About: I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, and even chickens for more than 6 years! I’ve cared for pets for more than 15 families in the Valpo, Chesterton, and Crown Point areas. I love going for long walks and would be the perfect walking buddy for your dogs! I work remotely during the week, which allows me to be very present with your pets if you are gone on a trip. I work remotely full time, so I can be available any time during the day for overnight petsitting! I can be available in the mornings or late afternoons/evenings for dog walks. I don’t offer overnight stays for pets in my home, but I have a lot of experience petsitting and housesitting for families when they are gone on trips!

I currently work full time, but I can do drop ins or walks at night or on the weekends! I do work some weekends, so my drop ins/ walks would have to be after work on those days :-) I will always make sure your pet is safe on walks or in your home! Will make sure they have full tummies and water bowls! Give them lots of love and play time! And if your dog is friendly, I could also bring my dog for them to have some social play time! (only with permission of course!)

When we picked up Patches she was happy to see us, but clearly felt very comfortable with Jen, which made the transition go very smoothly! It's hard to be away from our dog, but easier when we know she is in such good hands. We will absolutely leave our dog with Jen again.”
