Scott made sure to set up a time for us to visit him and his partner, Kevin, at their home and give Tucker a chance to meet their sweet boy, Nico. They became instant play buddies. Scott asked very detailed questions about Tucker’s habits and tendencies and made sure to write down every detail. Within just a few minutes, we knew we had found the right people to care for our boy. Scott sent us pics and videos throughout our time away. We will definitely be using his services again.”

Along with the background check Rover provides, I also have a Business License and I am Insured/Bonded. Animal care is my only business/job. I have experience with most animals from reptiles to cattle and currently have a little 5 acre hobby farm with a horse, goats, chickens, dog and cat. I have also done fostering in my local community. I am very flexible with days you need pet care. My days are filled with animal care of my own/yours, walking/hiking, gardening and home/property projects. Your pets will be treated with great care while spending time with me. I have a gated 5 acre hobby farm with 1/2 acre fully fenced area around my home. My farm animals are fenced in separately for safety. I also have 3 acres of wooded trails for leash walking. I am able to provide care and exercise depending on your pets needs and will only accept dogs that are not aggressive towards people or other dogs for a positive/fun experience. I have two spare bedrooms, two large porches for either sunning or shade and air conditioning. I am currently only taking up to 3 dogs at one time. Please be up to date on vaccinations (including kennel cough), worming and monthly flea/tick control. I live in a quiet/peaceful valley. Please no excessive barkers and bring their food, treats and special toys. Please allow enough time for a 1st time meet and greet prior to finalizing the booking. My husband and I have 6 spoiled dogs and two cats that we adore. I enjoy taking my dogs for walks in the park and throwing a tennis ball for some play and exercise. About: I have 7 dogs, and 7 snakes, a pet rat and a pet bunny. I also have 4 children. I'm an active person who loves to work with animals. I have a wide range of animal experiences. About: I’ve lived with dogs my entire life. Being in the army I also get called to take care of my friends pets when they were out of town for leave. I like rover because it’s an easy side hustle and I love dogs AND cats I have work in clatskanie from 7-5:30 M-F and on Saturday I work 7-3. I can be available before and after those times. And depending on your comfort level I may take your dog with me on Sunday hikes. I get a full understanding of the owner’s expectations with me and there pet in there home when they are out of town. Brian did a wonderful meet and greet with my boys (two newfoundlands) and walked them today without me..that may seem like a strange thing to say but Byron (my younger boy) refuses to go on a walk for anyone but me - not even my husband! With over 20 years of combined experience caring for animals, we’ve looked after dogs and cats of all ages—from energetic puppies to senior pets needing extra love and attention. We also have extensive experience with reptiles, small animals, and pets with medical needs. Our home is full of love (and fur)! Our oldest dog is 13, and our youngest is nearly 1, so we’re familiar with a wide range of behaviors, energy levels, and care requirements. Melissa previously worked as a vet tech in training, so we’re also fully comfortable administering medications and understanding medical instructions. I’m a U.S. Army veteran, and my military background has helped shape me into someone who’s dependable, organized, and calm under pressure. About: I've had dogs my entire life, and I've had cats for around 6 years, working with puppies/kittens all the way to seniors. I've always had a passion for working with animals, hoping to foster once I get my own place, so I'm always open to any help I can provide. Currently, I'm doing delivery work and make my own schedule, and I've worked nights in the past, so I am open to work any time of day and with any task you may need! About: Hi! I work as a Paraeducator at a school, so I have summers off and I can’t think of a better way to spend that time than caring for dogs! I’ve always been an animal lover, and I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. Once I go back to work in September, I will only be able to house sit as long as it is in reasonable distance from my workplace. “I think this will be the easiest 5 star review I’ve ever written. Scott took incredible care of our dog, Tucker. He kept him for several days while we were out of town visiting family. Scott made sure to set up a time for us to visit him and his partner, Kevin, at their home and give Tucker a chance to meet their sweet boy, Nico. They became instant play buddies. Scott asked very detailed questions about Tucker’s habits and tendencies and made sure to write down every detail. Within just a few minutes, we knew we had found the right people to care for our boy. Scott sent us pics and videos throughout our time away. We will definitely be using his services again.”

About: I am new to Rover, but have worked in the Animal Health Industry as a Veterinarian Technician (animal nurse) and outside sales/customer service for the past 30+ years. Along with the background check Rover provides, I also have a Business License and I am Insured/Bonded. Animal care is my only business/job. I have experience with most animals from reptiles to cattle and currently have a little 5 acre hobby farm with a horse, goats, chickens, dog and cat. I have also done fostering in my local community. I am very flexible with days you need pet care. My days are filled with animal care of my own/yours, walking/hiking, gardening and home/property projects. Your pets will be treated with great care while spending time with me. I have a gated 5 acre hobby farm with 1/2 acre fully fenced area around my home. My farm animals are fenced in separately for safety. I also have 3 acres of wooded trails for leash walking. I am able to provide care and exercise depending on your pets needs and will only accept dogs that are not aggressive towards people or other dogs for a positive/fun experience. I have two spare bedrooms, two large porches for either sunning or shade and air conditioning. I am currently only taking up to 3 dogs at one time. Please be up to date on vaccinations (including kennel cough), worming and monthly flea/tick control. I live in a quiet/peaceful valley. Please no excessive barkers and bring their food, treats and special toys. Please allow enough time for a 1st time meet and greet prior to finalizing the booking. I follow their feeding and exercise schedule closely and ensure they get plenty of attention, affection, and mental stimulation. When caring for pets in their own home, I maintain their regular routine as closely as possible — from mealtimes and walks to medication and cuddle time.
