No matter the length of time, our dog has always been so happy whenever he gets to spend time with Val, I think she's a pet whisperer because our little guy does not warm up to people easily but when it comes to Val, he just melts! I trust no one more than Val for making sure our sweet pup gets lots of cuddles and walks. She sticks to the schedule, making sure our pup has his meals and bathroom breaks when he needs them and has proven herself to be trustworthy in our home. 10/10 recommend her for your pet-sitting needs.”

“My cats, Logan and Data, always get anxious when the suitcases come out to start packing. No kidding, the boys immediately calm down when I tell them Miss Sarah is coming to play with them and everything will be just fine. They listen for her car and meet her at the door because they know that Sarah will spend extra time with them not only feeding them and cleaning up the boxes (multiple), but she knows all about the best toys like the light pointer and the puff balls to play fetch and she always gives the exact right amount of treats before she leaves. I have known Sarah since she was a kid and she has taken care of my previous cats, always loving on them like her very own, even stopping by for extra visits to play or give them a good brushing. My boys think she is the best thing ever and she can move in with us whenever she wants.”

About: I have always had dogs as a child and a few years ago I found my wonderful dog Bear!! We have been thriving ever since. I have experience with dogs as big as Great Danes and as small as little baby Yorkies. My dog is crate trained, potty trained, and an overall good listener that LOVES other dogs. I can only take dogs that are agreeable with other dogs. If you have a puppy and need someone to reinforce training you have put in I got your back! If your dog is older and just loves to snuggle also got your back! Bear(my dog) is 5! We go on walks, make frequent trips to the dog park, pet store, or to get a puppaccino!! I do work full time with weekend free. I care for my own dog and your dog, if you are looking for an in-home sitter he would need to be a part of the team. If you have a set or particular schedule for your dog I am happy to make adjustments to my schedule. As mentioned, I have always had dogs and I have a dog of my own currently. He is 55lbs, 5 years old, and a bit of a prince, but the nicest boy! I currently do not offer in-home care for others pets.

“Mackenzie was very communicative through out the whole process and worked with us to get the right set up for us as this was our first time using Rover or hiring a sitter. She did a great job taking care of our two cats, I would almost say Starbuck missed her when we came back. Mackenzie sent cute pics and gave clear updates every time she visited. It was my first experience with hiring a sitter and I can say I haven't even felt that at ease about everything using friends. She was fantastic and we will definitely check with her again should we need another sitter in the future!”

“Samuel was a fantastic kitty sitter for our two babies. He took instructions well and looked after them the week we were gone. We came back to a house that was well taken care of, and kitties who were happy and healthy. He took care of everything, took pictures, and gave great updates so we weren’t too worried while we were gone! The apartment itself was in good shape with no trash or anything, and the litter boxes and water/food bowls looked great! He was a fantastic communicator and I would highly recommend his services.”

About: My earliest memories are taking care of animals. My grandparents were dog breeders and I've never had less than 6 dogs + other animals since I was 18. I've taken care of ferrets, dogs, cats, birds, fish, and guinea pigs on multiple occasions. I am able to do walks, overnights, pop ins, potty breaks, feedings, medicine (I know how to do injections if needed), and can accommodate to you and your pets needs. Currently, working full-time at a Board and Train/Doggie Daycare/Grooming Facility, learning to professionally train dogs, and training my service dog. I'm going to begin show work in the next year in addition to demo work, and sport work. I'm looking to out reach and care for pets in my community. I have a service dog who is kid, dog, and cat friendly. I work with balanced training with extremely minimal physical corrections and most verbal corrections or redirections. I only physically correct when I feel someone or an animal will be injured. My main priority is safety and security; I will treat your beloved pet like my own and my pet is my child.
