About: I have had dogs my entire adult life, up to 7 at one time, including a husky. I now only have 1, since I had to move and left the rest with my old roommate (some were his anyway, and I took the one that had chosen me as his human). Every dog I've ever had was properly trained to at least sit on command - with or without a treat. When I had the 7, I could have the pack surround me, and call them one by one for their treat, and only the one called would reach. People have watched my dog's behavior out in public and have aske if I could train their dogs! I have no formal training for dog training, but I did grow up watching Caesar on Animal Planet, and implemented his behavior training techniques with all of my own dogs when they were puppies, or from the time I accepted them in as strays. I have cared for others pets in the past, but not in a professional capacity. I sat for a friend of mine at her house, caring for 3 dogs and a cat. I fed the cat in the morning and at night and cleaned her litter box once a day. The dogs got fed on the same schedule, and spent the majority of the day outside in the fenced back yard unless it was raining. I went outside and threw balls and sticks for them a few times each day, for about an hour or so each time. I currently do not have a job, so I am available full time, any day or time. I have my own dog who prefers to not let me out of his sight, and will cry if I leave him at home alone, so getting a traditional job while living in an apartment is out of the question. With that said, I would need to bring him with me. He is going on 10 years old, and has never met a dog or person he didn't love. I am glad to bring him for a meet and greet before any commitments are made. Every dog has a way to let you know they need something. My dog prefers to attempt cuddles when he needs anything, leaving me playing a guessing game until I get it right. He gets super excited when I get it right! As a senior dog, I leave his food out 24/7, and check it in the mornings when I get up and at night when I go to bed to make sure it's not empty. If I notice that it's empty at any point during the day, I simply refill it. Same with his water. His potty schedule is pretty much the same - first thing in the morning, any time he asks during the day, and then one last trip out at bedtime. I know not every dog can follow this schedule, but I have also had dogs who needed me to set alarms to take them out every hour or two, until they were properly house trained. All I need from you is your dogs schedule.

About: I grew up on a hobby farm with almost any critter you could imagine. We used our space to foster and rehabilitate animals, mostly dogs, cats, and horses. Through working with local humane societies, animal trainers, and breeders I think I have a very good understanding of animal behaviors and how to manage them. I have slots of time all throughout my week where I am available to walk and check in on pets. Sunday is a free day. I have no formal training for dog training, but I did grow up watching Caesar on Animal Planet, and implemented his behavior training techniques with all of my own dogs when they were puppies, or from the time I accepted them in as strays. I have cared for others pets in the past, but not in a professional capacity. I sat for a friend of mine at her house, caring for 3 dogs and a cat. I fed the cat in the morning and at night and cleaned her litter box once a day. The dogs got fed on the same schedule, and spent the majority of the day outside in the fenced back yard unless it was raining. I went outside and threw balls and sticks for them a few times each day, for about an hour or so each time. I currently do not have a job, so I am available full time, any day or time. I have my own dog who prefers to not let me out of his sight, and will cry if I leave him at home alone, so getting a traditional job while living in an apartment is out of the question. With that said, I would need to bring him with me. He is going on 10 years old, and has never met a dog or person he didn't love. I am glad to bring him for a meet and greet before any commitments are made. Every dog has a way to let you know they need something. My dog prefers to attempt cuddles when he needs anything, leaving me playing a guessing game until I get it right. He gets super excited when I get it right! As a senior dog, I leave his food out 24/7, and check it in the mornings when I get up and at night when I go to bed to make sure it's not empty. If I notice that it's empty at any point during the day, I simply refill it. Same with his water. His potty schedule is pretty much the same - first thing in the morning, any time he asks during the day, and then one last trip out at bedtime. I know not every dog can follow this schedule, but I have also had dogs who needed me to set alarms to take them out every hour or two, until they were properly house trained. All I need from you is your dogs schedule.
About: My whole life I’ve been around animals… big and small. I grew up on and off a farm, as my dad is a Large / Small animal veterinarian! I’ve always had lots of animals in my home and love taking care of them (and lots of treats)! Also, I do move back to college in August. So Sioux City soon to come :) I’m currently home from college! I am a nursing major at Morningside university in Sioux City. Born and raised in Sioux Falls, and needed a fun summer gig! I can take your animals on long or short walks.. or just out to potty! I also LOVE a good game of fetch or tug! Myself at home I have 2 wild dogs that always need to move around ;)
About: I grew up on a hobby farm with almost any critter you could imagine. We used our space to foster and rehabilitate animals, mostly dogs, cats, and horses. Through working with local humane societies, animal trainers, and breeders I think I have a very good understanding of animal behaviors and how to manage them. Working with animals has been a soul salve in my life and I love guiding animals through all stages of learning. I have slots of time all throughout my week where I am available to walk and check in on pets. Sunday is a free day. Monday and Tuesday I am free after 12, Wednesday-Friday I am free 6am-12, 5pm throughout the evening. Unfortunately at this moment I do not have a space that would allow to to board pets, but I am able to care for pets in their own homes. I am very communicative and I will work with you on your pet's specific needs and requirements, as well as any enrichment activities you would like to try.
About: Iv grew up with animals all my life and have always had a heart for caring for animals! I have been dog sitting my neighbors dogs for years! I’m currently working part time, so will have plenty of time to dog sit as well! Just reach out and we can set a time that works for the both of us! About: Growing up, I’ve always loved and cared for dogs. Now that I have my own, I understand the feeling of having someone care for them the way you do. I work a full-time job from Monday to Thursday, and sometimes I have mandatory Fridays. However, I’m more than happy to assist on weekends or weekdays after 5 PM, and I’m also available on Fridays if my work schedule allows. I reside in an apartment, but I thoroughly enjoy taking them for daily walks and visits to the dog park, every day, other day, depending on my schedule.

About: My significant other and I live in a house with 3 dogs. We take our dogs (who are more like our kids)on a walk in our neighborhood or fenced in backyard and let them run around at least twice a day! Our dogs are spoiled and loved as they should be! We play ball and snuggle and they sleep with us too:) We'd love to love your pet while you're away! I work part time at WagZone dog day care so I have a lot of free time for my own pups. I love walks, hikes on our land outside of time or just fetch time in the yard. Fenced in yard allows dogs to run freely all day with a dog door to a sheltered garage. My dogs get along with all other souls.
About: I’ve grown up with small to large sized dogs that ranged from overly clingy to others wanting to bite my face off but still they all hold a special place in my heart. When it comes to cats I don’t have a lot of experience but I do love that cats are independent but can also be affectionate. I’m currently doing online classes for school so my schedule will be pretty flexible. If anything comes up in my schedule that might interfere, I will communicate with you to figure out the best option. I live in condo and my neighbors have dogs and cats that are super friendly. My favorite thing to see during the summer is the furry friendly environment that everyone has made in the complex. I personally don’t like kennels but if your dog needs it I will gladly use it.
About: I have had a dog in my household ever since I was born. I raised a puppy at age 13 and trained him as well. I love dogs and dogs tend to typically love me as well. I love animals and would love to get to know and take care of your dogs! **able to leash train and work on simple commands with dogs** I currently work part time and I am a full-time college student. I hope to be doing this as a little side job this summer and earn some extra money. I have a fenced-in yard and have taken care of my dogs my whole life growing up. I love to play with dogs as well. I enjoy being outside so I would love to play outside with the dogs or take them on walks.
