About: I am a registered veterinary technician that is very passionate taking care of animals. I have 20 yrs of experience working in emergency and critical care, caring for dogs and cats that are very sick and need to be cared for. I am very comfortable caring for healthy dogs/cats or pets that need medications or special care. I work full time, but want to work around my schedule to make Rover work! I would not be able to bring your pet to my house due to I have a German shepherd that takes a while to warm up to. I can walk pets, do check ins, but will not be able to stay the night due to having a family. I am able to walk your pet wherever you prefer, let your dog outside and feed your pet, spend playtime with your pet. I am able and willing to medicate your pet as well or anything the pet requires, even if has special care requests.

About: Ever since I was a kid, I’ve always had a pet dog. I’ve always had love and respect for animals, domesticated and wild. I’m comfortable with dogs and cats of all breeds and all sizes. I’m currently working part time on Friday and Saturday afternoon-evenings and Sunday and Monday night shifts. That gives me plenty of time on my free days to play with and care for your pet! I can easily crate your dog or let them out and let them stretch their legs and let them play. I can feed and give them water if need be.

About: I always had dogs and cats growing up so being around animals is nothing new to me. It’s important that your fur baby is good with kids because my two will be helping make their stay feel like home. (9 &14) I am a band director August-May so being a teacher is my main job. Although I love it, I work for Rover as a summer funds supplement. I’ve held temporary jobs that had little to no personal meaning but getting the opportunity to spend time caring for animals seems to give it a bit more of a purpose, which I enjoy. Looking forward to meeting your fur family! My daily routine is very relaxed in the summer because I’m off as a teacher. My family is home most days other than the occasional summer outing. We have 4.5’ fenced in big yard that will allow your dog to run freely. We also live in a quiet neighborhood and have the ability to go on leashed walks whenever we like.

I work full time 7-3 Monday to Friday but I am able to take breaks throughout the day where I can check on the pets! About: I have four years of experience working in a veterinary clinic, where I gained hands-on knowledge in animal care, health, and behavior. I also have four dogs of my own, so caring for pets is truly second nature to me. I’m confident administering medications if needed, and I always treat every animal as if they were my own—with patience, love, and attention to detail. I have four dogs and three cats of my own, each with a set feeding routine and potty schedule that I follow daily. Caring for animals has always been a big part of my life! My mother owns a grooming business just down the road, so I’ve grown up around professional pet care and often help out there as needed. I’ve also worked in a veterinary clinic, where I gained hands-on experience with animal health and daily care. In addition, I help manage our family farm operation with cattle and horses at my grandparents’ place. Taking care of animals is something I do every single day—and something I truly love! I live on about three peaceful acres along a quiet gravel road, with a small fenced-in area in the backyard and a large open front yard for plenty of room to play. I have two friendly large dogs who stay outdoors to help keep the property safe, and two smaller indoor dogs who love to keep our guests company. All of my dogs are very social and gentle with new friends! If your pup prefers to stay on leash, I’m happy to offer leash walks for their comfort and safety. My animals follow a consistent morning and evening routine, and I have crates available if that’s part of your dog’s normal setup. My cats are also friendly and loving, and there are several cozy dog beds throughout the house for your pet to relax on. At night, the dogs sleep in the bedroom—so your furry kiddo is more than welcome to snuggle right in! My home is calm and quiet (no children), and I’m typically home every day by 3 p.m. or earlier. On most days, I don’t leave until around 9 a.m.—and often, I’m home all day giving your pets the love and attention they deserve.

About: I’ve always been an insane animal lover, to the point I once made my mom not drain a pool because there were frog eggs in it. Cub Creek Science and Animal Camp (CCSC) allowed me to work with their animals as an Animal Specialist in Training (ASIT), where I helped clean porcupine poop and feed ferrets, and every other animal in there. They had everything, frogs, reptiles, insects, birds, and so many mammals. While I absolutely adored taking care of the exotics, I also LOVE domestics! Ever since I was about 11, I have dedicated myself to learn about canine and feline behavior, which ultimately is helping me in getting my certificate for dog obedience training. While I offer services for cats and dogs, if you have exotic animals that don’t register on here, talk to me about them, and I will see what I can do!! At the moment, I am also working for Walmart’s Spark program, so I am free whenever, but I may be slightly late depending on the orders I get. Soon I will start my externship for my certificate, so I’m not sure what my schedule will look like. I will need your contact information, preferably written on paper and left in a well seen spot, in case something were to happen. Along with contact information, please leave your main vet’s information, along with 24 hour emergency vets closest to you. If an emergency were to happen, I would immediately rush them to the vet and I will attempt to call you on the way there. If it is not an emergency, I will contact you to see what I should do. I am very loving toward any pet I meet, and I will ensure their safety and happiness under my care.

About: I’ve taken care of all sorts of creatures ever since I could walk and have had a love for it the entire time! The list of animals I have experience with include rabbits, pet birds, snakes, geckos , turtles, crabs, ferrets, mice, fish, hedgehogs, goats, chickens, cattle, pigs and of course your average every day cats and dogs! I was also a vet tech for around 4 years so I still have the passion and experience that comes with being in that field so I do feel comfortable caring for special needs and pets who need medication. I also have my Bachelors degree in Animal Sciences from Mizzou:) Another area I have experience in is dog training! I have trained a service dog as well have trained numerous puppies basic obedience and manners! I also have helped bottle feed and raise up puppies and kittens so have done early neurological stimulation with them. I have also worked with some reactive dogs as well. Some other experience I have included giving nail grinds and trims as well as trimming up hair paw pads and normal bathing and blow drying/brushing out! I am currently very open on availability as I’m looking to do this from home for the current future while I look at online schooling! About: Hello! Thank you for taking an interest in my profile, I’m originally from Des Moines, Iowa. I recently moved to Missouri after spending a few years in Pittsburgh. I grew up with dogs, we raised a golden retriever and two Dobermans. We are now an all cat household. I helped and continue to help with the care of our family’s pets, and had the joyful experience of working with clients regularly during my time in Pittsburgh. I fostered and crate trained a puppy during the summer in 2019 and have raised 2 Sphynx cats. I have always loved being around animals, I try to be easy to talk to and understanding. My hours are flexible. I just moved, so I will have plenty of time to work with you on your schedule. I will be able to be with your pet as you see fit. About: I’m already excited to meet you and your pets! I’ve been a massage therapist for over 17yrs, so I give premium pets. Along with that is high standards for care which will includes keeping up to date with CPR/First Aide training. I currently have a grandpa puggle (15yrs old) and young kitty myself. About: I am currently majoring in animal science at school to become a Vet-Tech and have 4+ years of experience working at an animal hospital. Your furry friend will be in great hands !!
