“I work from home so I rarely leave my dogs, but my son graduated high school and wanted to take a trip. That’s when I found Samantha! At her meet and greet, my dogs welcomed her inside and almost immediately laid at her feet. She has such a calm, peaceful presence about her that even being around her made me feel more comfortable about leaving the dogs. While we were gone, I received multiple pictures, messages, updates throughout the day letting me know how they were and putting my mind at ease to really enjoy the moments I was sharing with my family. I will 100% be booking Samantha again and encourage anyone looking for a sitter to reach out to her!”

“Kayla (and family) were amazing. As hard as it was to leave my fur babies for the first time I was assured through pics, texts and videos that they were being loved as part of the family. When plans changed due to flights Kayla was so accommodating even at the very last minute. Look forward to working with her (and family) again soon. Sapo now has a fur sister Darla xoxoxo”

“Lauren took such good care of our boxer Walter and our home while we were away. Very thorough and communicative leading up to and throughout the stay. Would definitely book with Lauren again.”

About: I enjoy going for walks. I've had all sizes of dogs and don't mind the larger ones who think they're still lap dogs! I always enjoy trying to teach the floofs new tricks. Don't mind giving the occasional bath and a good brushing too. I currently am a stay at home mom during the days. I coach volleyball 2 nights a week and travel some weekends for tournaments. I would much rather put my time to good use by playing or spending time with your fur baby. In your home your rules will be respected. Messes will be cleaned. Pets will be fed, played with, taken out and whatever it is you would require of me during my time with your pet.

“Mary was so easy to work with! She offered a meet and greet prior to her house sitting for us. She was very respectful of our home and gave us daily updates and pictures to make sure we knew our dog was comfortable and doing well. She was very flexible and willing to give medication that we didn’t anticipate our dog needing to be on. Mary did a fantastic job and put us at ease while we were away for a week. So glad we found her!”

“I have a very anxious pug, Ellie, she has a lot of quirks but Meghan was able to deal with all of them. She even said she “ had fun with both my dogs” I would recommend Meghan with a 5 star and will definitely use her again Thank you Meghan”

“Liz was awesome! Our dog is a rescue still working on some reactivity + had puppy energy so she can be quite a handful. I fully trusted that Liz would take awesome care of her though and she sent lots of pictures so we knew she was in good hands :)”

About: I worked as a veterinary assistant at an emergency animal hospital for about one year. This means that I know how to take your pet's vitals and can tell when they're in trouble and might need to go to the vet, or just need to take a break. It also means that I have worked with all kinds of breeds of dogs, from small to big, from cuddly to playful, and from docile to aggressive. I have also been pet-sitting for several families this summer while they were away on vacation. Each family has been very happy with my care, and the animals enjoy me being there to care for them and spend time with them. I have had pets my entire life, and have been caring for them since I was about 10. There has never been a point in my life in which there has not been a dog in my house. I also own two birds and several fish. So, if you need a pet sitter for your feathered or fishy friends, I can help with that too! I was a sitter for an elderly, special needs Boston terrier for two years. She had to use a bailey chair and was on several medications, so I am used to working with dogs with special needs. I love going walking, whether it be hiking or just wandering the neighborhood. I love to explore! So, whether you have a young, energetic pup that wants to walk for miles, or an elderly dog that likes to stay active, but can't go far, I am the perfect fit. I am excited to work with your furry family members and can't wait to meet them! I mostly work from home, so I have a lot of availability. I work as a server two days a week, but the shifts are typically under seven hours, so it rarely gets in the way of my availability. I am not offering services for dogs in my own home because I have a skittish dog that I would not feel comfortable having strange dogs around. However, I am more than happy to sit for your pets in your own home, and I know many wonderful parks to take them for walks!

Bressler-Enhaut-Oberlin pet parents share their Rover experiences
Jessica did a great job with Rocky! She went above and beyond with taking him on walks (a couple times a day) and giving him his insulin 2 times a day. She sent pictures throughout the time and Rocky was happy in each picture. I always gets so stressed to leave Rocky with other people- because of his diabetes- but I’m glad I found Rover and Jessica to help ease that stress!! Thanks so much Jessica!!!

Kaylyn was fantastic. She arrived on time, we went over the instructions/general info I had typed out. She sent us pictures and reassured us that Berkley was OK. (This was his first time with a sitter other than my mom.) Came home the next day and you wouldn't have even known she was in the house! I'm booking our second visit now :-)
