We also noticed that Basty, our pup, did not whine/cry when we left him to her, all the more we felt comfortable and at ease going on our trip. She let us do an “ocular” of her place prior to boarding and sent updates/photos regularly while we were away. She was also very nice to potty-train our pup outdoors which we guiltily have not consistently been able to do at home. She also kindly gave Basty a bath before returning him to us. We’re sure Basty would love to stay with her again in the future!”
