About: I have grown up with pets all my life, starting at the age of 7. My family currently has three dogs (one small and two medium) that I care for regularly. I am able to walk the three on a lease comfortably and have played a large role in training them. Although I prefer dogs, I grew up with a cat that I loved and cared for. I am able to provide compassion and care to a variety of pet personalities. With years of experience caring for cats and dogs, I understand how important it is to find a sitter/ walker you can trust. Whether your pet needs playtime, a dependable routine or just company, I’m here to provide loving and reliable care. I just received my Doctorate of Physical Therapy in May and am currently studying for the licensure exam that will be at the end of July. My availability is open as I have the freedom to adjust my study schedule as needed. I care for pets in their home by meeting them where they are at; literally and personality wise. With three dogs of my own at home, I am unable to watch your pet outside of their home. In caring for your pet in their environment it helps reduce stress and attempt to maintain any form of routine they have. I am considerate of multiple personalities and consciously make an effort to accommodate the pets needs. With dogs I have watched in the past, I attempt to give them familiarity with their routine, within mine and their comfort. I walk familiar roads/paths, feed them on their schedule (if possible) and attain to any of their needs. I will use any devices/ equipment you typically use and will prioritize safety outside the home (using leases, collars, etc.).

About: I have experience with house sitting with multiple pets from a few days to two months. I owned my own dog for 14 years before she passed away this year. I worked at the Humane Society of Northeast Georgia for a year. This past year I have been fostering a puppy for the Guide Dog Foundation so I have experience raising a puppy from three months old. I’ve just moved to Athens after spending many years building a solid client base in Gainesville. Right now I’m looking for pet care to be a main source of income so I have a very open availability. I have around eight years of experience caring for pets (outside of my own). I have been trained but the Humane Society of Northeast Georgia and the Guide Dog Foundation in animal care and have lots of love to give our furry friends.

About: I have experience taking care of all kinds of animals from standard dogs and cats to hedgehogs, possums, and parrots. Both puppies and senior dogs are welcome. Since I only work during the week, I am able to dedicate all of my time and love to your fur babies on the weekends. I have an unfenced yard but can provide plenty of walks and exercise for your pups. I have two friendly dogs to keep your furkids entertained but never unsupervised.

About: I have been around animals my whole life, pretty much. As a sophomore in high school, i landed a internship with the animal hospital i work at now. My junior year after my internship, I was employed at Ashley Hills Pet Center, which is a great boarding facility. Then later on when i graduate high school i landed a job at oconee county veterinary hospital. I have a huge passion for animals and always have. I am currently working and going to real estate school but i am available for dog walking, house sitting, dog sitting and drop in visits. i do not work full time so i can work you around my schedule! i am very flexable. i am a very well trained veterinary technician of almost a year now and i have learned so much. i have many talents and if there is an emergency i have my coworkers and boss to help me in anyway. I'm currently full time at Oconee County Veterinary Hospital, so I try to work around your schedule and mine to make sure your pets are happy and content! I have currently moved, so I am not taking pets into my home at the moment. I do offer many other services in my clients home. I try to stay within the pets schedule so they feel comfortable with me as much as possible.

About: I’m a fun loving dog sitter. I love playing with dogs, walking with them, and giving them tummy rubs. Being lazy is another quality I’m good at when me and the dog(s) don’t have anything better to do. I really do love animals. Their like fluffy teddy bears. Weather they act crazy or not If the dog misbehaved then I would lightly pop it on the nose and say no but if the dog was nice then I’d give it tummy rubs

About: I absolutely adore every animal, from the furry, to the scaly and slithery. I am well acquainted with dog and cats of all sizes and do not discriminate against breed or size. The majority of my life I've been surrounded by animals, and all of them have helped me grow to be the person I am today. I understand how important it is to pay attention to every twitch, head tilt, and noise a companion gives. Every fur-friend is so special and deserves to be treated and loved like a family member. My front and back yard are very large, and the backyard has a fenced in area. There's plenty of room for running, walking, and playing around in the grass. Good shaded areas and sunny spots for days with good weather. I stay outdoors with my dogs and others when they're out, and will not leave them unattended. We have plenty of toys and activities to do!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs my entire life but more so in my 20s, dogs are my people, and my love is like no other. I currently work from home and can make my own schedule. About: I grew up in agriculture caring for all sorts of animals. From raising my own show hogs to rasing 20+ rabbits, to my own dogs, and working in commercial swine and poultry industries, I have seen it all! I have a two German Shorthaired Pointers, one that is 2 years old and another that is 10 months old. My husband and I upland hunt with them all over the state of Georgia and beyond. I also have a 15 year old Beagle/Min Pin mix who is my heart and soul and is a couch potato. We recently had our other dog who was a Red Heeler/Australian Shepherd who sadly passed away from cancer. I am capable of caring for pets of all ages and energy levels!! I do have a full time job in the Poultry Industry in Gainesville so I will be gone during 6am-2:30pm. With our hunting dogs, my husband and I train them year round and exercise them at our family farm to give them the mental stimulation they need so they don't ruin our house! During bad weather, I usually prepare lick mats, raw-hide free bones, or some kind of enrichment treat.

About: I’m 26 years old and I currently have 3 dogs Luka (male dog ) is 9 y/o, Anika (female dog) is 5 y/o, Ace (male dog) 5 y/o. I also have a Ball Python and a Leopard gecko. As well as 13 chickens. My sweet rescue Gunther🌈 (male cat) passed a year ago. I’m done all my own training so if your dogs needs any help with learning basic tricks and or potty training so I can definitely help you with that! Let’s build a trusting relationship because my animals are my life and I’ll treat your babies like they’re my own! I’m a stay at home dog and chicken mom! So my schedule is wide open to fit any of your precious babies needs! My dogs get regular exercise and plenty of potty breaks as well as just laying around outside sun bathing! I own a house with 5 acres plenty of space to roam around. I have a small area fenced in for potty breaks if you’d feel more comfortable otherwise id take them for walks on my property! When inside they’re free to roam around. Any toys and food you want to bring with you is welcome! And I can follow feeding instructions if your pet has specific needs. I will follow whatever instructions you give! I so look forward to this journey!

With over 15 years of pet care experience I am equipped to care for dogs of varying breeds, ages, and training levels. I am comfortable working on basic training skills with young dogs, and providing specialized care to senior dogs. Having spent several years in animal healthcare I feel comfortable administering medications, and providing supportive care for chronic illnesses. That experience has also awarded me the insight be to able to monitor your pet’s behavior and activity in a way that will ensure their safety and overall health while in my care. My services are not limited to basic walks and drop-ins. We can go for a hike, swim in the lake, or go spend a day at the dog park! If there is a specific experience you wish for your pet to have on our day together let me know and I’m happy to try to accommodate! I do work a full time job as I am still trying to build my pet sitting and transport business but my hours are flexible and I can make all the time I need to help care for your pets. I ask a lot of questions and work with my client to follow the routines they already have set for their pets to make sure they always feel safe and comfortable. I like to do an introductory meeting at least a couple days before our scheduled time together to meet with your pet to determine if we will be a good fit for each other. If we venture out for a walk I have a crate secured in the car to safely transport pets from one location to another. I bring a portable water bowl and a bottle of fresh water on all walks so your pet will stay hydrated throughout our time together. If you choose to have me accompany your pet to the lake I ask that you please provide a life jacket for them so I can help provide the safest play space possible.
