About: Since I was 10 I’ve taken care of my grandmas elderly dog, I’ve given her medications, helped her with her mobility issues, fed and provided daily walks. Your dog is welcome in our home and on our furniture, and will be treated as one of our own. I have solid fencing on 3 sides of my backyard, with a metal fence on one side. (4 feet high with 3 3/4 inches between the vertical rails.) I will supervise your dog in the yard or take them outside on a long lead, as needed. I appreciate clear instructions on how you would like your pet cared for, and I will follow them respectfully. Does your dog have a favorite toy? Are there specific training guides you would like reinforced? Do they prefer to play alone or with other dogs? Just let me know what they need and I will be happy to accommodate them whether at your home or mine.
“Sage did a great job checking in on our cat for 5 mornings in a row! She did everything we asked of her. She was very punctual by checking in with us each morning. And left us a picture each day. My cat unfortunately had other things on his mind. He was playing hard to get. As Sage came by early each morning, he was either still out hunting, or was hiding in his secret place. She said she only caught a glimpse of him one morning, and was too fast for her to get a picture of him. But she was patient with him. She added a few treats to his bowl of food each morning in order to see if he was eating. He was defiantly eating his treats, and his food. I think he was just being shy, as this was only the second time we've hired a cat sitter. We also opted to have him stay outside the whole time we were gone. As he is mostly an outdoor cat, and the weather was mild the whole time. Once we returned home, he was in our back yard, and came running when we called him. He was in happy spirits, and glad to see us!”
