“Lesley is professional and reliable, and she really made me feel at ease as a first time customer. Shadow, who is normally very shy, absolutely loved her! She really put in the effort to get to know him and gain his trust. You can't go wrong hiring Lesley to watch your fur-baby.”
About: I've always had animals as pets and this let me volunteer the better part of 3 years at local shelters with my family and learn new things along the way. I am currently unemployed since my recent move herre to VA so, while i find better employment I can work just about any hours offered since my schedule is so fluid, I am open to multi-day jobs as well. I currently own 2 cats (Eric and Delvin) and I take care of all there needs on a daily basis. When living on TN I owned 6 cats, 3 dogs, and 3 chickens with my Mom. We started our days at 9am every day to care for our animals.
About: My dad was a police officer when I was younger, and he'd always bring home every stray dog that he got a call about or found. So I've been around dogs my whole life. I've helped take care of them & I absolutely love dogs! My family has 5 right now, and there hasn't been a time we haven't had one. There's not a breed I'm afraid of, and I'm very patient & understanding with any dog I meet. I'll follow any rules or restrictions you have & your dog will most certainly be taken care of & loved. One of my dogs is super protective over me so he can be unpredictable sometimes when other dogs are in his house and/or around me. He usually relaxes pretty quickly after taking some time to get used to them. We also have 4 cats at our house. I primarily help my mom take care of my brother with disabilities so he comes first, but that does mean my schedule is usually open and pretty flexible I will follow whatever rules and routines you have in place, and will take the best care of your fur baby(ies). They will be loved on and treated like my own!
“Couldn’t recommend Susanna enough! I loved getting updates and pictures of my boy and I know he had a great time on his walks. Susanna is kind, trustworthy and truly cares about the animals!”
“Megan was amazing with our Atlas! I had a family emergency out of state so I did an introduction and then Megan walked Atlas for 3.5 weeks while my husband worked. She was reliable, accept my last minute requests as I had to extend my trip multiple times, and even brought her son to play with Atlas since they became best friends at the introduction!”

About: With many years of experience as a veterinary technician in both shelter and clinic settings, I bring a deep understanding of animal behavior, health, and care to every pet I work with. My hands-on experience ranges from administering medications and handling emergencies to comforting anxious pets and supporting their emotional well-being. I’ve worked with animals of all sizes, temperaments, and medical needs, making me exceptionally well-prepared for pet sitting, dog walking, and providing attentive, professional care. Your pets will be in the hands of someone who treats them with the same compassion, patience, and expertise that I’ve developed over years in the field! I love being able to meet other people's fur babies and make them feel safe and happy when under my care.❤️ I am currently only working two days a week at my veterinary clinic, which leaves me with a fairly open and flexible schedule. This allows me plenty of time to dedicate to pet sitting, dog walking, and providing reliable, attentive care for your pets when you need it most. When caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I prioritize their comfort, safety, and routine. I make sure to follow any specific instructions regarding feeding, medications, exercise, and behavior. In my home, I provide a clean, pet-friendly environment with plenty of attention, playtime, and a calm atmosphere. When caring for pets in their own home, I maintain their regular routine to reduce stress, keep their space tidy, and make sure they feel secure and loved while their owners are away. My background as a veterinary technician means I’m also confident handling any special needs or medical situations that may arise.
About: I have loved animals since I was a child, and I grew up knowing that I would take care of them for the rest of my life. I love meeting and getting to know different animals and caring for their individual needs. I have worked professionally with animals for a little over a year, but have been caring for them for over 12 years. I am a college student with a flexible, light schedule during the week, so I can stop by for visits as much as necessary. I am also able to do any type of overnight sitting when I am not playing collegiate volleyball! I am very experienced with having dogs in the home and know what it takes to keep a clean, safe environment for pets to be in, and I know how to ensure the home is safe from all pet-related issues that may arise!
About: My name is Allanna, and I've been dogsitting for about two years now! I recently moved back to Shelby, I actually grew up in the area, so I'm very comfortable and familiar with it! I love all pets - dogs, cats, and even the not so furry ones like reptiles (yes, I'll even love your pet spider if you have one ;]) I also LOVE cleaning, so I'm great for house-sitting as well! I'm a part time barista so I have a lot of free time! I've owned my fair share of dogs and cats (currently I have none, sadly) so no worries about love or experience! I love hiking, so I love long walks! Also as a bonus, I'll bake healthy, homemade treats for your pets, or even sweets for you!
“Annie has been great walking Suki and playing with her while i’m at work! She goes over and beyond to make sure suki has a good time when she’s here and makes she she’s all set when she leaves”

About: Hi! I’m Andrea — a passionate dog sitter with 5 years of hands-on experience and four happy pups of my own. What sets me apart? I don’t just watch dogs — I understand them. I’ve grown up surrounded by dogs my whole life, and caring for them comes naturally. Whether your dog needs extra playtime, patience, or just some loving company while you're away, I’m here to make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved. I'm looking to stay active this summer doing what I love most — giving dogs the care and attention they truly deserve. Since I’m home for the summer with completely open availability, pet care fits seamlessly into my daily routine. Whether it’s morning walks, midday playtime, or evening check-ins, I’m flexible and fully committed to giving your dog the attention and care they need—any time of day. Your pup’s routine becomes my priority! I can care for pets in my own home, where I have a secure fenced yard and a doggie door that allows for easy, safe outdoor access throughout the day. Before we had a doggie door, our dogs were let out every 1–2 hours or whenever they waited by the door—so I’m always attentive to their needs. Dogs in my care are fed morning and night, and I stick closely to their usual routines to help them feel comfortable and cared for. I’m also happy to care for dogs in their own homes, where I can provide regular visits, feeding, walks, and plenty of attention while keeping them in a familiar environment.

About: I’ve had dogs since a very young age, and currently have 1 large dog. She’s a certified lovable crackhead. I’ve had cats before but don’t currently as mine thinks she can harass them. I enjoy training dogs in my free time as I work with mine regularly. I work EMS so my schedules a little weird but I’d love to help out with your fur babies. I can handle medication administration and CPR if needed. Whatever their play needs are I can work around. Whether they love long or short walks I can provide as well. I work healthcare so my schedules a little but I’ll make something work! Drop ins and walks would be the best options for me but feel free to reach out! I wouldn’t be able to care for any babies in my home but I can easily assist at yours. My baby is on a schedule of 7a/7p is breakfast/dinner. She goes outside when she alerts me, and is free roam when outside. I can follow any instructions you provide otherwise I’d care for your babies like I would mine (probably spoil them).
