather permitting. If you want your dog to get a lot of attention and have a lot of fun instead of just sitting around, we might be the place for you! I'm retired so am available most days (Sunday through Friday) for extended hours. I am always with Misty so if we find the right dog or dogs to hang out with us I will be very flexible about hours. We have three acres completely fenced, although I am in the middle of upgrading the fence from 4 feet tall to 6 to keep out deer. In the morning we feed the animals and water the garden and ornamental flowers/bushes and trees. Then it is play time or projects. We play fetch, take the goats for a walk on the property, or go on an adventure walk to visit neighbor dogs and smell all of the things! In between playing I work on projects around the property. Planting, harvesting, landscaping, etc. In the heat we take breaks inside with air conditioning and in the cold we take breaks to warm up but we'd almost always rather be outside where the fun is!
About: We have dogs, snakes, and a bunny. We have kept many different pets for the past 10 years and love caring for all animals! Even the grouchy ones 😊 Our dogs eat at 12:30 and at 6:30 each day with frequent trips outside. They are friendly and we keep them trained to eat only out of their own bowls. Pet care is daily life in our home (with my spouse) and we both take pride in our relationships with animals I will frequently check for assent amongst pets to ensure safety and wellbeing. If animals need to be separated, we live in our finished basement and work upstairs, making it easy to both separate and engage with all the animals frequently. Any instructions will be religiously followed. I am getting my masters in behavior analysis so I am ALWAYS aware of the dynamics of our animals and animal guests!

About: Hello! I'm Taylor! My husband and I moved here from the Midwest a couple years ago and loved it so much we bought our first home! We brought our tuxedo cat, Benedict Mongoose "Goose" Cumberbatch, and our 15-year-old (but you wouldn't know it) puggle, Chuck, along for the ride, and they cannot wait to make friends with your fur babies!! My love for animals is as old as I am. I grew up with sibling pairs of Great Danes, Shih Tzus, Rot/Lab mixes, and German Shepherds. I started caring for and riding horses at 10, helping at my Aunt Lucy's Paso Fino ranch, later volunteering my time caring/mucking for therapy horses at a nonprofit working with disabled children and adults through riding. I carried my love of animals through every stage of life. But I also know how stressful it can be to travel without (or with) our furry friends so my goal, no matter the situation, is to remove as much of that stress from both you and your pets so that you can focus on the big stuff. I have a fully fenced yard and two friendly resident pets: Chuck, our spry 15-year-old puggle who enjoys helping out in the garden, bunny hopping in the yard, hard-core cuddle sessions, and playing with his brother Goose (the cat), who likes dogs but also has plenty of high up hiding space, inaccessible to furry visitors. About: I have two dogs of my own, one dog is Bud who is a golden doodle 2 years old and 85 pounds. My other dog is Lola who is a yorkie 14 years old and 15 pounds. I have a lot of experience with all the ages and sizes of dogs as well as senior dogs. I have always grown up with pups in the house. My family has 2 teacup chihuahuas and 2 frenchies. It is safe to say I have a good diversity in all kinds of dogs and how to care for different animals. I have also had a bunny in my past which was a fun time and lots of fish too! I work from home at my own time so I am available and very flexible with different schedules. I am able to work with different schedules and times. I have a safe home and environment and am close to parks for walks. I live with my two pets as well so the living situation is suitable for animals.

I am able to administer medication when needed, and have taken some vet classes for both big and small animals! Also note that Clancy is a puppy (7 months old & weighs 48+ lbs) with lots of energy and Lauren handled him expertly.”
