About: I grew up with animals and have been trusted by family and friends to pet sit. I have worked at a doggie daycare place and currently work in the vet medicine field. I plan on staying in the vet medicine field, but it is always nice to see animals where they are relaxed and happy. I do work full time and sometimes long hours but can always check in on animals before and after work. Some days, I will be working in Eagle River so it would be hard for me to check in on animals during the day. I am very good at following instructions so if there is a certain routine that an animal is used, I will follow it. I try to be aware of my surroundings because I never want an animal to accidentally hurt themself on something or ingest anything.
About: I've had dogs my entire life, and I've had cats for around 6 years, working with puppies/kittens all the way to seniors. walkers on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
