About: I've been a pet lover since I was a kid. I started with frogs, lizards and snakes, and graduated to cats and dogs. Until I was able to have dogs of my own, I spent over 10 years pet-sitting for friends and family, volunteering in animal shelters, and have even worked in 2 seperate doggy daycares. My MO is always long walks and lots of attention. I have 2 dogs of my own, a cumulative 17 years of pet raising experience. I have experience caring for sick pets and administering medication both orally and subcutaneously. I've had my pups since they were young and would consider them very well trained. If you're looking to work on certain behaviors, I can absolutely work on that during their stay. I have a fenced yard, a safe neighborhood for long walks, and for longer stays, expect your dog to enjoy a nice hike! I mostly work from home, so your dog(s) would never be alone and would have access to my fully fenced backyard whenever they want. During the week, I can do a long walk during my lunch break, and another after work. Weekends I tend to go hiking, so if your pup enjoys nature, they will for sure have a great time. My yard is fully fenced, and I have 2 friendly dogs. Safety is paramount, so dogs would be supervised while in the yard together. If your dog requires a crate, I have both a plastic and soft sided kennel for indoors.
About: I have a deep well of patience, understanding and affection for your pet. When I am interacting with a dog or cat, they recieve my sole and loving attention. I can't wait to meet yours! I am a retired teacher so I have a lot of management skills and am supremely responsible. I am a retired teacher so I have a ton of time. About: Hi I’m Erica! I have 20+ years of caring for my own dogs as well as friends and relatives pets. Some who have needed constant care with medication and comfort for anxieties. I’ve had dogs of all ages and sizes and can accommodate any of their specific needs. My Corgi (Weasley) and Aussie (Sam) are both friendly. Weasley is very playful and loves making new friends while Sam can be indifferent to other dogs. They both love having guests and are good at sharing their toys, treats, and our affection. Speaking of affection, your dog will be treated as our own and will be given equal amounts of playtime, pets, kisses, and cuddles.
