“Left my pups (and houseplants) with Jenny while I was gone on vacation over the Christmas holidays. She was great, and the pups were pooped when I brought them home! I happened to have a vet appointment for Max that I'd scheduled a couple of days after my vacation. Both dogs had lost a few pounds, yeah! And Max's back right knee was doing very well, no swelling, heat or favoring. Jenny and her family did a great job with keeping an eye on him and keeping him from overdoing it. They were also very understanding when I managed to screw up my pickup date. I'd inadvertently written down my return flight on the day before it was actually scheduled, so I'd scheduled their pickup time for the next day, just about at the time when my flight was supposed to depart. And of course, the flight was delayed about two and a half hours. Luckily, I was able to pick them up about 5 hours after the designated pickup time. I will definitely be looking to her for boarding again in the future!”

“This was my first time ever leaving my dog canela with someone else and for few nights, I honestly was afraid she would have so much anxiety especially being around other dogs. Jared was very kind and kept me updated on how she was doing including sending pictures of her which helped me not feel anxious. He was very knowledgeable and gave me a few tips on how to help my dog not be anxious when being in a crate and with her barking at other dogs. About: I was Blessed with a Tortoiseshell cat for 15 years named Penelope Rose. Pets truly help us through the hardest times of our lives and we help them in return. They do find us, for sure. She was developed cat asthma (rare) and medication was not helping her so I put her down and that was my last pet years ago. I grew up having a grey Siamese cat. Both cats followed me everywhere. About: For about 5 years now I have pet sit many pets from horses,cows, to puppies and rabbits. About: I’ve worked in Veterinary medicine for 16+ years which includes Kennel/Veterinary Assistant in a general practice ,Emergency Veterinary Medicine for almost 6 years now. I moved from Maine in the summer of 2024. I’ve had on and off experience over many years of pet sitting mostly for my veterinary co workers pets in their homes (multiple cats, multiple dogs and sometimes a combination of both). About: Besides my experience with my own pets I began volunteering at the Oregon Humane Society at 17. After that I went on to dog sit for various different families part time for around 3 years. I have a big window of availability currently. I’m going back to school in the fall, but until then I am just working part time. I work for my grandpa, so my schedule is super flexible! When I dog sit in the clients home I will follow your instructional list for feeding/walks/ activities/ grooming ect. I have car so I can take your pup to nearby parks/ dog parks if you would like, or just for a classic stroll around your neighborhood if you prefer. For clients that would prefer I take car if you dog in my home I have a fenced in back yard and live near several park so we can go on several adventures. Or just chill at home if you have a senior/ more low energy dog. My only deal breaker is that your dog isn’t reactive towards cats.

About: Hello, I’ve always grown up around animals. From farm animals to bunnies and birds. I first started dogsitting with rescue dogs. My first being a fear aggressive rescue. From there, I built my client list with people who have rescue animals and Nextdoor. I currently help watch rescued cats, dogs, horses, sheep and goats and a bird from time to time. I have reliable transportation and can be flexible with helping around my work I live on five acres , lots of land that’s fenced for your pup, I like taking them to places for them to run around, plus I own a 30-50 foot leash so if your pup has room to run but is safe to come back. I really believe in mind stimulation to help get their energy out too, mind games/walks really helps. A tired dog is a happy dog 😊

I have been watching animals since I was 16, and have always loved it. I have watched all different kinds of animals from pigs and chicken all the way to bunnies and reptiles. I live in a house with a great yard (unfenced) with my dog Mochi. My dog is a female Doberman who LOVES to play. Mochi is extremely energetic so we do play and walk a lot. If your dog is similar, and as energetic as Mochi, then this would be a great spot for them! I’m currently running dog/cat sitting as a full time business, so I have all the time in the world. I also work part time for another company with hours around 11am-1pm. Whenever dogs visit they get free roam of the house along with my pup! Dogs do remain on leashes when going outside as I don’t have a fence. Dogs are not allowed unattended outside at all.

You and your pet’s safety, comfort, and well being are always my top priority. My availability varies, but am able to provide potty breaks at least every 2hrs. I am flexible and willing to adapt to your schedule :D I’ve never met an animal I didn’t get along with! I am willing to watch/walk multiple pets at a time and can adapt to any preferred schedules or practices you have for your pets. I also keep owners updated with regular messages and photos for peace of mind. My goal is to ensure every pet feels safe, happy, and well cared for while in my care.
About: With over 15+ years working with animals, I understand how hard it is to be away from your pets — and how much they mean to you. That’s why getting to know each dog’s individual needs is the first thing I focus on, before anything else. I currently have my own fur ball - a Samoyed — daily grooming, sensitivities to food, and plenty of agility work to keep her fulfilled as a working breed. Having owned dogs of all sizes over the years, from small to medium breeds, I’ve learned that a high-energy working dog needs something completely different from a laid-back senior — and I adjust my care accordingly, whether that means extra playtime, a quieter pace, or sticking closely to a special diet or routine. My husband and I both work from home, so your dog becomes part of the household, not just a guest. I love the outdoors, so there’s always room for a walk or an adventure with a furry friend by my side. Since I work from home, pet care isn’t squeezed into a rushed morning or evening — it’s woven throughout my day. I take breaks to check in, play, and go for walks, so dogs get consistent attention rather than long stretches alone. Feeding times, walks, and rest periods stay on a steady schedule, and I’m always nearby to notice if something seems off. It also means I can stick closely to a specific routine or diet your dog is used to, without any guesswork Dogs need more than just love and attention — they need real stimulation, both physical and mental. A tired body isn’t the same as a fulfilled mind, and every dog’s needs look different, so I treat that as part of their care, not an afterthought. There are no kennels here — dogs have free roam inside my home, plenty of space to relax and play, and constant updates so you always know how they’re doing
About: I have always been a pet sitter, even from a young age. I am trustworthy, communicative and will treat your pet like my own. I know how scary it is to leave your pet alone with a new person and I'd love to be the person that treats your fur baby exactly how you prefer. About: Ive taken care of friends, family and neighbors pets since I was a young child. I’ve worked with animals in multiple different environments and I can administer medication as well as provide a bath using my pet grooming station. I’m an animal lover of all kinds even the “big scary mean ones”. I lead a very active lifestyle and would love to be able to share that with your furry friend whenever you’re not able too! I also love teaching and training. There’s no better feeling for myself than when I can connect with an animal and build a bond. I’m currently working part time so I have a lot of available time to get outside and play with your furry friends. I take my own cats on walks several times a day we eat three limited ingredient meals a day and take regular baths and grooming sessions. Needless to say I never run out of time when it comes to spending time with any animals. I don’t have a yard however I have a big comfy couch and two very friendly cats that love dogs ready to play! I also live near a lot of dog parks including sellwood dog park and love going on tons of walks and runs throughout the day. I have a very clean home and a crate incase it’s needed I can also separate my cats away if needed pretty much can work around anything I’ve even got an elevator.

“Left my pups (and houseplants) with Jenny while I was gone on vacation over the Christmas holidays. She was great, and the pups were pooped when I brought them home! I happened to have a vet appointment for Max that I'd scheduled a couple of days after my vacation. Both dogs had lost a few pounds, yeah! And Max's back right knee was doing very well, no swelling, heat or favoring. Jenny and her family did a great job with keeping an eye on him and keeping him from overdoing it. They were also very understanding when I managed to screw up my pickup date. I'd inadvertently written down my return flight on the day before it was actually scheduled, so I'd scheduled their pickup time for the next day, just about at the time when my flight was supposed to depart. And of course, the flight was delayed about two and a half hours. Luckily, I was able to pick them up about 5 hours after the designated pickup time. I will definitely be looking to her for boarding again in the future!”
