About: I have experience caring for animals of all kinds, though I can currently only offer in-my-home care to dogs. I have always had family pets growing up. I got my own dog when I was in high school. I currently own 2 well-mannered dogs, a hunting labrador and a scent detection pit-mix. I have more than 2 years of professional gun dog training experience, and have trained over 50 puppies/dogs. I currently work from home, so I will be able to accommodate any schedule your pet may need. My own dogs recieve 2 feedings per day (5am and 5pm). We often take a morning walk (typically no less than 1-2 miles, less if I am walking a young puppy or senior dog with mobility issues). Also evening walks if weather is appropriate. I do not allow my dogs to do strenuous activity or rough play right after a meal. The yard is not fenced, so dogs will be on leash or long-line and fully supervised when outside the home. For off-lead outdoor fun we will take trips to the local dog park (not a very heavily trafficed dog park, usually empty). I have experience providing oral and subcutaneous medication to pets, should your pet need medication while in my care.

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was ten. From a litter of beagle puppies to King & Queen to Sandy our cocker spaniel and Pepper the Schnauzer. In married life I had golden retriever and multiple Tri Shelties. Also have the pleasure of grand dogs to care for occasionally. My last Sheltie Cooper passed 10/2020 and I would love to care for your precious fur baby. I am an active retired female with lots of time & energy to care for your loved one. My hours are very open and I can be flexible with schedule I have a nice backyard with long leads/leash to connect pet indoors before letting out. Also very nice trail walks in area. About: We recently lost our senior dog, so we have lots of doggy love available for your pet! I work from home, so your pet will get lots of attention, frequent visits to the backyard, and a walk at lunchtime. I work from home full time, so I'm here to interact with your pet and provide frequent breaks for play and potty. My boyfriend gets home from work in the late afternoon and will shower your pet with affection as well! I have a small, unfenced yard and will let your dog outside on a long lead to keep him/her safe and under my supervision. Your dog will have access to kitchen, living/dining room, bathroom, and up to 3 bedrooms. Basement will not be accessible.
