“This was a perfect location in the country near our family reunion. Kennel was clean, Erika was very welcoming, followed all of our wishes, stayed in touch regularly, sent video, and Sheppy acted calm and seemed to have enjoyed his stay with other dogs. He is an escape artist so Erika made sure there was an extra lock on the door so he could not let himself out. I am a 4-H leader where I teach children how to train dogs and I help them show and prepare their animals at fair. I also show my own animals at the fair. “This was a perfect location in the country near our family reunion. Kennel was clean, Erika was very welcoming, followed all of our wishes, stayed in touch regularly, sent video, and Sheppy acted calm and seemed to have enjoyed his stay with other dogs. He is an escape artist so Erika made sure there was an extra lock on the door so he could not let himself out. We recommend Erika's services to anyone who is in her area, and will return if we are ever in her area again. Thank you!”

“Krystal's love of dogs is evident and her current bestie, Duke, was a welcoming partner! We left our sweet Piper with Krystal for a week and Piper seemed to adjust well and was in good spirits when we picked her up. I think she even missed Krystal and Duke for a day or so after we returned home! Krystal kept us abreast of how Piper was doing and was responsive to our questions. I was amazed by how unfazed she was by the cold, wet weather that hung over the Fox Valley the week we were away; seemingly taking the additional 4 muddy paws in stride! We would happily re-book with Krystal the next time we need to leave town.”

About: I have worked with numerous animals since I was 5 years old. I have owned chickens, rabbits, horses, dogs, and cats my entire life. I am a 4-H leader where I teach children how to train dogs and I help them show and prepare their animals at fair. I also show my own animals at the fair. Additionally, I have pet sat for numerous family members over the years as well as friends. I will always be there for your pet and I will make sure they are well taken care of and loved just like they are my own. I am a teacher who is currently on summer break. So my schedule is pretty open during the summer and I have a lot of availability. During the school year, most of my weekends are free as well as when we have breaks. I am flexible and willing to make things work for you! I live on a little hobby farm with my husband. I have 3 dogs and 3 cats who are very friendly. I have everything needed in my home to take care of a dog including a kennel if needed as well as tie outs. We have a lake that is 5 minutes from our house and if your dog loves to swim, I would be happy to take them. I take my dogs all over in the summer and I would make sure your pet gets a lot of attention and exercise as well. Additionally, we have a huge barn and fenced in pasture as well as rabbit hutches in the barn and a chicken coop! Whatever animal you have they can be comfortable at my property. Additionally, if you feel better about your animal staying at home, I am happy to accommodate to that as well.
“For a recent week - long vacation, we left our 3 year old golden doodle with Jeff. This was our first time using Rover and leaving her in someone else's home. After an initial meet and greet, we felt very comfortable with Jeff and Ember loved his fenced in yard. We liked the photo and written updates we received while vacationing. Jeff provided daily walks and outside time. He respected Ember's schedule and tried to maintain her schedule. In addition to our toys and treats, he also provided some. We will definitely use Jeff's boarding for future get aways.”

“We loved working with Kimberly. She watched our dog for the first time and suggested a meet and greet to make sure she was a good fit with her own dog. We loved that and it made us trust her from the start. When we met her, Kimberly asked us many questions about our dog that made us feel like she would take very good care of her. Also, Kimberly’s home is quite literally the perfect set up for dogs. We know that our dog loved staying there and we enjoyed the updates Kimberly sent us throughout her stay.
