About: I have had my dog for years and have had a few cats as well as a bearded dragon and a snake. I have joined Rover to make some side cash while doing something I love: taking care of animals! I'm one of those people that things animals are better than humans and I will always protect them with my life. I currently work at a preschool 7:30-3:00, but depending on the commute and needs, I can stop by on my lunchbreak as well as before and after. About: Hello ! My name is Amanda and I have been around dogs my entire life. I’ve recently moved into a new house and am looking to get back into helping you and your pets ! I have never known what it is like to live in a house without at least one dog and I don't think I ever will. I started pet sitting for family and friends about 8 years ago and haven't looked back. I have experience with all different breeds ranging from Huskies to Chihuahuas. I also have experience with there being more than one dog in the house so that is no problem. I currently have two dogs, Leo and Koda. Leo is a 11 year old Terrier/Toy Collie mix and Koda is a 8 year old Catahoula mix. I recently added an addition to the family and now have a 1 year old cat named Sushi as well! I a have experience with other animals such as birds, reptiles, rabbits, etc., so I can gladly help out with anything along those lines as well. I would love to help you and your furry friends out ! I can also provide references upon request :) I currently work remotely full time so I am home all week. I am also able to leave periodically during the morning and afternoon for walks and can work remotely from anywhere if house sitting is required. I have a very flexible schedule ! I have a fenced in yard and two friendly dogs. My cat also thinks he’s a dog and is very friendly and social. I also have lots of space if your animal needs to be crated at any point.

“Ryan is the best! She took perfect care of my 3 chihuahuas while I was on vaca. Chihuahuas are usually wary of strangers but due to Ryan's warm and loving nature and affection for dogs, they were instantly comfortable with her. Ryan is trustworthy, responsible, and so good with dogs! 10/10, can't say enough good things, highly recommend!”

Julia R.
“Just a few words about Julia, number one my puppy loved her, and that was the most important thing for me. He’s not obedience trained yet and a rambunctious Chihuahua can be tough to handle. But he listened to her and followed her lead during walks and just around the house. She is very kind and gentle and definitely understands how to handle dogs. She gives the attention I feel necessary to let her into my home and work with my puppy (dog). I would definitely give her a high recommendation. I feel lucky I found her. But most importantly, my puppy loved her!!!”

“You can count on Tina to go the extra mile! She ensures first and foremost, the safety of your pup in the summer heat, and loves every pup as if they are her own. Tina provides comfort to our family knowing our dog is in great hands when we are unable to be around. The peace of mind allows our family to be at ease and simply just enjoy our time together while away or during long working hours.”

Amanda J.
“I work 9-5 everyday and it's such a convenience to have someone around that can pop in at my house and let my 6 month old catahoula leopard dog, Koda out. It gives me the piece of mind knowing he isn't locked up all day. Koda, takes a little bit of time to warm up to people, but Amanda was able to break down that barrier quicker than most. I would recommend her in a heartbeat. Also, her dependability is really appreciated on my end. I'll continue to use her services as long as I can! ”

Megan G.

“she checked in on my pups while I was away over the weekend and did a great job!”

“Really excellent! Will be rebooking! Received lots of photos and my pups seem really comfortable with Jessica.”

Rosa S.
“She’s caring for my pets. Asks to make sure what they can and cannot eat. Makes them feel comfortable and gives them the attention they need.”

Tamya T.
“Tamya has loved animals since she was a child. There is Noone I know more loving and responsible and dedicated when it comes to providing the needs of any animal. Her future desire is to become a veterinarian assistant and to own her own pet one day. She's so inviting to all sorts of animals and never showed any fear no matter how big or small. Animals has always taken to her I guess it's their sense of security and warmth. Giving Tamya a chance to prove herself as the beautiful animal she is would only be a bonus to the love she has to give them.”
