“Melissa is the gold standard in dog care. She is formally trained in animal behavior, and her knowledge and skills in this area is abundantly clear. We have had very poor experiences with previous dog sitters where we return home to anxious pets who are clingy for days after we’ve been away, or who rush in and out. Melissa was devoted in her time spent and patience. She was super with special instructions for feeding and care because our dog often won’t eat or drink when we’re away and needs coaxing and consistency to be reassured that she’ll get to go outside to do so. She listened, remembered every detail, noticed many we didn’t even mention on her own, was super organized on schedule, and an excellent communicator sending tons of updates, photos, videos, and notes. She frequently played, snuggled and hung out with our dog for extended time periods. Our dog was 100% calm, happy, and normal acting on our return instead of traumatized like prior experiences with others. We came home to a house cleaner than we left it despite me repeatedly telling her that she was only there to care for our pet and not responsible for cleaning the house. She kept our numerous plants watered and alive, took the garbage cans to the curb on trash day, spent tons of time playing outside with our dog including fetch, leash training games, water/swimming play. She is absolutely trustworthy with pets and houses. She stayed for a week and we are immediately booking her future dates. I hope this review doesn’t make her too busy for us to book her, but she deserves it.”

About: Animals have always been a passion of mine since I was I little. I have 2 dogs of my own, and I work from home full time. I have experience in medication administration, feeding, bathing, exercise, basic training, and even some basic grooming. I have experience with dogs, cats, reptiles, birds, fish, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, ferrets and even squirrels. I am experienced in rehabilitating rescues, wild and domestic. I can honestly say that I am most happy when spending time with animals. I was an active EMT for 5yrs, and learned animal CPR and first aid along the way. I have references to verify my love for animals and background. I am dedicated and my heart is in the welfare of every animal I encounter. I am open to pet daycare during the day while I work from home with frequent backyard outings for a potty break or a quick game of fetch. Free after 530pm to do walks or drop ins. Open to boarding in my home any night or in the owners home on the weekends/occasionally overlapping into weekdays. I have two lovable dogs who love to play that will keep your little one company while they are in my home. I have 2 crates that can be put up if needed (one large, one small). I live in a small, quiet neighborhood with little to no traffic where walks can be done on leash. I do not have a fenced yard, so dogs will be leashed for safety while on my property. Rooms in my home can be separated with safety gates if feeding is needed. At a client's home, same rules apply for outside time unless there is a fenced yard. I will follow any routine that your pet is used to in their home. Two 30min walks or one 1 hour walk will done to burn that energy.

About: I have several years of experience with animals as I have had various animals throughout my life. Since childhood into my adult life, I have had dogs, cats, birds, snakes, a frog, geckos and even a pet praying mantis. Currently I have no dogs but I do have several stray cats we take care of multiple times per day. I pet sit for friends/family/neighbors when needed and even have people pet sit our strays for us when we are away to maintain their schedule and make sure they are cared for while we are away. I currently work day shift(no later than 4pm) Tuesday-Friday and I am off Saturday-Monday each week. I am available as long as I am off work. If you would like your dog walked, I can do that. If you have a fenced yard and would like your dog to go out for potty time and play time, I can also do that.

About: My boyfriend and I live on an .5 acre property nestled in the farmland of New Jersey. We have a fenced in yard and in it is our two medium sized dogs. My boyfriend and I lead an active life that we include our dogs Gabbi and Penny in. We would give the same love and respect to your pup! I am a student and would love to spend my free time with your baby! I have spent years with dogs and think that your dog could be left with capable hands if ever needed We have a house full of lots of energy. We love to take long walks, hikes, runs, head to the beach if possible to ensure our dogs’ physical and emotional needs are met.

About: I currently have 3 dogs who I treat as my kids. I raised one as a puppy and rescued the other from the SPCA and saved one from being left stranded.My pit sleeps with my daughter and my shep/lab is our watch dog at night. My daughter is willing to help in whatever needs to be done too. I work full time and will be doing this before and after work. I am willing to stay over on weekends and when ever I am off from work. My dogs are very well behaved around other dogs and love to make new friends. I am willing to travel within reason. Can’t wait to meet you and get to spend time with your pups. About: I have experience with all kinds of animals from reptiles to dogs. I enjoy spending my free time with My 3 dogs and cat. I look forward to being able to watch your fur babies. I work 4 days a week so I am mainly looking for sitting opportunities on the weekends as well as any days that I might have off during the week. I have three friendly dogs. My dogs are crate trained but I am open to watching dogs that aren’t crate trained. I do not have a fenced in yard.
