About: Hello, my name is Lucy D. I have two pets of my own, who are named Bella and Jack. Bella is my feisty chihuahua terrier mix and jack is a tabby. I enjoy staying active and spending time outdoors! Pets bring a lot of love and excitement into our lives and keep our overall moods up! For work experience, I’ve worked in a veterinary Hospital along with taking care of animals throughout my lifetime. About: As the proud owner to two wonderful little rescue dogs, a cat, some chickens, guinea fowl, goats and sheep, I know how hard it can be sometimes to find care for your pets and farm animals while you are away. I will provide the same level of care and kindness that I would want and expect for my own spoiled pets. Trust is an important part of pet care and petsitting, and I want you to be able to confidently, and without worry, leave your pampered pups and kitties in my care. I live on a small farm in rural Western Maryland, about 20 minutes west of Frederick. I have experience with all kinds of animal care, from horses, cows, goats, sheep, and poultry. I am currently able to provide drop-in visits for dogs, cats, and a variety of farm animals, as well as house or farm sitting, and in home boarding, as well as hourly dog park style use of our large fenced yard. Your pets will be a happy addition to my family in my home! My whole property is fenced by 4 ft or taller board and wire fencing, with smaller areas sectioned off in the front and back yards. The driveway is gated and secure. I want your pets to feel as safe as my own. I currently work only at home, tending our farm homestead, and have a flexible schedule. I'm able to drop in one or two times a day, or less or more often, as needed. I treat every animal as if it were my own and provide a level of care that I give my own and that I would expect from my pet care provider.

I am available to walk your furry loved ones multiple times a day. I am very active and love the outdoors. We have a 1 year old, well trained and socialized miniature schnauzer and two older cats who are very dog friendly. We live on a private 1/5 an acre that is just a short walk to the river to splash around in! I often go hiking and running. I’m also known to stay home and read all day. I’m a full time electrician but love spending my free time with animals and getting to know each and every one of them. My work schedule fluctuates with me getting home somedays 3pm or 5:30pm. I’ve put 5:30 to stay on the safe side but can always work things out if I’m home early or for the day. Cat/Dog Sitting: Weekdays: 5:30pm-9pm Weekends: 7am-10pm Dog walking: Weekdays: 5:30pm-8pm Weekends: 7am-8pm I have an 1.5 old goldendoodle. She’s a sweetheart who loves to play with other dogs and (cats if you’re comfortable with it). I have a fenced in rec room with couch available to pets and door leading out to backyard for easy potty breaks. Crate available for dogs up to 120lbs if needed. Can help with crate training while here. Potty breaks every 2 hours for puppies (can adjust schedule to more frequently breaks to work with puppies training).
