“Christiana was great. She took care of my cat Domino for a week and when I returned he was well fed and well scooped. She kept everything in order and the house and litter box was clean when I got back. I was given good feedback after every visit and she arrived exactly when she was supposed to. Highly recommended!”

“I highly recommend Morgan! She took amazing care of my cat, Mickey, and paid attention to every little detail. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing he was in such caring and reliable hands.”

“Great as usual but went above and beyond in particular this time. I really appreciated her cleaning up after the kitties who had a little accident. I can easily say that I trust her with my two cat kids!”

“We had a great experience with this husband-and-wife team. They took great care of our cat—feeding him, scooping the litter, and spending time playing and giving him attention. They also sent photos each visit, which we really appreciated, and always made sure to sweep up any litter on the floor. Everything was clean and well cared for when we got home. We’d definitely recommend Lisa and Michael.”

“Daniela was so great with our pups over a long weekend! She sent photos during every visit and even left a sweet note, with printed photos of our pups, for us to find when we got back from our trip! Would definitely book again, she was very sweet, professional and it’s clear she is an animal lover.”

“I could not be happier with how Marianna took care of my cat. Kunkcles was well taken care of while I was away. Marianna did everything I asked. I will definitely return to her in the future if she is available.”

Can’t say enough positive things about Christiana !! We have a very large, very skittish English mastiff and Christiana was very patient, professional, and caring through the whole process. She spent so much time with us during the initial meet and greet, and she went above and beyond for Bingo during her visit. We hope to continue to utilize her services in the future and would recommend her to any and all!!

I cannot say enough great things about ! They were so attentive and truly loving toward my dogs the entire time. It was clear from the start how much they genuinely care every detail was handled with patience and kindness, and my pups were happy, relaxed, and well-cared for when I returned. I received thoughtful updates that gave me peace of mind, and I could tell my dogs felt safe and loved in their presence. If you’re looking for someone who treats your pets like family, I highly recommend Cynthia. I will absolutely be booking with them again

Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Blue Point. On Rover:
- 95% of sitters can help with special care needs
- 94% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 96% can help with daily exercise

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
