“Juliana was amazing. I was referred to her by another dog parent in my apartment complex, and I was hesitant at first because my Diva is my baby and I was nervous about leaving her with someone I did not know. However, Juliana took all my worries away from the start. I am going to book with her again because I have an overnight work event in about two weeks. I wanted to start with doggy daycare first so Diva could get used to her. Diva took an immediate liking to Juliana, her family, and her two dogs. I was also worried about my small dog being around two bigger dogs, but they were so gentle. If anything, my dog was the one picking on them from the videos I saw. All in all, I will be a returning customer. I trust Juliana with my baby. Diva was safe, well cared for, and I loved that Juliana kept me updated. I told her I was not feeling well, and even while I was in and out of sleep, I could check the videos and updates, which made it easy for me to relax and go back to sleep. This was a great experience, and I truly feel like this is the beginning of a beautiful relationship. I will absolutely be a repeat customer.”

About: I've been working with animals for almost 10 years. I was a veterinary technician in private practice and currently work at an animal shelter. I'm fear free certified and have a range of experience from healthy, medical needs, and seniors. I'm comfortable administering medications and providing medical care. I work well with scared and nervous pets and make sure their time is stress free as possible. I also have personal and professional experience with pocket pets and aquarium pets. I work full-time but I make sure to plan accordingly for your pets needs. I have an extra bedroom that they can stay in, if not comfortable having them around other pets. I also have a kennel if they need down time or like to have a safe space to decompress in. I have 3 days off during the week and those days will be filled with multiple walks, play sessions, and anything else that will make their stay comfortable. I have a fenced yard and my 3 dogs love playing and taking walks throughout the neighborhood. I have a separate room and/or a kennel for any pet that's not comfortable or needs additional time to decompress.

Megan gave her the pain medication as needed and on schedule, and most importantly, I was put at ease with her texts and videos giving me updates confirming she was giving plenty of TLC. “Pamela is the best! I am so glad I booked with her and I highly and strongly recommend her! My dog has anxiety, barks at everything she sees and hears and I did not think she would get along with any other animals. However, Pamela introduced her to another adorable, sweet furbaby and they were all like bffs!! Lol. I was so impressed and I couldn’t believe my dog can actually be around/near other dogs. It made my work trip stress-free not having to worry about her and I couldn’t be more thankful! She responded so quickly, cares about my furbaby like she was her own, spoiled her & gave her all the attention my needy baby wanted lol. Pamela also sent me updates, took cute pics/videos, and she was so sweet and accommodating! My dog can’t obviously talk lol but it seems like she loved every minute being there and had the best time. I’ve taken care of many dogs, cats and various other animals from the time I was very young! My family has always had many pets around our home and my children absolutely love all pets as their own. We will not board more than 2 pets at a time. If the two pets are from different homes they will not be left in the same room with each other when we leave our home. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. As a college student with a highly flexible schedule, I’m able to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets in my care. I plan my days around their needs whether that means walks, playtime, feeding, medication, or simply keeping them company. It’s important to me make sure every pet feels loved and attended to while their family is away. I carefully follow each pet’s usual routine including feeding schedules, exercise, medication, and any special instructions to help keep their experience as stress-free as possible. I have a dog-friendly yard for outdoor time with plenty of space for crates, cages, or litter boxes if needed. I have multiple rooms available in my home for pets who may need a quiet separate space to gradually get comfortable before interacting with other pets or exploring the home. I understand that every animal adjusts differently, so I’m happy to accommodate their individual needs and personality to help them feel secure. I routinely send photo updates for peace of mind!

About: Hi my name is Kayla, I’ve lived here in San Antonio for 8 years before that I lived in Laredo with a family of Pitbulls. Mom, dad, and all of their babies. I have had a lot of experience owning many different animals including dogs, cats, Guinea pigs, hamsters, fish, and turtles. I currently have a Pitbull named Pitlet, a Chiewennie named weenie and another weenie named Preicess. They are my entire world. “Katie, her wife, and their three four-legged assistants are such an amazing team! I can be a helicopter pawrent but I knew that my pup was in safe, knowledgeable, and loving hands off the bat. Katie sent photos throughout the service and my pup was having tons of fun all the way until pick-up. They have a large yard for the pups to sunbathe in and run around. We spoke at the end of the service and they gave me a run down of how everything went and I greatly appreciated that especially since it helps me get to know how my pup is while I’m away. Overall, my pup had a great time and I had a peace of mind while I was away from him. They are the sweetest humans and pups!”
