“Ella was amazing watching our kitties while we were gone! She had great communication and sent us multiple pictures everyday to check in! She is very kind and even got our very shy kitty to open up to her! We will absolutely book with her again and I will recommend her to anyone that needs a sitter!”

About: I recently moved back to MI to care for a family member. I love caring for pets as well! I have had many pets of my own and multiple years of pet sitting experience. I’m currently work-from-home exclusively and can manage varied schedules. I love taking any length walk according to your preference. I’m also willing to just spend time around older dogs like my own who need companionship. I cannot care for any pets in my home but I am willing to follow your guides for safe experiences in your home and neighborhood.
“We had Bryanna stay at our house to watch our puppy for a few days. She did come by to meet us and Luna ahead of time to get to know Luna and her schedule. Bryanna did a great job with our puppy Luna. She communicated back and forth as well so we were able to know how things were going while we were away.”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats for the past couple years for neighbors, friends and family where I’ve walk, fed, played and, bathe them. I’m currently working part time and free in most mornings and afternoons to take your dogs or puppies for a walks and playtime. I’m free most weekends if need someone for pet sitting. I can easily crate your dogs if it’s needed. I can also take them for long walks or to dog parks or pet friendly fenced in parks if they are nearby to keep your pet safe.

About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and caring for them has always been a big part of my daily routine. I currently have three dogs and five cats, so I’m very comfortable handling multiple pets with different personalities and needs. Through my own pets, I have experience with feeding schedules, walking dogs, cleaning litter boxes, administering basic care, and making sure animals feel safe and comfortable. I’m used to high-energy pets as well as shy or more independent ones. Because I care for several animals at home, I understand how important it is to trust the person looking after your pet. I will treat your pets with the same patience, attention, and care that I give my own Pet care is already a big part of my daily routine. I currently care for three dogs and five cats at home, so feeding, walks, playtime, and general care are things I do every day. Because of that, adding pet visits or walks into my schedule feels very natural for me. I’m used to managing different feeding schedules, making sure pets get exercise and attention, and keeping their environment clean and comfortable. I enjoy spending time with animals and making sure they feel safe and cared for while their owners are away. When caring for pets, I always try to keep their routine as close as possible to what they are used to. I follow the owner’s instructions carefully for feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any other specific needs their pet may have. During visits, I make sure pets have fresh water, are fed properly, get exercise or playtime, and receive plenty of attention so they feel comfortable while their owner is away. I also keep their space clean, such as scooping litter boxes or cleaning up after dogs during walks. Since I care for several pets at home myself, I understand how important it is to be patient and attentive with animals of different personalities. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, cared for, and relaxed until their owner returns.

About: Animals are my life. I’ve grown up surrounded by pets, and my love for them has only deepened into adulthood. I’m passionate about learning, understanding, and caring for all kinds of animals—whether they have fur, feathers, or scales. My pet care experience includes caring for my own pets, helping out family and friends, volunteering, and working in professional settings. I’ve worked at Dogtopia of Maplewood, a dog daycare, boarding, and grooming facility, and I was recently a staff at the Sheboygan Humane Society, where I work closely with dogs of all breeds and personalities. I also spent last summer caring for a family member’s five French Bulldogs. I have one dog of my own—Artlet, a playful and sweet German Shepherd/Lab mix. She’s lived with me in my college dorm the past two years and absolutely loves socializing. I train and exercise with her daily, and she truly pushes me to be my best. My passion for animals led me to study Animal Science in college, with the goal of becoming a certified dog trainer and eventually working in veterinary clinics. While my current college doesn’t offer that major, I continue to take professional dog training courses online to keep advancing my skills. In addition to dogs, I’m also experienced with small animals and reptiles. I’ve owned bunnies, guinea pigs, chinchillas, ferrets, snakes, bearded dragons, and more. I even worked at a reptile breeding facility, giving me hands-on experience with a wide range of lizard species. I ask that small animal and reptile guests come with a travel cage or carrier. Whether your pet walks, hops, slithers, or scurries—I’ll care for them as if they were my own. I work Part-Time third shift and when I’m home, I’m able to provide consistent, hands-on care Whether it’s feeding, playtime, administering medication, or just keeping your pet company, I’m home and available to give them the attention they need. My schedule allows me to accommodate special routines, last-minute bookings, and plenty of one-on-one time—your pet will never feel rushed or ignored here! Dogs: I tailor each pet’s care based on their needs, age, and personality—whether in my home or yours. If your dog stays with me, they’ll get lots of love, structure, and playtime. I have two secure outdoor leashes for potty breaks, and my apartment complex has a private, onsite dog park just for residents—a safe and fun space for dogs to run and play. I also enjoy taking dogs on walks around the neighborhood, and if your pup loves fetch, I’m always ready to play! For puppies, I’m happy to help with crate training, potty training, and basic manners as part of their daily routine. If I’m caring for your pet in your home, I’ll follow your exact instructions and keep their routine consistent, making sure they feel safe and loved in their familiar environment. I’ll also send regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your furry family member is in good hands. Cats: I provide calm, personalized care that keeps your cat happy, healthy, and stress-free—whether they stay with me or I visit your home. In my home, your cat will have access to everything my cat has. My place is equipped with a brand new cat tree, tunnel, litter box, toys, and freshly washed blankets for each guest. I also have a cat carrier if transport is ever needed. I take time to learn your cat’s personality—whether they’re playful, shy, or senior—and adjust my care to match their comfort level. If I’m caring for your cat in your home, I follow your instructions closely to keep their routine as familiar and stress-free as possible. I handle feeding, litter box maintenance, medication (if needed), and plenty of love and attention. I understand how sensitive cats can be to change, so I move at their pace and provide regular updates to keep you in the loop.

As of July 2026, there are 115 sitters on Rover offering House Sitting across Brandon. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Beyond belly rubs and feeding schedules, a house sitter’s presence may provide an additional layer of security for your home. However, you will need to arrange overnight stays and other household tasks with your sitter when reaching out to them. Not all sitters offer the same services. Common household tasks you can negotiate include:
- Mail & deliveries: Collecting letters and packages so they don't pile up.
- Plant care: Keeping your indoor or outdoor garden hydrated.
- Trash & recycling: Taking trash cans to the curb on scheduled pickup days.
- Home security: Sitters can stay overnight to keep your home occupied.
The best way to align on expectations is during your free Meet & Greet. Use this time to provide a "home cheat sheet" that includes your preferred Brandon walking routes, the location of your favorite pet store, and any specific quirks about your home’s security or appliances.
It’s helpful to think of house sitting as a "home base" service. Most sitters in Brandon maintain their normal daily routines, like running errands or heading to the office, meaning your pet should be comfortable being alone for a few hours at a time. If your pet needs a little extra company, here is how to find the perfect match:
- Look for "WFH" sitters: Many sitters mention "Work from Home" on their profile to indicate they’ll be present for the majority of the day.
- Update your pet’s profile: Write down how long your pet can comfortably be left alone. This helps sitters quickly determine if their schedule aligns with your needs.
- Communicate 24/7 needs: Standard house sitting usually doesn't include constant supervision. If your pet requires round-the-clock care, be sure to discuss this upfront.
Tip: Use the Meet & Greet to confirm a sitter's typical "away" windows. Transparency ensures your pet stays happy and your sitter can plan their day effectively!
Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Brandon choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience administering medication or managing dietary requirements. You can also find pet sitters who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and request a Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
