“Sarah has been a fantastic sitter for our two cats. We’ve gotten important updates and pictures. Communication is fast and pleasant. We greatly appreciate Sarah’s flexibility in adding an additional visit to the schedule when our flights home were delayed by a day. Sarah gave us peace of mind. Would absolutely book again.”

About: One of my biggest passions is saving animals lives through fostering. My fostering experience has provided me many skills necessary to care for animals with varying needs, including young kittens, diabetic cats, XXS chihuahuas, and XXL breed dogs. Due to my experience in healthcare, I've provided many sub-cutaneous injections for diabetes maintenance and drug responsibilities. I've handled many small rodents including mice, and am comfortable with handling and providing care for smaller pets. I've managed care for animals with severe anxiety by providing them with daily psychiatric meds, and animals needing physical support with supplements, weight loss interventions (diet foods and safe, increased exercise), as well as animals with stranger fear. As a full time professional student, my mornings are often occupied by lectures, and Tuesday/Wednesday afternoons may be partially occupied for school responsibilities. I am very flexible, and can attend to pet care duties before, in between, and after my classes. I am open to over night stays and higher-maintenance care tasks, such as providing care for animals that require behavioral or psychiatric support during their family members absence. I enjoy playing with pets, within their boundaries of comfort. I have become apt at recognizing animals mood states, so I can properly respond to fear, excitement, anxiety, pulling on the leash, and over reactivity as necessary. I enjoy taking dogs on frequent walks if that is comfortable for them, and give occasional treats to reward 'good' behavior, such as sitting or laying down on command, and waiting to be fed. I am comfortable being cuddly with animals, and being very close and physical with them, if that fits in their boundaries. In my apartment I cannot host dogs, however, there are many parks and fields right in my backyard that I can bring your dogs to that they will enjoy.
“Elisabeth was excellent with our senior pup Simba! He took a liking to her right away and she was able to maneuver him into his harness and take him up and down the porch steps easily. Quick, communication, reliable, and kind. Will definitely call on Elisabeth in the future!”

“Andrea is amazing, 100 percent recommend. She is responsive, flexible and sends great pictures. I loved knowing my cat was in such caring and capable hands.”

“Callie was great! She was super prompt and stayed the entire time(I’ve had other sitters not so this was extra appreciated) and June seemed happy in all the pics! Would recommend and use again!!”

About: I really love all kinds of animals! Pets bring so much joy to us, so I understand how important it is to return the love back to them. I grew up helping out neighbors with all kinds of pets. I’ve done walking, cleaning up the yard, simply keeping the pet company, and even administer medications. I don’t have another job other than Rover, so I’m free almost all the time! In addition, I need to be more active, so caring/playing with pets is a healthy way to do it. I value the trust built not only with the pet owner, but the pet themselves. Pets rely on us humans to do everything in our will to keep them safe and happy. Routines, patterns, and proper structure is important for pets to have the sense of familiarity and safety.
“Emma has been a godsend helping with my senior dog while I was out of town. She was very patient, followed detailed instructions, and genuinely concerned for Mitzi's wellbeing. 100% recommend and would book with her again.”
“Elizabeth did a great job of caring for my cat and was very gracious about accepting another cat at the last minute. In my hurry to leave for vacation, I forgot to leave cat litter bags out. Elizabeth took care of that and didn't mention it during our exchanges. Elizabeth is an excellent cat sitter.”

About: Besides caring for my childhood dog, Houston, since I was 11 years old, I formally became very involved in pet care during college. I joined an organization called 4 Paws for Ability that raises and trains service dogs for veterans and children with disabilities. I began as a sitter for the primary trainers on campus, watching their dog for a couple of hours during the day. Beginning my junior year, I began raising Red through 4 Paws, a 10 week old Golden-lab. I raised Red, while juggling class and work, until he was 1.5 years old and went off to advanced training. He now works as a facility dog at Dayton Children's Hospital. Since graduating, I remain involved with pet sitting for family and friends. I have sat my boss's daughter's cats (interesting, I know) and my aunt's puppy for a week. I love taking pictures of any and all animals, so expect photo updates often! I currently am a first year medical student here in Buffalo. Class is usually over by mid-day during most week days, making me very available for a walk or drop in visit. Furthermore, my weekends are pretty open for the time being, so I'd love to keep your pets company as a house sitter and have a relaxing (or active) weekend with them. I am very observant when it comes to things that are potentially harmful in reach of the pet. I will ensure your pet does not get into anything they shouldn't! Also, I have experience with ensuring dogs are safe in their kennel prior to leaving so your fur baby and home are safe.
About: I love getting to know each individual pet’s personality and needs, and approach them with respect to make them feel comfortable and safe. I have many years of experience with animals who need insulin shots and oral medications, and experience with all ages. I will treat your pets as if they were my own! At home, I have a tripod husky and a cat who has traveled far with me. I go on miles-long walks every day… always with dog treats in my pockets :) I'm currently working from home setting my own schedule, so walking your dog would fit well into my day. If you live near me, an overnight at your place is possible as I like to give my Stormy cat her breakfast and outside grass time by mid morn. I have lots of cat toys in my house for my cat. I hope your dog has toys and if it's just a walk, then a good leash and baggies to collect poop are essential. I am all about fresh water and seeing that their space is just how they like it.
About: I’ve taken care of my family dogs and cats, as well as neighbors and friends. I have experience with dogs of all size! I’m very comfortable around dogs and cats of all sizes and ages. I work until 3:45 each day, and can drop in after 4 on most Mondays and Wednesdays, and after 5 Tuesdays. I’m happy and comfortable walking dogs for as long as they need after these times! I always make sure that dogs are comfortable, fed, watered, and walked before I leave, as well as comfortable in the house. I take my time to make sure that they are all set!

About: I grew up with a variety of animals all around me, but I have especial experience with dogs and cats. I am a cat mama of 1 sweet, docile senior kitty. I am a 1st year medical student at the Jacobs School of Medicine, and I would love to take care of the furry friends in my new community! I am a full-time medical student. My first priority when I return home is my sweet old kitty, and your pet would join him in that spot as well! I am prompt to give abundant attention and play, and I follow a diligent feeding schedule. My cat is very socialized (grew up in a household of 7 people and 4 other cats/dogs), and he is fully up-to-date on his vaccinations. I love animals and would love to give a little extra care to others’ fur babies when I can! The safety and wellbeing of my cat is my number one priority, and I treat all animals to this same standard. I love showering my cat with attention, and I of course would pour my love into your pet as well. I am extremely mindful of respecting animals’ boundaries as well, and playing to the tune that is right for them. I love to embrace the unique animal personalities which come my way, and I am happy to accommodate pet needs as they present!
“This was our first time using Rover, previously we have only left our animals in the care of immediate family. Ray was outstanding! The pictures that were sent each visit, documented the time we missed with Sofie. I couldn't be more pleased with the care and attention Sofie received from Ray.”

“Ciara was super responsive and helpful when I needed a new cat sitter on really short notice! She wanted to know absolutely everything abt my cat's routine to make him as comfortable as possible while I was gone, and he loved her so much even though he's often pretty skittish around new people. I got lots of photos and detailed reports every day, she was really attentive to his behavior and making sure he was okay, and overall was just fantastic!”

“Ariana truly went above and beyond for Leo! She was incredibly attentive to his needs and kept us updated throughout the weekend. I felt completely at ease knowing she was checking in on our cat. We will definitely be rebooking with her in the future!”

About: While I have only ever had cats of my own, I do have experience living with and helping care for family members’ dogs and love them as my own. Walking, feeding, cuddling and play time are some of what I can offer while caring for your pets on your home. I work part time so I am free to drop in Monday Friday Saturday anytime before 2pm or after 9pm. Sunday I work from 10am to 2pm. And Tuesday Wednesday Thursday I am available all day. I am able to visit your pets in your home and make as many visits as required depending on your pets needs. Feeding, walking, playing, and maintaining the litter box are all important to maintain a regular routine for your fur babies while you are away. I aim to make your special ones feel as comfortable and happy as possible while their favorite person is away.

Heather was fantastic! My cats loved her and they can be very picky! Heather made me feel secure in the decision to hire a professional pet sitter. Now that one of my cats needs medications multiple times a day, I needed a pro. Heather totally delivered and I plan on booking with her whenever I travel. If you’re nervous about trusting a stranger to watch your pets, you can absolutely rely on and trust Heather.

Elisabeth was a great sitter. We booked her for our two cats and also for some indoor and outdoor plant watering. She was timely, responsive, and took care of pets and home. We had a fluorescent light randomly break (or maybe not randomly considering cats lol) in the basement and she let us know immediately and also took the extra step to clean it up. Would recommend!

Julia was wonderful. She took care of our two cats for a week. She stopped in once a day to feed them, scoop the litter and spend a little time with our boys. She’s kept in touch and sent pics! We came home to two happy cats! We will definitely use Julia again.

This was our second time booking with Alisa for our furry babies and they love having her! Thank you so so much for taking such good care of Jean-Luc & Geordi! We loved the pictures & notes of the day! I know they enjoyed having you to play with them! We'd definitely rebook :)

Amanda was amazing with my 2 boys......who she never even saw lol. They are both pretty anti social and wanted nothing to do with someone who isn't mom. She did hear them one day though! Amanda still came over and made sure their cat needs were met and even hung out to try to coax them out a bit and left temptations in her wake for them to find. Absolutely would recommend and rebook whenever we go away

Haley was amazing!! It was Riley's first time being alone for so long and Haley made sure to make her feel super loved and cared for while we were away. She provided lots of pictures and updates. We will definitely be booking her again the next time we need someone to take care of Riley 😊

Meg came in a clutch for me last minute! I dont have anything negative to say. She was great with my GS Rogue. She went above and beyond to make sure Rogue was happy while we were away. She made sure to stay on Rogues schedule- as he has specific times he eats and goes out. Thank you for everything Meg i would not hesitate to book her again in the future!!!! Thanks again Meg🤗🤗
