Not only that, my Austrailian Shepard started heat during the boarding...I put in her profile she was spayed, as I had made it a while back. I never anticipated having to use Rover before I had to get her spayed. And didnt think about it when I booked...they had every right to cancel the reservation and have me pick up my pups, but instead worked with me and gave her a bath. They were SO kind and helpful, as they also immediately were able to extend my reservation due to the ongoing emergency. Communication was also superb.
