I feed our dogs separately and this also allows me to monitor food intake and is safest for adding a new pup to the mix. If I have to run an errand during the day, my small dog feels more comfortable in his crate but my big dog is trusted to hang out in the house. I’m happy to do whatever you feel is best for your dog should I need to leave the house briefly. When I care for dogs in their own home, I’m focused on respect and safety. About: Our entire family loves dogs and pets. We love to welcome new friends to our house! My children love to be around other dogs and help out. We are a homeschool family and so we are home all day with plenty of people around to give attention to your pet. We are flexible to times and days. We live in the country and do not have a fenced yard. We are happy to use leashes to help your get outside for bathroom breaks, walks and playtime. We have a golden retriever who loves dogs.

About: I love all animals but dogs have a special place in my heart. I grew up with two Schnoodles (schnauzer-poodles). I helped train one of them including potty training and tricks like sit, shake, roll-over, and spin. I hope to one day foster dogs who need homes. I also have experience caring for cats and birds. I just graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center nursing program. I will begin my career as a nurse in Sioux Falls starting in July! I will let you know what days and times I am available! When caring for pets, their well-being is my top priority. I do this by ensuring a safe and happy environment. About: My first job was at a vet clinic, where I worked for 3 years, feeding and watering the dogs and cats and taking them outside and on walks. My apartment has a dog park with lots of fun activities for the pups. I have a 3 year old energetic 16 lb aussie poo and a soon to be 12 year old 11 lb shihtzu/couch potato so I'm used to the active and the lazy lifestyle. Each week is different for work so I will update my schedule as I figure that out. Def message me if you have questions on a certain time frame. I sometimes crate my aussiepoo, so I do have one crate and am okay if you want to bring one over for your pet as well. If your pet is here often and is used to a crate, I'd likely invest in another crate for my home. Since I'm in an apartment, I leash the dogs to go outside and to the dog park- please let me know if you'd rather me not take your dog to the park. It's typically only 1-2 other dogs if any, when we go.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and caged animals since I was little. I also worked at Petco grooming for a few years. We have 2 Chihuahuas of our own, 2 Sphynx and an Axolotl. I am a stay at home mom so my schedule is flexible and open most days. Just let me know what you need and we can work it out! I will care for your pet in your home how you request me to. In our home we are very careful to not let our animals out loose, we take them on a leash if they aren’t in the yard and kennel our dogs when we leave.

About: I’ve had fury companions in every phase of my life and couldn’t imagine not having them by my side! Growing up I seemed to be my friends and families go to dog sitter. They could always count on me to walk the dogs, bathe them, and of course love on them. I currently work from home and only away from the house periodically to teach yoga! I will be able to watch over the dog most of the day. I have a fenced in yard with many neighbor dogs we can see on our walks! I have a squishy couch and many blankets for the animals to snuggle with.

About: I’ve been around animals and have had animals since before I could walk. I was taught to respect all animals. I am a go to for friends and family who need their fur babes looked after. Currently a stay at home mom with a daughter who is in school. This will offer the flexibility I need to walk and play with your animal(s) while my human baby is at school. I have a dog park less than 2 miles from my home. I’m not far from the hike trails for walks and I have a luscious little side yard for the zooms.
