About: I started fostering dogs with different rescue organizations 22 years ago. I have taken care of all different breeds, sizes, and behaviors. I have a passion for animals and seeing that their needs are met. I am a teacher so I am off daily by 4:30 pm and home on the weekends. I am also off all summer and spend most of my time at home. I have a nice sized fenced back yard with a doggy door for pets to come and go as they want. I also enjoy taking dogs on walks around my neighborhood.

About: I have had animals my entire life. I started dog sitting during high school. I have had hands-on experience with dogs at every life stage-from training energetic puppies to providing gentle, attentive care for senior and pregnant dogs. I’m confident with administering medication, giving baths, and tailoring care to each dog’s needs. Whether it’s daily walks, drop-in visits, or overnight house sitting, I offer dependable, loving care that puts both you and your dog at ease. As a college student on summer break, I have a flexible schedule and plenty of time to dedicate to your pets. Pet care easily fits into my daily routine, and I love spending my free time walking, playing with, and caring for pups. Your dog will get plenty of attention, exercise, and affection all summer long! When caring for pets in your home, I stick to their usual routines to keep them comfortable and stress-free. I provide plenty of playtime, snuggles, walks, and even like to make homemade treats- if they’re allowed! I also make sure your home stays tidy and your pet feels safe, loved, and right at home while you’re away.

This side job would fill my heart just loving your fur baby. I have 5 animals, 2 dogs, 2 cats, and a chameleon. They are spoiled babies. I have to make sure they are taken care of on a daily basis. I would love them! I would play with them, walk them, feed them, whatever needed. In my home my animals are spoiled on a daily basis.

About: I have 2 kitties of my own and also grew up with cats. I used to dog sit for my parents friends and also different neighbors growing up! I watch my best friends 2 dogs when he’s out of town. I’ve also recently been helping neighbors with cats and dogs as needed! I have a pretty open schedule! I’m a stay at home mom to a child with autism. During the school year, my days are completely open. I also have my parents to help with my son if I needed to do a house sitting gig! I just need a heads up for future dates and I’ll have it sorted out! :) I like for pets to feel comfortable and safe. Our two kitties that we have like to curl up on our window perch, their little cat furniture, or in bed with us! I have a hard emphasis on keeping cat litter clean and tidy. I would care for your pets as I’d care for my own. Any details about your pets will be followed exactly how you’d like! :)

About: I’ve raised my girls from pups and have trained them in a few things like returning to their kennel when told and when coming inside. I currently work at a scuba dive shop and we are in the slow season so I’ve got time here and there to take care of pets. I have two small dogs that have always been gentle when receiving treats, gentle when interacting with people especially small children, and are not very reactive around other animals. I have a big yard and am in a small neighborhood by no major roads.

About: Growing up i’ve always been surrounded with both dogs and cats, because of this I’ve gained firsthand experience taking care and raising dogs and cats. Since then I have been reliable for pet sitting my siblings dogs. When I watch my siblings dogs, I prioritize their well-being by walking, playing, and giving them the attention they need. I have my own cat, Olive, that I love more than anything. I adopted him when he was still a baby, but in my eyes he will always be a baby. I believe that animals should be treated with the absolute best care. I only want to show them much joy they give us with love and care. The siblings that I pet sit for each have their own meal plan for how they feed their pets. I value how and what you feed your pets, because like people, animals can have sensitive stomachs. Sitting for my brothers dogs gave me the realization for this. The dogs he has have the most sensitive stomachs and created a natural meal plan for his pups. This gave me experience on how to meal prep their food with natural ingredients. I understand feline behavior and care, ensuring that both dogs and cats feel comfortable and loved while you're away. Your pets will receive personalized attention, exercise, and care tailored to their individual needs! I am currently available anytime during the day and week. Message me if a time slot isn't available! I am available most weekends and even holidays. I will follow all pet-owner expectations that have been expressed, as well as basic safety animal handling while walking your animal and interacting with them when meeting together. Let me know if your dog has any medical conditions or special needs that require attention. I would also like to know if a dog has any aggression or anxiety issues, how they react around other dogs and people, and if they have specific triggers that may cause them to become stressed or reactive. You can share with me your dog's exercise needs and activity level so that I can appropriately plan activities and outings. I'd love to know any trainings and commands you're working on or if they're already learned. This will help me to better communicate with them.

“Hello, My name is Christopher Gutierrez and I am recommending Amy Miller for this position as I know her to be very caring and reliable when it comes to taking care of of my two dogs while I’m out of town. My pug Penny needs a completely different diet than oliver, Oliver takes medication as well. Olivia has proven responsible when coming to the rescue while I’m out of town and making sure both dogs are taken well care of my extra walks and play time. I would give her a 10/10 if she had her own website on yelp.”

Lena R.
