“Shea was absolutely fantastic. Our dog has some health issues, and Shea was very attentive to his medications and our concerns while we were away. We came home to a very happy dog. Our house was spotless. Without asking, Shea washed the bedding and put everything in its place. Her communication was thorough and consistent. Without any hesitation, we would ask Shea to sit for Rocky again! Thank you again for everything, Shea!”

“Jessica is nice & she is good with Dexter! Takes him for walks and everything. She worked during her stay, which we agreed to, but she was gone a little longer than I expected based on her work schedule. Otherwise, she was good with Dexter and left the house in good order when she left.”

“Aida was great with our big dogs Frank and Mike. She housesat a long weekend when we were away. She was super responsive to our texts and sent us multiple updates a day with many photos of the boys just enjoying her company. The house is spotless when we got back as well. Will definitely book her again for our future travels!”

“My dog and I fell in love. Andrea is amazing. I feel so comfy on vacation because she is an excellent sitter for my Kayce. My pitbull was in heaven! She is the best. Highly recommend.”

About: I've been a dog owner for 40 years, and was a foster for a few years for MARS. Although I specialize in German Shepherds, I have taken care of just about every type of dog. My housemate, where I currently live, has 2 rescues - one is a lab/Pitbull mix. The other is a Chihuahua/Jack Russell mix. I also dog sit regularly for my daughter's dog (rescue Pitbull mix) and my son's dog (Belgian Malinois). If I have a special skill I guess it would be that I understand rescues. I'm semi-retired and have a very flexible schedule. I'm in the North Metro but I occasionally drive for Lyft, so I'm familiar with the Twin Cities in general. I'm an early riser so if your dog is as well - that's fine with me! The dogs I've cared for get several walks per day - or ball tosses if there is a fenced in yard. For those dogs who get along with others, we love the dog park. We make sure to go potty before bedtime! My dogs get two meals per day - but if yours get three meals, that's fine too. I've taken care of dogs who need daily pills and those which are in heat. I don't need much when staying at your home other than internet. I bring my own food. I prefer longer stays rather than short ones so I can learn the dog's routine.

About: I have experience with dogs 8 weeks - 14 years. I have extensive knowledge of senior dogs. I am less experienced in cat care, but I have had cats in the past, and have also house sat for friends who have 3. I am currently a college student, so I will be unavailable on Mondays. I also have a part time job from 8:30 am - 5 pm. I am available on weekends for dog sitting or after 5:30 pm weekdays. I would love to find out what type of exercise your pet needs. I enjoy walking and I am very good with a chuck it.

“Great cat sitting service from Emma, she stayed in our home with our multiple cats. They were happy and content when we got home, and the house was clean and fresh in tip top shape!”

“Melanie was great with my two dogs and cat! She gave them all the attention they needed!! lots of love, time, attention and play! They were her top priority for the whole week! She also sent pics and updates.”

“I cannot say enough positive things about Ashley. From the moment she met Mabel, I could tell Mabel was going to be in good hands. Mabel liked her energy and warmed up to her in seconds. Ashley also provided me with regular updates and pictures which was really nice as well. I will be using Ashley again in the future, and will be highly recommending her to friends and family.”

About: My family has had multiple pets throughout the years, taking in and watched other people's dogs. I love playing around and hanging out with all dogs, as long as their friendly. [Starting August 25th] – I’m a college student with weekday classes (about 6–8 hours each day), but I make it a priority to give pets the care and attention they need outside of my class time. If your pets are used to a standard workday routine or being home alone during the day, my schedule is a perfect fit for them! On weekends, I’m much more flexible and can provide extra time, walks, and attention. I treat your pets exactly how I'd treat my own, with lots of love, attention, and patience. I'll always follow your instructions carefully, making sure your pet feels safe and comfortable, whether we're playing in the yard or relaxing indoors. I also like to check in with pictures and quick messages, so you know they're doing great!

“Julia was great with sending pictures and updates. Julia was a very pleasant person and easy to work with. Having her stay in my home was a huge benefit for me and the dogs. The dogs were all happy and healthy when I got home.”

About: I have been a dog owner and lover my whole life, I’ve taken care of breeds big & small all ages of life! I recently made my own hobby farm; which includes chickens! (Chickens are kept in a coop) I currently work full time and while at work our dogs are in a crate. We are outside most of the evening after work taking care of our chickens, training Annie & Oakley for hunting, and of course playing fetch! On rainy days we love chillin inside being lazy ☺️ We have dog leash’s and anchors for the yard, and an outdoor kennel. I ask that owners provide their own crate for overnight stays. We have a morning & evening routine with our current animals and we have a lot of play time & belly scratches!

“Oh my goodness, Jordan!! She is amazing! My pups loved her, she followed my instructions to a T and gave the sweetest updates while I was away. Having her take care of my babies gave me such peace of mind so I could take the time I needed to reset.”

“Hannah was absolutely fantastic! My dog loved her and he cried when she left! The house was clean and neat also when I came home. I felt safe leaving cupcake In Hannah’s care. Thank you so much. Because of you I was able to enjoy my vacation more!”

About: Ive been taking care of animals since I could walk. I’ve been trusted by friends, family, and neighbors since I was 10 years old to care for their homes, pets, and plants while they’re away. I’ve been proven to take care of multiple different types of animals including cats, dogs, reptiles, birds, fish, and farm animals. I have also help rehabilitate multiple different kinds of wild animals including birds, raccoons, deer, and other small animals. I have loved every aspect of pet care and house sitting. I strive to give animals the best care and respect possible. Your animals deserve more then just a clean up crew and a 5 minute walk while your away. The longest house sitting experience I have had was 3 weeks straight, they came home from their trip happy and pleased to see a clean home with happy animals. I successfully trained my two dogs when I was 9 years old. I’m more than willing to give your animals the care, love, and respect they deserve. I’m currently working part time at a nursing home 6:30am-2:30 pm on a block schedule every other weekend and every other day, however I’m in search of a full time job where I am valued and respected. Pet care and house-sitting are my main focus. I’m available every day of the week only sometimes after 2:30pm depending on if I work, and would love to spend my day caring for your home, plants, and animals. I currently have a 13 year old lab mix named Ellinore who scared of dogs but loves cats. I wouldn’t be able to bring your animals to my home and will not be bringing Ellinore to your home.

About: I have dog sat for a family friend for a long time now! I usually stay at her house and take care of her doggies. I am currently a full-time teacher looking for some extra work. If I stay over at your place, you would have to be okay with me leaving for the day to go to work, but I will come right back to take care of your loves. I am available most weekends :) I can take your dogs out for potty breaks, play fetch, take walks, etc. I love giving furry friends treats, pet rubs, cuddles. I can fill up the food and water bowls.
