Rover Review for Kaylah ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Kaylah was an absolute lifesaver while watching our dogs for two weeks! She was incredibly dependable, ensuring that all of our pups were well cared for and loved while we were away. From the very beginning, she showed great attention to their needs and personalities, making us feel completely at ease. Her communication was excellent—she kept us updated regularly with messages, photos, and any necessary details, so we always knew how our dogs were doing. It was clear that she genuinely cared about them, and they adored her in return. If you're looking for a responsible, caring, and reliable sitter, we highly recommend Kaylah! We will definitely book with her again in the future. Thank you, Kaylah, for taking such great care of our fur babies! ❤️

This was our first booking with Bailey, and it went great. We felt very at ease knowing she would be dropping in and checking on our guys. They were very comfortable with her right from the start, and we will definitely use her again!

About: A little about me…I absolutely love animals! I would be the person who will feed a stray and make sure it’s taken care of or potentially finds a home. I provide attentive care, including feeding, walks, playtime, and plenty of affection. I’m also comfortable following specific routines, administering basic medications if needed, and keeping owners updated with regular photos and messages for peace of mind. I treat every dog as if they were my own and strive to create a fun, stress-free experience for both pets and their owners. I would love the opportunity to care for your furry family member! I am available whenever needed. My teenage kids also love to help me with the fur babies I care for. We are all animal lovers. ❤️ I have a fenced yard so your pet will always be safe with me. I will make sure to always protect your pet while with me.

About: I have taken care of many different animals from cats to cow. I am certified by Texas A&M Corpus Christi. I have knowledge of various different animals, of all ages. So if you have a day old puppy/kitten or a senior animal I am very familiar and comfortable handling both! I have also worked at the Pet resort on main (PROM), so I have experience lodging, feeding, cleaning, walking, and handling your pets (even the aggressive ones). My goal is to have the animals best interests in every situation, and to make you feel comfortable leaving without you having to worry about your family (pet)! I am a full-time Texas A&M Victoria student, but any chance i get to spend with animals, and their different personalities, I will take any day of the week! I will make sure that your animal is very comfortable. Whether that means playing with them for 2 hours, feeding them every 5 minutes, giving them medicine, or helping them go to sleep. I will even take them to the vet. If that's what you require me to do. An animal's health/happens is my biggest priority.

About: Throughout my experience with pet care I have learned that each fluff has their own quirky personality. And every pet I have cared for are very loving and sweet making the experience amazing and silly. While playing with them I get to see how happy they are even if it is just belly rubs. Being able to fill each family with a sense of ease while they’re away from they’re loved fluffs is what I provide. I am normally available on short notice unless I have given you my schedule beforehand. My schedule is Monday through Sunday and hours will be posted as well according to the week or month. I offer drop-ins throughout the day and walking your cute furries as well. I look forward to hearing from you!

Frequently asked questions about Rover

As of August 2026, there are 21 sitters on Rover offering Cat Sitting across Bloomington. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.

House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.

Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.

If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Yes, you can find sitters who have experience administering medication or managing dietary requirements. You can also find pet sitters who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and request a Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
