About: We just lost our beloved Pitbull of 10 years in December. While not ready to own a new dog, I would love to be around them! I’m very active and would love to take your dog for a nice long walk and give them all the pets and snuggles needed! I’m currently a stay at home mom and have a lot of time during the day to hang with your pet! I am typically home all day. We live on 5 acres but do not have a fence. Our dog was trained to stay in the yard. We have a long tie out for dogs if they do not stay in the yard.

Please let me know what your pet is accustomed to! I would be happy to use whichever methods you feel is best for when leaving your dog (crate trained, free roam, etc.)

14. Andrea B.
About: I am very close to being an empty nester. I work remotely from home (or your home) so I can come stay with your pups and be with them pretty much 24/7! Sorry…I’m allergic to cats despite my desire to love & pet them. I won’t be able to help out with cats but I do love them I have two dogs of my own. They are big boys and spoiled rotten. While I’m at your house taking care of your dogs they will be following my husband around the house. They are needy when one of us is gone

19. Sydney N.
About: Hello my name is Sydney, I currently work at Countryside Veterinary Clinic so I have experience with all kinds of doggy/kitty personalities! I believe it is important to take each dog’s/cat’s individual personality into account when providing care to ensure their safety and well being. I am currently going to school to be a Veterinary Technician as well as working at the Veterinary Clinic, so I’m always willing to stop in and check on your animal or even get them out for some fresh air! I would like to get to know your animal before agreeing to anything. It is important the animal feels comfortable around me. I am there for you to enjoy your time away, not be worrying about your animal!

20. Alyssa & Benjamin D.
About: I grew up with dogs and cats my whole life. We have fostered 7 dogs in our adult life, and officially adopted a dog in summer 2022, which was our first dog as an adult. Currently, we have a cat and dog, so pets that we watch in our home must be cat, dog, and kid friendly. We have a busy household with 3 kids and 2 adults. We have a 1.5 acre lot and love to go on hikes and to fields to run. We have an adult home/off work 4 of 7 days in a typical week. Would love to find someone close who needs our services for overnight boarding, doggy daycare, cat sitting, and drop in services. I am off Tuesdays and weekends. My husband is typically home Wednesdays and weekends. We have a dog of our own who loves to play with other dogs, so exercising the dogs should be easy as long as your dog is dog friendly. We also like to hike and go on walks in the neighborhood. Occasionally go to the dog park, too! Our yard is unfenced, but 1.5 acres. We do have an electric in ground fence if you would like your dog to wear the collar for it, or feel free to bring your own remote e-collar if your dog is used to that. Our yard is unfenced, so we can do a tie out, leash, or electric collar if desired. We do request dogs be crate trained for temporary times when we leave the house
