About: Animals have been a huge part of my life since I was young — I grew up in a family full of dogs and developed a love for caring for animals early on. Over the past four years, I’ve gained hands-on experience dog sitting pets of all sizes and personalities, from energetic puppies to senior dogs, as well as cats and even chickens! For the past year, I’ve also worked at a dog boarding and daycare facility, where I’ve learned how to safely handle dogs with a wide range of temperaments, energy levels, and needs. This experience has made me confident in reading animal behavior, creating a calm environment, and making sure every pet feels safe, loved, and comfortable while in my care. I treat every pet like family and understand how important it is to know your furry friend is in caring, reliable hands. Whether your pet loves playtime, cuddles, walks, or just a calm companion, I’m happy to provide personalized care that fits their needs! Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine. I currently work part-time in the evenings, which gives me daytime availability to care for pets, provide walks, drop-in visits, and spend quality time with them throughout the week. I’m hoping to dedicate most weekdays to pet care and make sure each pet gets plenty of attention, patience, and reliable care while their owners are away. At this time, I’m generally unavailable on weekends due to family obligations, but during the week I’m flexible and committed to providing dependable, loving care for your pets. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always make it my priority to keep their routine as comfortable and stress-free as possible. During drop-in visits, I can provide feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, litter box cleaning, playtime, attention, and plenty of love and companionship. For dog walks, I make sure each dog gets safe, attentive exercise based on their energy level and needs. I understand how important pets are to their families, so I treat every animal with patience, kindness, and the same level of care I would want for my own pets. I also believe communication is important, so I’m happy to provide updates and photos while you’re away so you can feel confident your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for.

About: I would treat your dog like I treat my own. I would make sure all their needs are taken care of just like I do my 2. My two babies, both have diabetes, my little girl has Cushing’s disease and is also in renal failure. I know how to do injectable and oral medication. We used to love to go for walks, but since they’ve aged and are not well, we don’t do much of that anymore. They sleep a lot. I would make sure your dog was taken care of and got the required amount of exercise and care while I am Responsible for them. I can only do drop in visits and walks At this time since I have two special-needs dogs I'm currently not working and my time is flexible with notice. I have 2 fur babies at home that I am with 24/7 and they are both spoiled rotten. I love spoiling fur babies. Indoor pets are allowed in our home. My 2 have access to all furniture and prefer our living room couch or our bed. I would only allow dogs that I am with to do what their owners prefer.

About: I have been a dog mommy for over 25 years, and have taken care of the pets of friends and family forever. I’m especially partial to dogs, but cats are great too…once they deign to allow me to enter their kingdom 😁. I recently had to say goodbye to me soul mate dog, so I have a lot of love to give your fur babies. Can’t wait to meet them! I’m worked from home for 6 years, and I’m currently between roles. I have nothing but time to dedicate to loving on your darling pets. I am active for those who like to walk, and I enjoy my down time cuddles up on the couch with a book and a sweet sleepy dog or cat. Let’s keep your babies at home where they are comfortable! I can come to your home and feed, walk, and give them outside time. Or, if you prefer, I can stay at your home with them while you’re gone. I’m a rule follower, so your house rules will be strictly adhered to, no question! If your pup is high energy and needs lots of walks, let’s go - I’m on a fitness journey myself! If they are in charge and have a designated spot on the couch, I’ll cozy up wherever they “tell” me I can. I just miss my doggo, and I think this is the best way for me to start to heal from that loss. Let me lavish love on yours!

“Kyla was wonderful with our 2 cats. Her time was flexible and she was easy to book with over Christmas. During our initial meet and greet, the natural way she interacted with both Magik and Spooky, learning her history with animals, and her authenticity put my nerves at ease. During our time away, Kyla kept us up to date on her visits, how our cats were doing and included pictures. When we returned home, both cats were happy doing great. Kyla will be our go to anytime we are away.”

About: I've taken care of senior dogs and up to 4 dogs at a time. I am available to stay overnight if needed and don't have a preference for any breed of pets. I'm currently enrolled at McKendree University and am able to watch pets throughout the afternoon, evenings, and nights! I am pretty available throughout the week and through the weekend! I have a fenced in yard and love to take pets on walks throughout town and playing with the pets as well to keep them company.

About: Some see them as animals, I see them as little people... whom deserves to be loved and cared for properly. I am dedicated and trust worthy. SAFETY is my number one priority when it comes to your pet. I am a Welder by trade and its currently too hot outside for my career, so I'll have lots of time for your pet till the fall when it cools down. I have two very friendly children in my home, ages 17 and 7. We have lots of room in our home and a big back yard which includes chickens. The chickens stay inside their chicken run, they don't like dogs or cats anyway. My schedule is pretty open right now, so just let me know when you would like services, and I'll let you know if I'm available. We currently have chickens and one mixed breed dog named "Charlie" who loves all dogs, cats and even the chickens. Your pet would have our undivided attention! We absolutely love dogs and cats.

I periodically watch pets for friends and family. Distance and time are very flexible most days. Let me know if you need assistance and I can find a way to make it work. Periodic walks are necessary for pets of all sizes and for humans as well. :) Favorite part of my day with my Pyrenees is long walks and sunshine.

About: I've had my own cats for almost 6 years, I've volunteered at the Belleville Area Humane Society for around 4 months, and I do occasional dogsitting and housesitting for family friends when needed. I have a summer job that starts on May 26th, and I have training from 9-4 on May 17th and 23rd. I'm unsure of which days I'll be working yet, so I will let you know when I can what my schedule will be. I will be completely free on weekends aside from outside events. I appreciate detailed instructions on any specifics needed when caring for your pets, such as medications, feeding times, bathroom breaks, regular walks, or any other schedule they need.

I work in a hospital and have a part time job. After 3-4pm I can definitely hangout with your pups. Whether for a walk or go to the park. Provide a balanced and appropriate diet for the pet based on its species, age, and health requirements. Avoid overfeeding. Always ensure access to fresh, clean water for your pet. Regularly check and refill the water bowl to keep your pet hydrated. Engage your pet in regular physical activity suitable for its species. This could include walks, playtime, or other forms of exercise to keep them healthy and active. Depending on the type of pet, grooming needs may vary. Regular grooming such as brushing, bathing, nail trimming, and dental care are essential for their health and well-being.
