About: I have had dogs growing up all my life. I am currently s bio (pre - vet) major with experience from internships in animal care. But its not just about the skills I’ve gathered, I have always genuinely cared about the animals around me! Whether they are pets, wild animals, etc. I’m currently working part time, so I have plenty of time to fit pet care into my schedule!! Other than Mondays and Wednesdays, my schedule is very flexible!! I have two friendly dogs. They are both elders so they need rest and cuddles more than anything. When they were younger and more active, we would play fetch and take walks around our neighborhood!

About: Hi, I’m Abigail! I recently moved back to the Hudson Valley to develop my career in the environmental field. I’m currently working part-time at a native plant nursery. When I'm not spending time nature and with plants, I love caring for animals! Growing up with animals in my household ranging from cats to dogs (to even turtles and birds) has given me an affinity to not just adore all types of animals, but has given me the proper skills to understand the responsibility of caring for an animal. I understand that all animals are unique in what makes them feel comfortable and loved and will always do what is best to ensure the safety and comfortability of your pet! For dogs: - A meet and greet would be a great idea beforehand to get to know both you and your dog, so I can provide the best service possible! - I love being outdoors as much as I can, so I plan to take your dog for long walks as much as I can! - As for potty breaks, I think three times a day is the absolute minimum. Once in the morning, afternoon, and before bedtime. However, if I am not working, I can take them out as much as you/they desire! - Maintaining your pets feeding routine is very important to and I take special care to be considerate of any special dietary care you dog needs. - Lastly, I know it can be hard for some animals to be separated from their loved ones. I will make sure they are feeling loved while they are under my care. For cats: - I currently care for an orange tabby rescue, named Hugo, who can be a bit needy, (although him being special only makes me love him more!), so I understand that cats can require a lot of attention and love, and I will ensure to give them plenty while they are under my care. - Cleanliness is very important when caring for cats, as the owner and of a cat, I know my cat can get upset if his litter box is not kept in pristine condition, and when caring for your cat I will do the same! - Diet is just as important for animals as it is for humans. Feeding your pet according to their needs is something I will take seriously. I work part time, Wed - Sat, however I can be pretty flexible to accommodate your schedule. If I am unable to meet the needs requested I will be sure to give as much notice as possible. In a clients home, I like to keep things tidy and work within the boundaries discussed with the client. Cleanliness is important to me and I appreciate staying in homes that are kept in generally good condition. I try to mirror the animal's usual routine in a home and prioritize everyone’s comfortability.

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and took the responsibility of taking care of and training our family dogs. They all turned out great with my first dog becoming a therapy dog helping children. Can’t imagine a world without a dog by your side! I currently work in a school system so during holidays, school breaks, and the summer I’m the most free but can always help once I get out of school as well. Great backyard with a pup to play with. Lots of shade and fencing. Many toys and such to play with as well. Great spot for dogs to relax.

About: I grew up with two dogs in my house that I was the main care taker of. We have also had Guinea pigs and rabbits. My work schedule rotates. So I would be available different days In the week. My schedule will be updated on that app weekly for my current schedule I will care for your pets like they are my own. I enjoy meeting new pets and making them happy. Dog walks are my favorite!

About: I spent 3 months last fall volunteering at a dog shelter (5 days a week, 4 hours a day), I’ve worked many dog and cat sitting jobs, and I’ve had my rescue dog Artie for 14 years. I have experience with puppies, senior and rescue dogs. I’m currently home until September and looking for some extra work! I have a full time summer job but am available for house-sitting the last week of August, as well as able to do local dog walks or drop-in visits most mornings. About: Hello, My name is Patricia , I am originally from Ireland. I have been fortunate to have had 4 full time house dogs throughout my life in addition to caretaking for multiple other dogs over the years. I love the company of dogs and look forward to finding some 4 legged friends to go on walks with. I am retired and have a very open schedule. I am mobile and willing to drive to drop off and pickup when needed. I Have flexibility throughout weekends or extended trips if necessary I treat a clients home as if it's my own. I am a neat and organized person and believe in a healthy environment for dogs as well.

About: I have had pets throughout my life, and my deep love for animals is what makes me a great pet sitter. I have a lot of freedom while my children are at school between 7-3 and after 4:30 when my husband returns home from work. We have a very sweet miniature Dachshund who LOVES playing with other dogs. I do not have a fenced in yard and will take your pup for walks to ensure he/she is getting exercise. Our Dachshund can play with your dog inside, and can either accompany your dog on a walk or can stay behind while I walk your pup.

About: Animals are the best friends in our lives and deserve attentive care and respect, as well as an active life of curiosity and steady love! I am available this summer pretty much all the time. Those days when I am not available will not be on my schedule thank you! At my house we have four acres to run around on and a long private road with very little traffic where we can explore together (with a leash). There is a lot of fresh air and fun natural smells coming up from the woods to investigate!

About: I have been growing up around and taking care of pets all of my life. I have taken care of puppies, middle-aged dogs, senior dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, and pigs. I can give them medication and bring them into appointments. I love to with dogs! I have a backyard and other dogs for them to play with. In case an emergency, I live 15 to 20 minutes away from two different animal hospitals. Since I only work part-time job during the day, I love sitting outside in the sun, playing with the dogs and watching them run around and play with each other. I love meeting, new pets and getting to know them. I also love sitting inside and watching TV while I pet your pet. At my house we let the dogs out every 2 to 4 hours to go to the bathroom. They are mostly outside anyways. They go on a walk every day. I feed my pets twice a day. They get lots of love and cuddles. For my clients pets, I play with them All day and I do whatever they would specifically like me to do with their pet.

About: Hi y'all! I am an all around animal lover. My girls and I take any dogs that we are watching on walks with us every night, we have lots of fun. Pets are allowed on the furniture, unless you state explicitly state you don't want them to be. I prefer not to kennel overnight, but there are always exceptions to the rule! I am able to help with puppies and older pups alike; age is not an issue. Please ask any questions you may have for me, thank you so much we can’t wait to meet you! I am currently working part time but I am always available for nightly drop ins or for any early morning stops on my way in. I am always respectful of your safety protocols, gates are always double and triple checked, doors are always checked to be shut correctly. Food and water levels are consistently monitored. Instructions are always followed to the letter.

About: I have at least 4 years of pet care for animals in shelters. I also have formal experience in training dogs. I am kind, loving and patient . I am adherent to all pet needs. Meds, feeding schedule, etc. I also have my own little dog who is very nice :) Right now my schedule is completely open. I am taking a break from work to pursue my other interests. I have time and availability for low rates My dog getS 2 or sometimes 3 meals a day. She doesn’t not take any meds. I take her for skate rides wich she loves! I have a soft spot for older dogs, as well as experience caring for young litters of pups! About: I have been around animals all my life. Born in the country, cows and horses are most common, but I’ve come to love having dogs, cats, and reptiles of my own! There has never been an animal I couldn’t warm up to, and I love getting to know every pets unique personality. I DO OWN PETS, I just am not offering boarding services or requesting sitting services so I would prefer not to share their details! I am always willing to move around my schedule to better fit my clients needs! I have a ride ai depend on for now while I’m learning to drive so I cannot be out too late unless I’m staying the night. I prefer to pet sit or walk pets at other homes, not my own, as I have a reactive dog with history of abuse, and she is not amicable with other pets.
