She kept us up to date on everything they were doing, sent videos and pictures constantly! She is responsible and smart and we never worried for one second- that is priceless. “Jane was such a great find!!! My Rhodesian Ridgeback (a breed known to be aloof) took to her immediately. She met with us and then came back for a walk with Zulu so he could get to know her and feel comfortable with her. He is 120 lbs and a big boy but she handled him really well and we could tell it would be a great fit. She and her boyfriend John took him on walks and kept him very busy while we were away. She stayed in our home and left it clean and tidy. We returned and our boy was obviously well taken care of and happy and our home and furniture were intact. Jane was awesome! We would like to have her sit for all of our trips away.”

Maurie has exceptional animal observation skills and quickly figured out how to make our two cats comfortable. She set up their toys and cat furniture to create a new and interesting environment for them. Maurie’s communication with us was outstanding – multiple pictures and communications every day! And from the pictures, it was pretty clear that the cats were enjoying being with her and enjoying life in general, which gave us great peace of mind. Maurie left the house clean and tidy and even cleaned our refrigerator shelves – wow! We whole-heartedly recommend Maurie!”

About: I own a young pitbull named Loki who I bought from an inexperienced owner. Loki was quite timid and malnourished when I brought him home. Through careful training, love, and of course food he is now trusting and healthy. I wish to purchase another pitbull in the future and give Loki the brother I believe he deserves. Since I’m off from school I have plenty of free time to take care of your little/big one. Once classes begin again I’m sure a schedule can be worked out. If I am provided a schedule I will make sure your dog is on that schedule. If it is up to me my dogs have their own schedule I will most likely do the same for your pet.

About: I’ve fostered for about 3 years and used to volunteer at an animal shelter for a little over a year. I have 5 cats of my own back home alone with one dog. I’m currently taking a few summer classes and don’t have time for a full time job. My schedule is pretty flexible. I am always available on weekends. I have plenty of experience with caring for animals. I learned a lot volunteering at a shelter for a few years. I also have many pets back at home and know how to handle different behaviors.
