It's a bonus that Louise has a nice yard and lives in a quiet area with trails nearby. During my dog Maisie's stay, she consistently updated me with quality pictures and videos. Maisie has separation-anxiety and doesn't always have an appetite in new environments. I was relieved when I received a picture of her eating her breakfast on day one, and was able to fully enjoy my trip. It also warmed my heart to see Maisie getting cuddles. The ONLY reason Louise doesn't have a ton of repeat customers is because she's just starting out on Rover. If you ask me, it's only a matter of time.
