About: I've had pets my entire life (58 years and counting). I have had everything from a horse to a parakeet in my life. I volunteer with AARF, Animal Assistant Rescue Foundation as a foster home, transport, adoption event staff, and animal handler. I have training experience in basic obedience, potty training, rehabilitation of sick or injured and socializing. I love all animals and promise to care for your furbaby or feathered baby as one of my own while in my care. Either myself or my husband is home 7 days a week. We do have grandchildren that visit our home often. But we can make arrangements to keep the kids away from the pets if that is a problem. I look forward to meeting you and your fur or feathered baby. I am a certified Animal Reiki Healer and offer that service to all my boarded animals at no charge while they’re with me. Of course this is done with your permission only!!! Thank You for considering me as your Rover caretaker. Someone will meet you at the gate to collect your pet and supplies. This shows your babies that I am the pack leader when they enter my home. I have my own pets on the farm. We make arrangements to keep your pets separate from the ones that live on site. Crating is available if needed.

About: Not only have I raised and kept animals all my life, including my own bundle of cats and a dog that I currently call family, I have also worked several years professionally caring for animals in day cares, boarding houses, and even get clinics. I am well versed in making sure animals get their medicine as they are required, and just ensuring the animals are happy and comfortable. I work early in the morning but I am off by 1 pm most days, allowing for lots of time for play or companionship in the afternoons! If you are close to my work (within ten miles) I will be able to play for a bit in the mid morning too! I am not able to do any boarding (I currently house 4 cats and a dog), but I am very flexible with following any guidelines or requests! I am able to administer pills to both cats and dogs, and love to spend time either cuddling or playing with animals.

About: I taken care of dogs since I was young. Friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed, and play their pet. Sometime I can take them to dog park if you want to. About: I’ve take care of dogs, cats,birds, fishes since I was young age. Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to walk, feed, play, bath their pets. I also can give the animals their medicines routines. I LOVE animals and have patient with them. I am currently working full time from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. I am available for boarding anytime before or after my work schedule and available during weekends. I want the animals to be comfortable with their home spaces. Animals doesn’t have to go anywhere. About: I’ve had and taken care of dogs since I was 6. My first ever dog was a pitbull and since then I’ve take care of numerous more as well as Great Danes, chihuahuas, labs, poodles, German shepherds, and can do any other types of dogs! I’ve taken care of them my whole life which included feeding, walking, bathing, playing with, and giving them medicine as needed. I’m currently working part time and in college. I will usually only be available on weekends but that can change which is why I will need a week in advance notice. I can take care of them for a few hours at a time on weekends if needed. About: I have worked at shelters in my area for 3 years. I love working with animals. Dogs make the world go round and my heart so big. I have done dog sitting in the past. I have worked with animals of all kinds. I have focused on adoption and rescue at my current job. I am also familiar with administrating medication. About: I am the happy mother of three rescued fur babies and two adult children. One of my fur babies has been trained to be an emotional support dog and knows some sign language. They love children. My husband and I are empty nesters. I have been an RVT (registered Vet Tech) at several animal clinics and hospitals in town and in California. I am capable of giving medication subcue and including injections, along withthe needs diabetic dogs or those with special needs. If you need help with behavior issues such as leash walking Im your gal. I love wet kisses from sloppy fur babies. I havnt found anything yet that has changed my mind about these sweet creatures and if I could have 10 of my own I would. Since that is not possible the next best thing is to help others take care of their fur babies. I work from home and am available to be with your fur babies the majority of the time. Besides running errands and I usually have my husband or daughter watch over them during those few times. Or I will bring them with me 🤗 Fur babies in my home are treated as family yes they allowed on the furniture unless you specifically do not want this . Then of course I do exactly what you want for your baby . We have backyard time and walks when weather permits

About: Hey there, so I've worked with animals ever since I've had a job. I started out working at the Pell City Animal Shelter with my Mom years ago. Eventually, Dr Becky gave me a shot at a full time position at Animal House Vet Clinic, where I was also working part time along with full time at the shelter. As of posting this, I've been at the same clinic for just over 12 1/2 years now and don't plan to go anywhere. Caring for pets is just what I do. I don't see me doing anything else. I've pet-sit for years now also, but my last client recently called off the care, as they're moving, essentially. I work a full-time job in pet care, but if needed for my clients on Rover, I can try to stop by up to a max of three times a day. This would depend on if specific times are required. On work days, it would have to be before I head into work (which I get there at around 6:50am.) Mid day would be questionable, depending on distance, as it would have to be done over lunch. Later in the day would be fine in most cases, as I'm off work around 5:00. For the services I plan to continue providing through the Rover app, I'd basically do whatever pet owners need me to do that I can handle. Nail clips, drop-in pet sitting, administering any medications prescribed (if applicable), walks, etc. I go into this fully understanding that each and every situation is going to be different. And that's absolutely fine! Working at a vet clinic and owning dogs of my own, pet care is already a daily part of my routine. I just use my spare time caring for other's pets as well. When pet sitting in the past, whether staying at a client's residence or doing drop-in visits, I do my best to treat not only the pets, but the property that the owner is trusting me in with respect.

About: Growing up, I always had several dogs in my home, and have even adopted two of my own. Over the years I’ve gained a lot of experience working with hundreds of animals with a wide range of breeds and pets of all ages and sizes. I have experience taking care of dogs anywhere from feeding to walking to playing (etc) for any age range and any size. As mentioned in the title, I have experience working at Birmingham’s local Humane Society and in that time learned a lot about animal behavior. This will help me ensure an animal’s comfort level, safety and trust during my time caring for them. I believe the key to taking care of animals is showing them genuine love and patience. I love animals and do this work to make some money on the side, but also because it brings me so much joy! All pets are considered family, so it’s guaranteed to treat them as such. I’m currently working side hustle jobs that give me the benefit of working with a very flexible schedule. Whatever your needs will be for me to properly care for for animals will be easily catered to during my time caring for your pet/pets. During my stay at a client’s home, I will be able to cater to the pet’s regular routine. I also am comfortable and experienced giving dogs medication if they are on a vet prescribed medicine. I am happy to discuss any needs of the household and go over any expectations of my tile in your space.

About: Have worked on a farm since I was 14 years old, so I have experience with dogs cats and farm animals. I have at least 5 years of experience. Currently taking all online college classes so I have a lot of availability. I also have had dogs and cats my entire life so I have a lot of experience. I have a lot of options. I have a fenced yard area on the farm where they can get plenty of exercise. They can stay out or inside whichever they are used to. I am very attentive to all their needs while in my care.

About: I've been taking care of cats since I was a kid. My first pet-sitting job was for a neighbor when I was 6 years old. I went every morning to feed and empty the litter box and play with her cat. Then I would be back at night to do the same. I wish I would have known then you could do this for a living! I work at a vet's office so I am learning more and more about cats and dogs every day. I have my own fur lovelies at home so watching and loving your pets will blend in very nicely. I can do drop ins before/after work and on the weeks where my son isn't with me, I can do overnight stays too! I do not offer boarding since I am renting a place while I look for a house for me and my son. I love seeing animals in their home because it keeps them relaxed and comfortable. When I visit, I try to give them the love and care that their owners would so they feel safe and secure.
