About: I’ve been caring for my adopted cat, Eggy, for the past four years, and he’s the sweetest part of my life. I’ve also looked after dogs, including a coworker’s dog while their family was away and my aunt and uncle’s senior diabetic dog. I’m patient, dependable, and calm, and I love being outdoors so walks, hikes, and playtime are always a win. In my free time, I enjoy working out, making pottery, and reading. ☀️ I currently work from home full time so my daily schedule is pretty flexible. If needed, I can bring my laptop to work from as long as there is reliable WiFi. When meeting a pet for the first time, I am always aware of my demeanor and make sure to give them the space to approach me when they’re feeling ready. I keep a calm and patient demeanor to build trust with the new pet, and also make sure to find out if they have any favorite toys.

About: Hello I am Lily and I’ve been around pets my whole life! I grew up in NYC with three dachshunds (Dexter, Waffles, and Eloise) and now share my home in Branford with two playful cats (Napoleon, and Josephine). Living with so many pets over the years has taught me how much they mean to their families, and I always treat every animal with the same love and care I give my own, like family. By day, I work as a lawyer, but in the evenings and on weekends I dedicate my time to caring for animals. Whether it’s walking, sitting, or just keeping your pets company, my priority is making sure they’re happy, safe, and well cared for while you’re away. I’m reliable, detail-oriented, and flexible with weekend availability. If you’re looking for someone responsible who will treat your pets like their own, I’d love to help! I do have restrictions in the times that I am free to help out. I am a full-time student in my senior year of high school. Therefore, I am only available after-school hours and on weekends to help out. However, if your building is in gramercy, I can help out during my lunch hour since my school is on 22 and Lexington. In addition, I am unable to have pets stay at my apartment, however, I am available to spend the night at the owner's apartment to help out, if necessary. II look forward to hearing from you and to meeting your dog! Care fits into my routine by combining check ins with quality time. Evenings on weekdays and anytime on weekends for feedings, walks, playtime - no matter the length of tome - are all scheduled around my work and personal life to ensure your pet gets the attention, care and companionship it needs. I make sure they feel safe comfortable and loved, giving plenty of attention and love and keep their environment clean and secure by following the owners rules and pets routines when it comes to feedings, bathroom breaks, walks, and playtime. I also communicate with owners regularly to update on how their fur babies are doing.

“Amber was great with Millie she provided us with updated throughout the weekend and for our first time away without Millie she did great! Definitely will keep in touch for future visits as you’ve made us more comfortable to be able to travel in the future.”

Jeanne is reliable, trustworthy, kind, and loves dogs with all of her heart. I love getting photos when I am away from Annee. I always come home to a happy, healthy dog.”

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was 16 years old and volunteered at an animal shelter for a year. My neighbors, family, and friends have always been able to count on me to take care of their pets. I’m currently available after 5:00 PM Monday-Friday and any time on the weekends. I have a full time job, so I’m able to work around it! I am able to come to a client’s house and play with your dog in the yard, or take them for walks, whichever you may prefer!

About: What sets me apart is my genuine love and lifelong commitment to dogs. I've been a devoted dog owner for over 15 years, and recently, I’ve come to realize just how fulfilling it is to care for animals—not just my own, but others’ as well. That’s why I’ve decided to dedicate more of my time to helping people with their pets through walking, feeding, boarding, and home visits. I bring both experience and heart to the table. I’ve volunteered as a dog walker at the Dan Cosgrove Animal Shelter in Branford, CT for a year, where I gained hands-on experience handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments. I understand the importance of trust, routine, and attentive care, and I take pride in treating every pet like my own. If you're looking for someone reliable, compassionate, and experienced, I’d love the opportunity to support you and your pet. I’m a lifelong dog lover with over 15 years of experience as a devoted pet owner. A year of volunteering as a dog walker at Dan Cosgrove Animal Shelter in Branford, CT deepened my love for animal care and showed me how much I enjoy supporting others with their pets. Right now, I’m looking for part-time pet care opportunities—whether that’s walking, feeding, boarding, or home visits. I’m currently fitting pet care into every free moment I have, with the long-term goal of growing this into a full-time business. I bring a calm, caring presence, hands-on experience, and a deep respect for each pet’s routine and needs. I’d love the chance to support you and your furry family member. My dog Mia is a high-energy Boxer who keeps me on my toes—and has taught me so much about attentive, hands-on pet care. Our days start with a morning potty break and her first feeding, which includes her medication. After work, it’s Mia time—we head to the dog park or nearby walking trails. She’s very well-socialized and loves meeting other dogs. Mondays are reserved for longer hikes in local state parks, which we both look forward to. Through caring for Mia, I’ve learned the importance of routine, stimulation, and love—especially for energetic or high-maintenance breeds. I bring that same level of care to my clients. Whether your dog needs a short walk around the yard, a stroll down the street, or a longer adventure (with your permission), I’m happy to provide it. I’ll also ensure any feeding schedules, medications, or special instructions are followed closely. Your pet's routine is my priority.
