About: Hi, I’m Stephanie—an animal care professional with 13+ years of hands-on experience and a lifelong passion for creating safe, enriching, and loving environments for animals of all kinds. My journey has taken me from the wilderness of Alaska*, where I raised and cared for a team of Alaskan Husky sled dogs, to leadership roles in animal welfare—working my way up to Operations and CSR Lead at an animal shelter, while also serving as a Client Experience Coordinator at a busy animal emergency hospital. In early 2025, I proudly founded my own rescue, Pawsitive Tales Rescue, where I continue to advocate for and care for vulnerable animals in need. Animals aren’t just my career—they’re my life. Whether I’m caring for playful puppies, senior dogs, shy cats, or medical-needs pets, I bring patience, experience, and genuine compassion to every animal I meet. My background in shelter medicine, emergency veterinary care, rescue work, and behavior gives me the confidence to care for pets with a wide variety of personalities and needs. When I’m not working, you’ll find me outdoors adventuring with my retired sled dogs and my corgi—usually hiking, exploring, or chasing the next view. It’s dogs and cats from the moment I wake up until I go to bed! I have a fenced in yard where your pup can run and stretch their legs as much as they want! All of my dogs are friendly and social and my cats are dog savvy. You’re pets will be treated with the best care possible - I’ll treat them as if they’re my own.

About: I’ve been around dogs and all animals my whole life and an array of animals growing up. I’ve gained professional dog training and handling experience over the last year and a half. I’ve managed large groups of dogs and worked more independently on individualized training. I have 3 of my own dogs and 2 cats so I know how important it is for your furry friends to get loving care while you are traveling. I’m hoping to gain a clientele of drop in dog walking clients during the day on the weekdays. My work can be very flexible, so I can drop in to care for you dog during the work day. I will care for your pet by providing drop in services for dogs where we could go for a walk or play in clients yard if Applicable. Care for cats by dropping in checking food and water, scooping litter, and giving your cat some love.

About: Have a family of 3 dogs and 2 cats and my family and I love our messy and hyper fur kids, no matter the situation we do research to avoid getting our fur kids sick and keep them feeling loved and relaxed :) I graduated from college this past summer and am working part time jobs so I have time to take care of friendly pets of any kinds and more than happy to house sit as well for any vacations! We have a fenced yard and we have a crate to put them in when they are doing naughty behaviors like digging through the trash or grabbing things (like food on the table) when they aren’t supposed to. I take them on walks and give them toys to play with as they love tug of war and enrichment toys to keep them busy while we are otherwise we cuddle and watch tv on the couch in my free time.

About: I have had pets all while growing up. I have had two bigger dogs and I have a cat at my parents house. I have help neighbors watch and walk there dogs when they are gone. I am currently working part time which allows me to have a lot of flexibility. This allows me to have more time to care for animals. I make sure to walk or play with them regularly! Always keeping an eye on them so make sure they’re safe and behaving. I also want them to be comfortable with me so making sure I introduce my self in mine or there home correctly.
